yeah, but it counts as buying one; so you cant have more than max or both 120 CoA and CoO (without the upgrade etc)

I mean there's also a rule that you have to choose between awareness and precognition lol. But there's an item that bypasses that. That's sort of the idea of those types of items. xD

nope, but it might be an upgrade in the future to get 2 120s in the same stat
