Today we changing it up and attempting a new type of video idea. We are going to make 5 claims and I want to hear YOUR feedback on these claims. I would love to hear your input on them, if they make sense to you and how these "facts" resonate with YOU. After a week or two I will then give you my reasoning for believing all these things and why I think that they all are true.

Akainu referred to IM here. He knows about it's (her) existence

the "puppet" here is Doflamingo (not Cipher Pol, that was a mistranslation). Akainu is saying here that Doflamingo went "right over their heads", i.e. straight to Im who then dispatched Cipher Pol.
