Yes. Though for bounty purposes, you use the highest level NPC to calculate part of the base bounty, not all of them. For paycheck increases, you can request a paycheck increase for each NPC you defeat (not counting fodder).

Yes. I believe you can sell anything (except DC) for half its price (50%). In Free Change period, you can sell things back at full price (100%). DC has different rules. But wait for another GM to confirm this. It’s been a while since I saw it.

If it’s as you suggest, we’d then turn to the question would be whether the player actually created it (which we then get into Science stats, blueprints, obtaining a Lunarian body, ect). 1) I’d say you have to buy both. Otherwise, it’s a loophole. But I’ll let @Larsi have the final say. 2) No. Unless you have a cyborg stat and actually make it a cyborg. But if you modify it with non-cyborg things, then no.

@FELI D AEROM A good point of reference on things like that is your island host. When it comes t equipment and stats, if you’re the only one in the island (this is different when you’re not the only one), have a chat with your host about any changes. Chances are, host won’t mind. I know I...

Sanji’s Jenga Ho is a great example of what Ziosa is referring to. Sanji has a specific tech where he kicks a building (Zoro had cut it) and the pieces hit the enemy. It was used against Oars. May sound like a pain to create a separate tech, but it’d be very simple to create one.
