Appearance
With dark skin and a thin but well-built physique, Rouge is of average height and weight. He wears black knee-long pants and the top half of his face is always covered by a hood. His feet and hands are bare.

Personality
In the past, he was originally timid, choosing to follow others instead of making his own options, however following the the massive surge in piracy, which resulted his loss of his friends, Rouge was forced became stronger, looking out for himself and gaining more confidence as he sailed the seas. He tends to be an aggressive fighter who thinks that those with power should fight without mercy. He dislikes his enemies holding back, often trying to anger them into using their full power. He isn't above threatening his enemies' friends just to upset them. Rouge had a tendency to use humour as a defensive mechanic, often seen using sarcasm and wittiness before and during his fights with his adversaries. He considers heroes to be selfish and only value people that are useful to them.

Kenbunshoku Haki (Color of Observation)
Rogue is highly proficient in Kenbunshoku Haki, able to sense the emotions and nature of others. He could also use it to sense the strength of others on a wide scale, being able to observe and accurately determine the strength of his opponents.

Ryu Ryu no Mi Model; Allosaurus

The Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus is an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into an allosaurus hybrid and a full allosaurus at will. It was eaten by Aro. The major strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to transform into an allosaurus, a large and powerful theropod dinosaur from the prehistoric era, as a carnivorous Ancient Zoan, the fruit grants them features much better suited for close combat than basic Zoans, such as sharp teeth and claws. As is the case with every other Zoan ability, the user can also become a human-animal hybrid at will.

While in full allosaurus form, Aro's own size increases (24"0), making him bigger than a Pacifista. He is also granted powerful sharp teeth and jaws that are strong enough to bite through a Pacifista's heavy armor, which is said to be stronger than steel. His tail is also a powerful weapon, capable of slamming people with great force. As with all Ancient Zoans, Aro's fruit grants him much greater durability than regular Zoan users.

In hybrid form, Aro becomes smaller (10 ft) than his Full Beast form, but still relatively large.

The user jumps up high into the air seemingly going for a normal and regular attack but while in the air switches to their full zoan form. Using their incredible weight combined with gravity to deliver a powerful ground shattering drop.

In Hybrid or Beast Form, the user hits the ground with such intense force that it creates a giant fissure.
