Autodesk sketchbook is pretty great. Has about everything you'll need, layers, brushes, opacity, all the color choices, and you can start sketches from your own files uwu

I don't have any idea in coloring so I will appreciate if you could teach like a retard.. What do I need to know first? Also, I am color blind so tips on apps that displays the text of the color is more appreciated. Thanks!

Well, you'll need to decide if you're using Photoshop, Sai, or another type of program used for painting. MS Paint would work but you won't get as much depth in your results.

Certain colors like brown and green. Blue and violet. Yelllow vs green. Red vs brown. I don't seem to differentiate them when inside the same panel or photo.

I have photoshop on mobile. Will that work?

I don't have any experience with Photoshop mobile actually ;-;

I'll take a look at my color settings in my PS on computer and see if there is a way to set up so they are better categorized in groups.
