Jailbreak... AGAIN!​

Another blow to the World Government's image! Silver Hair Larsi who seemed to disappear about a year ago finally has made his reappearance. After apparently being imprisoned inside the great gaol, he broke out without any outside help, though our sources say Jack the Drought was imprisoned the same day, but he was not part of the prison break.

As he was breaking out, Larsi fought two Vice Admirals, Hina and Yamakaji at the same time, capturing the first and dominating the latter. He also broke out tons of prisoners from level 2 and 1 on his way, which ended up rushing Yamakaji, overwhelming the already injured man. At the gates of Impel Down he killed the giant Vice Admiral present, Ronse, before stealing a Navy Warship and escaping with around 50 other prisoners.

In the end Admiral Aokiji showed up to clean up the mess, but he was too late to stop the fearsome pirate from escaping on his new vessel.

The air was gentle and sweet. The clouds parted in reverence to the palace built on the top of the Red Lone, surrounded by beautiful Galtean architecture. A land for the Holy zones, those who reigned supreme over the world, those who commandeered both sea and sky as their own, puppets. In the halls of marble, voices overlapped in the Meeting Room.

Enter the Five Elders. Enter the Gorosei.

“We’ve received word those infuriating Spada Pirates attacked Shichibukai Dracule Mihawk. First Shichibukai Moria falls, then the newcomer who felled Doflamingo joins their ranks, and then this!” - the younger taller Gorosei spoke

“Verily. However, Dracule Mihawk repelled the attack. The Styx was seen around Amazon Lily, but no contact was reported to be made.” - the scarred Gorosei responded more calmly

”That being said, it seems the Spadas are targeting the Warlords. We should send operatives with the Warlords, just in case. There is enough noise from Marine Hero Leo and Admiral Sakazuki to abolish the Warlord system. We cannot have the balance we have struck be destroyed by one deranged woman.”

The men looked at each other. Would the Warlords accept such operatives? Known to be unpredictable and proud, it was a gamble. However, the Warlords were being zeroed in, and no able replacement had yet been found for those fallen. Perhaps if they somehow were unaware, a trap could be sprung.

Suddenly, the samurai Gorosei spoke up.

“I’m not concerned over the Spada Pirates at the moment. There is a far more pressing threat. The Vampirates.” - the man said, taking the room, his voice with more aplomb

“What do you mean? The son and father have not made contact. We’ve made sure their relationship keeps them apart, even if Landayan Morrow knew of his father’s breakout of Impel Down. The deal with King Sapiro lives well. It is the Spada Pirates that are in the news an-”- the mustached man spoke up, quickly interrupted

“Precisely. We can control the news. The Spada Pirates move loudly, obnoxiously, and most of all, predictably. The Captain goes around destroying with no rhyme or reason. That makes them unorganized and therefore predictable. That allows us to fashion the news surrounding them, like we did with Moria. But the Vampirates...”- the samurai asserted

“Deal in precision.”- finished the bearded Gorosei, stroking his long white beard and pulling up documents on the table, examining them

“The reports of the Vampirates’ technological and military pursuit is unprecedented. Their military approach to piracy is unique, and far more dangerous than the others. The Pol’s rough estimates have the Vampirate’s military might matching or exceeding many of the Kingdoms under our control.”- the bearded man said, passing around the intel

“Our latest intel has Landayan Morrow at Serapis. If Hades falls, it will send shockwaves through the Underground. Hades is worshipped by the Underground, and his fall would put the Vampirates on the map. Put them on the map in a place we don’t control the news: the Underground. Not only does this avail them to the Black Market technologies, but this means they will garner the attention of the group who works most in the Underground…”- the samurai continued

“The Revolutionary Army.”- the younger Gorosei stated, drawing the attention of all five

“Indubitably. If the Revolution allies with a power similar to a kingdom in the Vampirates, who are openly defiant against us, Dragon will use them as an example. An example to spur other kingdoms to revolt. That is an avalanche we will not be able to roll back.”- the man concluded

“With that monster, Silver Hair, escaping Impel Down - it’s worse. That man has the infamy and reputation to have the previous era’s legends come out of the woodwork. We have staved off this era, but if that man resurrects the previous one…”- the mustached man quipped, showing the new bounty of Silver Hair, shockingly at 1,365,000,000, showing not merely his power, but the influence that bore such a threat to the World Government

“There is a silver lining. With all of the Vampirate’s strengths, there is one glaring weakness… Landayan Morrow’s past. It is said the man is unbalanced and unhinged by the ramifications of our deal with King Sapiro. We can use that. Luckily, since Doflamingo’s fall, we’ve flooded the Underground with operatives... one in particular. They are the key.”- the samurai said, gesturing the door open

The massive marble door opened. Matching the marble white floor, a figure draped in white garments and a mask entered. It was hard to gauge whether the white suit of the secret operatives was male or female, but the aura was mysterious, like a low scream in the distance in a dark forest. Suddenly, the figure stopped short of the five. Slowly, and out of camera shot, the mask was discarded.

“So, it is you…”- the mustached man said

ENIES LOBBY UNDER STRIKE​

It has come to the attention of the World Government who have been spread thin. But are now the gaze of being targeted by two pirate groups baring their teeth at them. Silver Vampirate Empire and the Spada Pirates.

The moment the duo lead by their captains, but La Spada initiated the first strike by baring her fangs at the destination of Impel Down and then second strike at aiming the Shichubukai. Gecko Moriah being the first one who met his fate by the hands of La Spada and her underling Kyria. At this very moment another underling bared his fangs, claws and wings against the strongest swordsman, Dracule Mihawk. Mihawk was able to thwart any further damage. Then a few days later, Larsi the man who once lead the Vampirates had made his return by springing his jailbreak at Impel Down.

Namor under the instruction of Gambit, had ordered the strike against Enies Lobby.

“Mr. Hassan is terminating the Merger with Kaido's business because Lord Gambit is currently rising as a new business tycoon.", one of the Underworld emperors told Morgans.

"Agree! his lawyer told the International Securities and Exchange Commission (ISEC) that this is the best way to go.", another emperor added.

“Do you know what the effect of this acquisition might bring to the table?” Morgans asked the two.

"The termination of those businesses would lead not only the further rise of Morrow as a new Emperor. But as a true scientist and weapons factory icon, he could influence each and every country to raid the others and bring chaos to this world! This is big news!!!"

"I would not worry as much as the World Government would if they heard about this. We are brokers after all."

"Yeah, but I couldn't wait to see how the Gorosei would react to this. A time bomb ready to explode whenever Gambit presses the button."

Elsewhere, a man in silhouette talks to his servant. “Tell Judge Vinsmoke that we will be purchasing 1 Million sets of Raid Suits. I know he's in a business partnership with The Gambit and we would like to add a few warships to our purchase. Say dozens of them. In return, we will let the other kings who despise the Government patronize them."

Meanwhile, a newly built 400-meter-long warship is docked at the port of an island in the New World. Judge is now seen entering a building that resembles the entrance to Pangea's facility. The Building Logo says Gambit Industries.

Minutes later, he would be accompanied by his children, Lady Manaka, and hundreds of Germa Soldiers as they all entered the facility. Inside, they would not only witness the mass production of Clone Soldiers but underneath the ground floor, tons of Power Armors, Raid Suits, and Cyborgs are being manufactured as well.

We now see Diosa 17 and Sir 18─Commanders of the Silver Vampirates Science and Technology Divisions, testing the newly created Cyborgs. The Ship Guardians.

Camelot, New World
Lady Aramis and her knights who joined the Vampirates headed to Camelot to reclaim the land from King Arthur, her cousin. However, during their duel, she struggled to defeat the all-powerful king. Amidst her defeat, she was able to claim the hearts of the other knights, joining her in her conquest. Before they fled to the countryside of the kingdom, Feltyrosa of the Spada Pirates entered the scene after humiliating the knights and the royal guards. After a successful duel with King Arthur, she left the arena. In sync with Aramis' drawing out of the holy Excalibur at the hilltop of the countryside, Feltyrosa would encounter the Fleet Captain of the First Fleet, Prince Namor of the Deep. A trade was proposed. In exchange for the Vampirates' share in Onigashima, she has to surrender Camelot, Dressrosa, and Tequila Wolf. The agreement has been inked on the parchment.

An elder narrates the story to the kids who did not witness the fall of Arthur. "The new King, Lady Aramis Knightfall, provoked to see the little advantage she had yet gained, and that victory still continued in suspense, drew out her Caliburn, and calling upon the name of the Blessed Virgin, rushed forward with great fury into the thickest of the enemy’s ranks; … neither did she give over the fury of her assault until she had, with his Caliburn alone, claimed thousands of men's heart. Long live the King! Long live Vampirates!”

Now, Aramis is named the new king of Camelot but this is only the beginning of the war long-written and destined to uprise. Spadas vs Vampirates!

Tequila Wolf, East Blue
Hundreds of pirates boarded a ship with the flagship of the Vampirates squad. Cutting through the waters of East Blue, they headed fast to Tequila Wolf. The humongous bridge of the said land boasted itself before their very eyes.

One of the crew members remarked, "Obviously, this country has been transformed into a site for the trafficking of weapons in East Blue."

Other crew seconded: "La Spada's work!"

"Indeed", a mysterious man who appears to be in command said, "She uses the bridge to transport weapons to the highest bidder to the various islands in East Blue. We cannot let this happen."

The mysterious man revealed himself. Sir 17 of the Science and Carpentry division of the Vampirates.

"I shall head to the capital. Do not engage. Do not fire. Captain's orders."

Minutes later, Sir 17, the super android of the pirate crew disembarked the vessel called Gray Ribbon.

Landing using his jet-propelled boots, hair fluttering, he stared down at the men on the bridge, seemingly transporting goods to several ships at the end of the line. "Stop right there."

"I need you to peacefully abandon this place. For from now on, this customs chamber will be operated by the ─"

Dressrosa, New World
The kingdom that is formerly protected by Uteki of the Crimson Vow suddenly receives the scary news that Spada would be taking her conquest in this land. Black Propaganda. It was Gambit's plan all along. And now, hundreds of Vampirates entered the land, headed by Commander Koza himself, Judge Vinsmoke, and his offsprings. Guards uproared!

"The Vinsmokes are here! And a representative from Alabasta!"

"Hurry! Report to the palace immediately!"

"Aye!"

Fast forward to the castle, and they would be welcomed by King Riku and the princesses themselves. "Well, isn't it a surprise to be visited by Judge himself and his mighty princes and princess?", King Riku said, eye to eye with Judge.

"We are sent here by the Emperor Gambit. He's got an offer you couldn't refuse."

"Do tell."

"Koza! Burn the flag of the Crimson Pirates.", and the rebel would quickly comply. Using his Jutte, he twirled it several times before catching in flames in rapid combustion. After setting it ablaze, he would swing his weapon across the air, targeting the enemy flag itself, burning them. A declaration of war.

"That's the message, King Riku. From now on, we won't let any other scums ruin this country. Gambit's order.", Judge continued.

Koza after burning the flag approached the King. He held a parchment in scrolls and handed it over to the King. The message was clear.

"King Riku,

I hope that the weather is as pleasant as Princess Rebecca's.

It is an honor for my comrades to be welcomed by you. Fight with us. Alabasta, Germa, Camelot, and Atlantia are already with us. Let's turn the world upside down.

We still don't know the truth here, but the words that Cu Chulainn revealed are they true, yes or no?

The reason behind the Devil Pirates disappearance was in fact an inside job. Whispers are being spread that the person responsible behind their disappearance is none other than one special marine officer Gil-Link Ereinion. Claims are being spread that it was him alone on a day that took out Nero, Miyagi and many of the infamous commanders of the Devil's.

The marines are using and hoping said claims are true to abuse the statements by spreading fear into the hearts of the many of when they spot the very marine officer.

The news have spread around the allies of the Silver Vampirates . The crew led by Cletus has entered the Kingdom, and started their siege. It was a bit odd to hear the progression of a ingoing siege, however recent rumours has made people curious about Briss. Apparently, the missing Vice-Captain has reappeared on Cletus's ship, and there even stories that he's currently at Briss with Cletus.

On a territory control by the Silver Vampirates, two men were talking about the exact rumour. One was holding a picture sent by the someone that ship. As the two men looked at it, they dropped on the floor, as they gazed on the image. The two men fell with the faces facing the ceiling of the establishment they were in. As kept on looking they could see the picture slowing falling down and dropping right in between them.

One of them look at the picture again, just to be sure. On the picture, it was a Light Brown Skin man with Silver Hair and a pair Red Eyes. They had no more reservation, as they recognised this man as to be Count Silver, the Vice-Admiral of the Crew. He has returned.

Suddenly in every major household across the globe their snailphone projection screens would shift from their regular broadcasting to a black screen with static. It took a few moments for the signal to accept this new transmission but before long a single human with a microphone would be staring directly at them.

"Welcome folks to this unusual broadcasting. Reporting to you live from Whole Cake Island is your favourite reporter Jimmy Firecracker!"​

Looking at Jimmy Firecracker we can see that he has sheltered himself into one of the evacuated homes near the château. That same venue where the wedding of the century was supposed to go down. Interest into what happened there would take the nation by storm and people would be glued to their screen at this moment in time.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the nation I have big news. The wedding has been disturbed by the navy! Shocking! I know! But that is not all, allegedly it is our beloved hero, man of justice, saviour of the Vinlands. Kallavan Stormblessed himself! As you can hear through the rumbling the fighting inside the château is heavy and life threatening for the ordinary individual. But do not fret our hero is on the job and will pull through."

Suddenly a large quake would appear throughout the area until eventually an explosion ended the quake. The reporter and camera man instantly shifted their view onto the wedding floor of the building, zooming in on the fire that had blasted through the walls.

"UNBELIEVABLE FOLKS!"
"DID YOU SEE THAT? KAIDO JUST BLASTED A BEAM OF FIRE THROUGH THE BUILDING. BUT WAIT? RICKY ZOOM IN WOULD YOU!"

The camera operator shifted his view and zoomed in on a most terrifying sight. Vice-Admiral Kallavan free falling down onto the coasts of Whole Cake Island, seemingly defeated. Upon witnessing this the two would quickly shift back to their original standings.

"Do not be alarmed yet citizens of the earth. I am sure our champion will be back. It is just a minor setback! Our hero is not defeated so easily!"
"Wait...hang on folks. I just got a transmission from one of our nearby reporters."

Jimmy firecracker would quickly twist his head giving attention to the earpiece listening closely to what message he was receiving.

"Yes. Jimmy firecracker here. Uhu...A ship has arrived? Shichibukai Boa Hancock has arrived?!"
"Another unforeseen development here at Big Mom's territory folks! Just how on earth will this end? I am on the edge of my seat!"

CRASH!

"What was that? Ricky look at the chateau! Kaido has coiled himself around it and...and is that Yonko BIG MOM! Who're they shouting towards? On the other side! Look ladies and Gentlemen! Vice-Admiral Sasaki on the job and holding at bay TWO YONKOUS. That man without question has a few bolts loose in his head if you ask me! "

Jimmy would then shift back to in front of the camera and spoke one final time to the people around the globe.

"Things are looking very hot right now on Whole Cake Island folks. Too hot for my liking! My crew and I will do our best to relocate to safety. Look for our bi-hourly updates on this clash of the century! Ricky keep that camera Rol-!"

Suddenly a chunk of rock would fall down onto the house both Jimmy and Ricky were using as a shelter. That piece of debris came falling down after Sasaki's rifle had missed Captain Kid. Who, unfortunately wasn't deemed important enough for Jimmy Firecracker. The last thing the people on the globe would see were Jimmy and Ricky ducking to safety from the falling debris. The transmission, however, would be cut short then and there.

This is Carly Nagisa-chan coming to you from the Sabaody Archipelago! I-it's utter mayhem here! At one of the famous Sabaody Auctions, one of the auctioned specimens broke out!

Reporter Carly said in front of the camera. Her hair was a mess and her face was dirty. Parts of her clothing were ripped up, and her glasses were crooked and somewhat damaged. She had escaped from the collapsing auction house and followed the situation to the scene of the Marines confronting the escapee.

The camera shifted away from her and toward the battle, where the escapee of long white hair, pale skin and a pair of large black wings, was confronting a battalion of Marines, headed by two Vice Admirals. The fight ensued, and Reporter Carly was confident that the presence of not one, but two Vice Admirals would bring the situation under control. As such, her crew decided to film what would undoubtedly be a welcome result for the world. But, with every passing second, Carly and her crew watched in dumbfounded fashion as Sephiroth dismantled the Marine battalion. Many of the soldiers fell as collateral damage. Then, Vice Admiral Strawberry fell, followed by Vice Admiral Doberman. Her crew, not knowing what to do, turned the camera toward her.

Reporter Carly stared at the camera at a loss for words.

C-Carly-senpai say something...

One of the crew said, a drop of nervous sweat rolling down the side of Carly's face. With a shaky and dramatic voice, Carly spoke.

T-the Vice Admirals just fell, and the escapee, with a Celestial Dragon in tow, is on the r-run. T-the world is ending. I-I will go visit my mom before this archipelago is w-wiped off of the m-map. May g-god be with us.

Reporter Carly said, ending the broadcast abruptly and leaving the world in shock.

One Winged Catastrophe​

Following his arrival at the Auction House after being captured, then kidnapped a Celestial Dragon. I repeat a Celestial Dragon, those very ones. This was enough to warrant a huge warning and a target set on one Sephiroth's back the very culprit. Not one but two Vice Admirals also perished in the alteration, enough to get not one, not two but three Admirals.

Anarchy is currently present at Sabaody, though Absolute, Lazy, and Blind have fortified their ranks to become judges, jury, and executioners in the termination of the pest.

The world only heard little very of the apocalypse, but now it did.

P-p-p-people!!! THE WORLD IS OFFICIALLY COMING TO AN END!!!

This is Carly Nagisa-chan coming to you from the Sabaody Archipelago! I-it's utter mayhem here! At one of the famous Sabaody Auctions, one of the auctioned specimens broke out!

Reporter Carly said in front of the camera. Her hair was a mess and her face was dirty. Parts of her clothing were ripped up, and her glasses were crooked and somewhat damaged. She had escaped from the collapsing auction house and followed the situation to the scene of the Marines confronting the escapee.

T-t-to the world, I have to r-report the greatest crime in y-years! The escapee...

HAS ABDUCTED A CELESTIAL DRAGON!

The cameras came back on, and Carly was seen hopping about, trying to avoid explosions caused by what appeared to be fists of magma falling from the skies. As she was running around with her microphone in hand, Carly started to yell.

T-t-the world really is e-e-ending!!! THE ADMIRALS AND THE ESCAPEE ARE FIGHTING!!! I-I-It looks like an apocalypse here! P-p-pray for Carly Nagisa-chan, world! Once it all ends here, I vow to you on my pride as a journalist...

Carly shouted as one of the explosions sent her flying comically. The camera feed was cut off once again.

The Saboday Incident

Grove Shores
The hellhound. The Great Power would burn. In unholy fire and anger that could be tasted, Admiral Akainu formed a cataclysm of lava that enveloped Sephiroth, heard miles away. From it, the now maimed and heavily wounded Sephiroth appeared. No doubt his Lunarian heritage was responsible for his narrow escape from certain death. The man summoned his entire will to strike back, protecting his comrades, not unlike how Akainu was protecting the memory of the Marines that Sephiroth claimed. Birthed was three-pronged dragon of fire.

The magma man cocked his hand back, lava exploding outward as he punched. From his fist came a Giant Fist exploding like a volcanic eruption, tempered with Haki of the highest caliber. The attacks clashed. A loud clang signified them dissipating, with Akainu’s magma, being of higher order of nature than fire, pushing through and touching the rest of the immediate battlefield. As the three ran, small pellets of lava rained down on them from the aftermath of the attack.

Suddenly, a few moments later, lava erupted from the water, spewing a humongous wall of magma that barred the trio’s only escape. An underground volcano.

[Admiral Akainu] “Didn’t I tell you… I was not going to let you damn pirates escape?!”​

Behind the trio appeared Akainu, his body fully transformed in lava. His feet fed magma to the water, evaporating it to the ocean floor - thankfully, they were on the shores of Saboday. The trio were cornered, trapped between the rushing lava and the Hellhound.

Suddenly, two figures stepped to the back and to the right side of Akainu, restraining him. Admiral Aokiji held Akainu from the back, ice crackling over his whole body. Special Admiral Fujitora was on Akainu’s right side, his blade up to the Hellhound’s neck. Fuji’s face was of full concern - he had seen the future. With a roar, Akainu exploded in a torrent of magma. Both Fujitora and Aokiji were blown away, barely making it into remaining slabs of ice. They struggled to get up - Akainu had put them down. He was not to be denied Justice.

Admiral Akainu roared with the hounds of hell.

[Admiral Akainu] “I WON’T FORGIVE THE EVILS OF PIRACY!”​

Dramatically, the seemingly invincible force raised both his hands. Atop them, a swirling ball of lava was created almost instantly. A magma force that reached giant; Emperor Magma. The sea was roused. The underground volcanoes formed by the air from the Grove Trees began to rumble. The whole island, the whole sea, shook, cracking what was left of the ice. From below and above. Z. Suddenly, the camera would whirl into Sephiroth’s eyes. For a moment, trapped and looking down at certain death, Future Sight would trigger.

[Future Sight]
Admiral Akainu threw down the massive force of magma. From below, underground volcanoes erupted. The result was a bi-eruption of magma that would send a plume to the sky, like an atomic bomb. In one shot, Saboday Archipielago would tear and be blown to pieces. In one shot, the very sea formed a chasm to envelop the horizon, lava triumphant. All civilians. Most Marines. All pirates. Dead. Even Aokiji and Fujitora lay heavily wounded. The biggest attack a single Marine had in their arsenal. Apocalypse.

Suddenly, Sephiroth would be awoken from the future sight by the ringing of a den den mushi. Akainu looked down to the den den mushi sticking from his outer coat pocket, his attack still held above him. A familiar voice spoke.

[Fleet Admiral Sengoku] “Sakazuki! Stop this instant! The eyes of the world are watching!”​

Admiral Akainu turned. In the distance, were a group of people in what was left of the ice. Blown away before, but braving the terror for the sake of journalism, was a woman and her camera crew. The famous Carly and her news crew zoomed in on Admiral Akainu and the trio. They had been watching all along, from the slave auction, to the deal made, to the deal broken, to Akainu’s anger. Everything, beamed to every screen in the seas.

Sengoku screamed in desperation, just outside the earshot of the cameras.

[Fleet Admiral Sengoku] “I’m watching everything from a goddamn screen! And so is the entire world! If you destroy that island and all those civilians to kill three pirates… we won’t ever live it down!”​

[Fleet Admiral Sengoku] “Stand down this instant! THAT’S AN ORDER!!”​

Admiral Aokiji and Fujitora slowly got to their feet. Now it would become clear why they tried to stop a fellow Admiral. The Hellhound turned to Sephiroth. A terrible intent gaze was shot, teeth gritting.

[Admiral Akainu] “I’ll remember your name, you filthy pirate! We will see each other again!”​

Suddenly, the sea stopped rumbling. The massive attack Akainu held was absorbed back into his body. The lava barrier dissipated, leaving a clear escape and exit for the trio. The Hellhound never stopped his intentful gaze - this was personal now between him and Sephiroth. The Admiral growled as he turned away, his Admiral cloak flapping behind him. The Hellhound was lost in the steam, though his anger persevered.

With nay a blade or a fist, only a camera, Carly unwittingly saved, not just the three pirates, but thousands.

The chapter would close. Infamy for Admiral Akainu spread. Nicknamed “The Executioner”. News spun by the World Government, the pirates, seeing the Marine’s power firsthand, now cowered. In return, Sephiroth’s name would be emblazoned on the pages of history under the page titled…

Dai Funka (literally meaning: "Great/Major Eruption"): Sakazuki's signature attack. He transforms his (usually right) fist into pure magma before expanding and throwing it forward akin to an oversized rocket, burning whatever lies in its path. The giant fist may further be made to explode, bursting apart into meteor showers.​

Carly Nagisa-chan fell to the ground, her knees giving in. The sheer tension and adrenaline that had kept her on her feet, was now gone. Breathing deeply, Carly sighed in relief.

I-It's o-over... w-we are safe!

Carly proclaimed to the cameras. Parts of the world cheered. The Sabaody Incident redefined the order of the world. The Celestial Dragons were the rulers, and Admiral Akainu was the executioner. If any pirate was to attempt something similar to what Sephiroth had done, they were sure to face the wrath of Admiral Akainu. They would be made an example out of.

The Celestial Dragons...

... were off limits.

Carly got in front of the cameras again, closing out with a statement.

T-This was your Carly Nagisa-chan...!

Passionate about broadcasting the truth to the world!

Carly said, the feed cutting off. Her shoulders slumped, exhausted. Suddenly, a man spoke up behind her.

Carly-chan, you may have just saved thousands. A brave young woman!

The man said. Carly turned around, behind her a legend.

Marine HQ, Bounty Assignment Office:

Alright ladies and gentlemen, we have a new task before us! Brannew shouted, turning to face the other members of the Bounty Assignment Office, seated before the long table. Several of them perked up at this, as much of their job pertained to research and similar slow task, it wasn't every day they got to tackle an actual bounty increase. The charge set for us is that of Sephiroth, known to be affiliated with the Silver Vampirates.

Two aides walked down the length of the table, each handing out copies of the same paper Brannew himself was reading from. Taking the papers, the officers eagerly started reading while listening to him continuing his speech, starting the list of crimes committed.

Breaking free from the slave auction and destroying it in the process, releasing several... properties of the slave masters. Although he may himself find the practice of slavery distasteful, it was not his place to judge those. His place was to weigh the crimes set before him and what they represented.

He even attacked and abducted one of the Celestial Dragons present! Brannew heard several gasps from that last statement, and he agreed with the sentiment. Laying hands on the gods was inexcusable. He then went on to fight a battalion of marines, killing the two Vice Admirals sent to restrain him and recover the Celestial Dragon.

Only when confronted by the three Admirals did he relent, releasing the Celestial, even clashing with Akainu himself before escaping. Brannew lowered his papers, eyes scanning the room before him. For a moment they all sat in stunned silence, taking in the words he had spoken. The implication was dire, this was a man not to be taken lightly. His actions bespoke cruelty, his results cunning.

The silence soon broke and discussion erupted. Over the next hour Brannew mediated and participated in the debate, hearing all the different arguments and comparison to similar recent actions. Finally, as all others settled back in their chairs, they looked exhausted, but satisfied. Brannew himself leaned forward, a sneer spread across his face, distaste still apparent when faced with the crimes. Still, he loudly declared their decision for all to hear, setting in motion the printing of the new bounty poster.

Sephiroth, the Apocalypse, new bounty of 720,000,000 beri!

This is similar to what Larsi did breaking out of Impel Down, except Impel Down in an of itself is more impressive, and Larsi fought 3 vice admirals, but only killed one even though pretty much defeating all three, and confronted Aokiji too. These parts combined together paint a similar picture, so 300 mill just for this, especially given lower current bounty.

The rest:

- Negotiated a release of the Celestial Dragon in exchange for escaping

I might have given a higher discretionary if this was by itself, but since you're already getting over 400 mill for everything else, so I'm gonna go with 100 for this. It's also already the highest discretionary bounty I could find.

- With his newfound power, the Tartaros, there's no other way but to kill Marines or Pirates on sight as it's the only way to unleash its power within.
