The Cipher Pol 3 base is the base of operations for Cipher Pol's third unit. It is located in South Blue, more specifically on the Kurogane Island. The CP3 are a specialized police force that protects the royal family of Kurogane Island. Why an entire Cipher Pol unit was established to protect a specific royal family is unknown, but this peculiar circumstance has caught the attention of many criminals in the past, believing that there was something special to be gotten from this royal family. Due to the many criminals that attempt to come to and wreak havoc on Kurogane Island, the CP3 are well-versed in protection and evacuation tactics, as well as fighting.

Landing O' Yopenheimer It wasn't that large of a hassle now was it? It was a somewhat stupid and reckless request but after some long convincing Gerald managed to do it, The Cotton Blossom sailed close by to the Cipher Pol Base of operations and Captain Einsauer was a bit skeptical of Gerald's mission.
"This is quite the opportunity that I will not pass up on. The Berry rewards are too sweet for me to pass up like this; I don't expect this to be easy however I think my strategy will prove quite effective." He said, to his Captain; Walking out on to the Deck already dawning his Shogun Armor! He had a strange Enormous Crate-like casing slung over his Shoulder, though in his Shogun Armor he stood at 12'1" This casing possessed an even greater mass than the Shogun himself!

Atop the Casing sat Gerald's Close friend, Boom-Burst.
"Stop wasting time Gerald, We have a bounty to collect." interjected his close friend, he sat peering over to what they had to face in the base right before them. "The Captain's worries will have to wait, when we hall in the heads of each of these guys we'll be loaded."
Gerald Nodded, agreeing with Boom-Burst's statement and shot off. He Squatted down, incorporating both the Shogun's Bounce boots and an innate mechanism to allow for a transfer of great force they leapt off of the ship! Boom-Burst held onto the Metal Casing Tightly, Gerald held the casing quite firmly. He cackled inside his suit as he shouted, "AVAST!"
The Pair's recklessness knew no bounds, Boom-Burst flicked a mechanism on his suit; allowing him to play quite an Odd but symbolically accurate song...
The Shotgun Landed onto the base! Drawing attention to itself with the loud music playing, it's gigantic size, the abnormally bright colours and gilded stature and the strange metal casing it held in it's hands. "Gas-Station HotDogs, I'm going to take refuge in the case for now. You know what to do when it's time for them to fight" said Boom-Burst, getting up atop the Casing and heading to the opposing side of the case to head inside.
"I understand, Let's just hope this isn't too tedious." relied Gerald, investigating his surroundings and trying his best to stay alert; for this was his first ever act of piracy outside of simply joining the Sweet Pirate crew.
CP3 Hunt - 01@Lamby
(Feltyrosa since I have Mars that I never use) Scattered throughout the base were the members of CP3. Commander Kondo was in his office, while the remaining seven Agents were all doing their own thing. Harada, Saito, and Yamazaki were all in a group at the time. They had all decided to go out and engage in a little friendly competition to keep their skills sharp. Before they could reach the exit the alarm sounded. In a rather brazen move, a pair of pirates decided to declare war on the base. One donned a mecha suit that was rather tall, and the other appeared to be in a suit as well, albeit much smaller. The trio of agents rushed out and were the first to confront the duo.
"My, my. Your little suit seems to have made you quite confident." Harada said.
Saito and Yamazaki laughed and all three drew their blades. Saito was the first to launch an attack. He fired a flying slash attack towards the larger mech. Harada and Yamazaki followed suit. A total of three flying slashes was launched. After, they would rush forward to close the distance. With Yamazaki lagging behind a bit to keep an eye out for a counterattack. Meanwhile, the remaining four agents were all making their way outside. Kondo remained in his office.. Confident in his subordinates' ability to handle this on their own.

An Alarm Blared, as expected of an interest of this magnitude. Gerald did blatantly barge into their base, His plan of action was quite reckless and stupid and so this type of response was unexcused. "Ha!Ha! Here they come, Boom-Burst Prepare to deploy the bots!" He shouted to his subordinate.
Out into the open area came... Not one Agent... But Three?! Not only were there three Agents they seemed to possess a cheeky attitude towards Gerald since he had barged into their base in such a way. Gerald Held no response to them, instead he readied himself preparing for their attacks.
"From what I've read, I'm not allowed to kill these guys. I must incapacitate them however I cannot guarantee any of such since casualties tend to arise here and there." He thought.
The Agents Drew their blades and acted, sending three flying slashes at Gerald's Shogun. He could see them quite clearly; They dashed to attack Gerald using the Slashes as a shield to bait him out... Or so he guessed, He activated his Bounce Boots and strafed to the right to avoid the slashes instead of facing them head on: It was quite crude to assume Gerald would lag behind simply because of his flashy entrance, both him and the Agents possessed equal movement capabilities and reaction speed so this battle... Would be one of wits!
His Mecha Boots Dragged along the ground ripping through it's material as he had intended to shift directions, Using the bounce boots once again...
"BOOM-BURST!" He shouted, coating his right fist in Armament Haki hardening. He short jumped as he wound up a right hook from above, he had planned to come down onto the Agents who rushed at him with a heavy right with his Mecha!

Yopenheimer Ingenuity!
He heard the yell of his father and acted immediately, deafening the wild music he moved about within the casing. Flipping a simple lever he activated opened the front door of the case... The case opened and it revealed Gerald's Secret Weapons; Within stood an array of robots created by Gerald upon his Journey aboard the cotton blossom and Boom-Burst had selectively chosen to activate 2 at this point in time. One to support his father and the Other to stay behind and protect him, Though the front Door to the Casing had opened one can only look inside to see the gleam of two bright eyes.
"Gas Station Hot Dogs is in a Bind, Deploy and help him, Destroy the Enemy!" shouted Boom-Burst. Out of the casing Raced a Red and Blue Truck with flames dominating it's hulls. It's horn blared... ERRRRRRRRRRHHHH!

It possessed great mobilitiy speed as well as the distance between itself and Agents had shorted drastically. It transformed and grew in size: Standing at a maximum height of 19'7", it rummaged through the Ground. It's arms and feet dragged as the metal ripped through the grounds, it leapt and got to it's feet sliding towards the CP3 Agent. "Deployment complete. Immediate Execution of Commands Engaged."It exclaimed as it reached for something on it's Back!
Out of it's back... Spawned a Mechanical Axe. Transforming swiftly in it's hands, it Swung at the agent with Great speeds! The Sheer length of the Axe allowed for the Bot to swing from a distance and possibly force the Agent on the defensive due to the distance created by the weapon. It swung it's axe on a slanted Axis, aimed to slash Yamazaki along the torso and cleave him in two had he not reacted in time!
The flying slashes that the trio used to test the mech's capabilities confirmed to them it had a means of great mobility despite its size. They proceeded forward keeping this fact in their thoughts. The robot aimed a haki-clad punch at the trio as they neared it. Yamazaki called out to them as the robot moved and Harada dashed ahead. Their formation was now a line instead of a triangle with Yamazaki lagging behind. With a flex of his biceps, Harada prepared to strike at the incoming fist. His blade clashed, but rather than trying to damage the mech or continue to block the attack, he used his blade to divert the punch off course. Instead of hitting him or his comrades it would strike the ground. Leaving an indent, but otherwise causing no harm. His two allies, trusting his plan were ready with attacks and both of them came down after leaping to gain some momentum. They aimed to deliver a strike to either side of the mech's neck with a fierce downward slash.
The agents in question were focused on the giant mech and with Yamazaki joining on the attack, it seemed like they would be doomed to be hit unaware by the newly emerged smaller mech's axe. However the axe swing is interrupted. A flying slash from out of nowhere blocked it. Hijikata had arrived on the scene.
"Fools. Your tunnel vision almost cost you."
He scolded his teammates and joined the fight. Choosing to square off vs the mini-mech that had the axe that he had just blocked. How blind could they be being unware of such a massive new foe appearing? He was going to have Kondo reprimand them when this was over. As he moved to face this new fow, Harada would join him. Leaving Saito and Yamazaki to handle the 12ft mech.

Gerald Landed... His fist was elegantly deflected by Harada causing him to strike the ground causing a massive indent. It was then they retaliated performing Two leaping downward cleaves a his Mech's neck! Gerald quickly pulled his arm out of the ground to face them and whilst he did both the slashes had landed upon his mech... Alas Gerald did not waver, for this wasn't the same as before; the swords clanged and chipped the thickness of the mecha's neck slightly damaging it's armor on both sides!
Yamazaki and Saito's follow up: 4. City Block Level: (61 STR + B) Each vs 81-100: 5. Town Level = DPR 1 below dura: somewhat effective
"I have to admit this is quite tedious but they've left themselves wide open!" He thought as he was fully prepared to counter attack! Since they had performed the leaping Double slash Gerald quickly deduced that this was the prime time to strike and he wasn't holding back! He primed his Bounce Boots, shifting the Haki coating from his fist to the entire chest of the Mecha, he needed these people alive for his objective and so he lessened the intensity of his buso, forming an Invisible armor rather than the Clad Branding. He leapt at the to CP Agents who had just attacked him at blinding speeds! Presumably tackling them both with a signature technique; BOOM-BURST QUICK SHOULDER!!
Boom-Burst Quick Shoulder
The Mecha Leaps forwards performing dashing shoulder tackle with enough force to send the opponent flying through several buildings. DPR A: 61 Science, 61 Strength, 61 Speed

Raider Bot Entourage!
It seems that this situation just got a bit more dangerous... The Raider's axe swing was intercepted! It staggered backwards and swung it's weapon about; swinging it above it's head before finally ceasing, holding the weapon behind it's back with the head facing the ground. The Agent he had originally planned to attack was saved by the entrance of another! The Robot's eyes gleamed as it began flickering in between the two targets; It wavered in it's desire to attack for it was at a great disadvantage in terms of numbers however... It... didn't call for backup!
Instead it spun about backstepping as it did... It swung the Axe overhead and then into the Ground! It Dragged the axe along and curved it's path, slinging a large dust and rubble cloud right at the Agents to obscure their vision! Keeping it's momentum it retracted it's axe and immediately knelt. From it's back, emerged a massive gun!
The Robot had scanned them before, recording and keeping track of the two target's positions and appearance so using the Dust as temporary Cover it grabbed the gun and shot at the CP3 Agents! The gun in question was naught more than a light machine gun, firing round after round at angle that would most likely hit their torso and lower body, the emptied round shells dropped and clanged onto the ground as it burned through it's magazine!

The Safety of the Casing! "This battle is getting intense! I wish I could be more helpful outside of just activating the bots however They're moving too fast for me to keep up with." He said hiding behind the bot he had awakened, a Floridian Seeker; though significantly weaker than the raiders they are not to be under estimated; for what they lack in size they keep in numbers!
"Wait... I think I know what I can do! I can awaken another Raider, Gas Station Hot-Dogs seems to be doing pretty well on his own and so that just leaves the 417-B. His Destructive Potency is quite lackluster on his own so he probably needs the backup!" He speculated, running over the next available Raider in the casing. He began running a diagnostics tests preparing to deploy it... to Aid the lone Raider.
CP3 Hunt- 03@Lamby
The two agents fighting the 12ft tall mech found themselves in an interesting situation. The armor it provided was more than they anticipated and it was swifter than its appearance would suggest. When it lunged forward with its shoulder tackle they knew a simple dodge would not work. They leapt to either side as they swung their swords at it to parry it. They focused on pushing the mech past them trying to use its own momentum against it. They had moderate success and felt their arms hurting from the powerful impact they deflected. When they landed, Saito kneeled. His leg had been damaged by the charge. He endured the pain and stood up. Prepared for another round. They had a better grasp of its speed and capabilities and so they were hoping to get in a clean counterattack now.
4 total vs 6 = you win, but lose 3dpr. 3 DPR vs 4 (61 vit) somewhat effective
Harada and Hijikata found themselves fighting the larger mech. Hijikata deflected its axe with a flying slash and it recovered from the stammering caused relatively quickly. It then launched another attack. Harada stood in front of Hijikata. Determined to repay the favor from earlier. He unleashed a tornado spinning slash that swirled up the winds. Bullets were fired and a majority of them deflected by Harada's attack. However, some managed to slip through and cause minor injuries. Hijikata unleashed a couple more flying slashes while the large mech was distracted with its gunfire. Aiming to destroy the gun and damage its torso respectively.
Tornado spin is 3DPR so the two cancel out, and the flying slashes are 4 dpr.
Robot Summoning... @tlgRen
The next Raider in Line was primed; It's core activated. The Truck revved and a puff of smoke spewed outwards from it's grill. "Go! Help the Lone Raider!" He exclaimed. The Raider's Engine Revved once again as it drove off; It sped towards FR-417-B. It Neglected the need honk it's horn signifying it's release and only acted to help it's fellow Bot...
"Transform and Roll out!" It exclaimed. It Transformed and leapt into the Air; Out of it's back sprung a firearm; a general-purpose machine gun!

FR-417-B sent an onslaught of bullets onto the pair of CP Agents which laid on the other side of the dull smog. The Dust Dissipated swiftly however before it had lightened up the Agents retaliated! Several flying slashes were sent right at the Bot; it broke through the Dust instantly catching the attention of the Robot. It ceased fire pre-maturely and attempted to lift it's Gun however it was a bit too late; The Flying Slash Smacked the Gun right out of it's hand and onto the ground, a fraction of a meter away.
It staggered for that instance and attempted to stand however... Another Flying slash accompanied the first!

FR-417-B was struck by the secondary attack, The Slash Cut along it's chest! The Bot immediately got to it's feet, it's systems were immediately reacting; It began stepping backwards as steam puffed out of it's chest. A Spark Crackled from it's chest, it reached for the Axe that had been tucked away and equipped itself ready for a close encounter but It deduced that a frontal assault would not prove virtuous!
Over FR-417-B came it's predecessor, It's Grandfather of sorts; Having drove off and speedily approaching EG-417 leapt into action! EG Jumped overhead retrieving it's own light machine Gun and with 1 hand began firing at the Agents to prevent an instant retaliation! It fired 14 Shots. raining downwards onto the agents from an adjacent; a very prominent forty-five Degree angle at the apex of it's jump!

EG Descended and landed right before it's subordinate, "I hope I am not too late."
"Not at all, Old Friend." Replied FR-417-B, it's assurance in this battle was increased greatly for it had back up and a reliable one at that!
Gerald's CP3 Foleys... "They Dodged my attack from that close of a Distance? It seems I am overestimating my abilities within this fight. I thought that using my Mech would keep them at a grand enough disadvantage that they'd be finished had I simply waited for them and Dealt a decisive yet powerful Blow; My Technique packed a great enough punch to kill a Sea King ruthlessly and as brutally as possible! It seems that I might have to be more... Forceful with this encounter." He thought. Gerald's Mech's Feet were ruthlessly planted into the ground, attempting to slow it's momentum, it's boots slid effortlessly through the ground. The Mech Came to a stop, Gerald Turned himself back in the Direction of the Agents who suddenly diverted themselves to either side of him to avoid his attack.
He took a deep breathe and enclosed his mind; to allow himself to focus. He exhaled softly as he felt his stresses melt away; a relieving feeling that passed right through his body from his neck right down to his Toes, Gerald had entered a state of complete Calm... His Eyes, within the confines of both his Mecha and his Gilded Helmet, Gleamed Red... signifying his Use of Observation Haki!

He's demeanor changed completely, one could tell from a glance that Gerald Yopenheimer... Was Completely Serious. Harada and Saito were his opponents and he had locked in to assure victory. Gerald Dashed at Harada, a sonic boom quaked the area as it's shockwave ripped through the ground! He dawned his right fist coating it in Armament Haki Hardening; he threw a strong right punch straight for Harada's torso!

Gerald's knowledge of battle was quite poor... but He possessed an intelligent mind and His body was exceptionally capable. Through theoretics he made up for his lack of experience with attacks that were executed when it logically made the most sense in that moment. So, as for this instance solely, he broke out of his expertise...
