Toyohisa Daiki starts rushing through the naval base of the G-8 as he just recently arrived.. he seems to be very excited about something he has heard in the docks where his ship is currently under maintenance... He makes it into Vice Admiral Komei’s office..

Daiki: Wait... What?!? Am I hearing right?!?! The legendary, Con D. Oriano is here?!?! Vice Admiral Komei, where is he? I need to fight that bastard to see who is stronger HAHA!!
Vice Admiral Komei: You crazy bastard!!! Condoriano is not even a high ranked officer, what are you even having in mind!! Besides, the CP9 is a strictly secret organization, you cannot reveal yourself that likely..!! In this Station you will have to follow my orders, Toyohisa Daiki!
Daiki: Alright, Old man, I do not have to follow your orders, I am under the control of the great Celestial Dragons, I would advice if you would start knowing your place!
In any way, I have heard that the North Blue has degenerated into a lawless place of bandits and thieves, naturally I have gathered Officer of the CP7 to aid in the setup of an information network to assist the World Government in the restoration of order in this Blue. I would love to gather all information available about the islands that you have, so that I can plan my next moves, dont worry, your position is in no danger, this is simply a mission independent of the marines.
Vice Admiral Komei: I have had control for ages over this territory, only in recent times things have gotten worse.. especcially after this Gol D. Roger has passed away and released that calamity of a pirate era onto this world..
Uuuuuhh.... fine.. fine.. I will soon get back to you with my reports and Intel of what we know of the Islands in our surroundings, make sure to sit back and dont cause any trouble.. now leave my office...
Vice Admiral Komei uses a gesture to signalize Daiki that he should leave his room now, Daiki starts smiling and turns around to leave the room.

Daiki: Thank you, Vice Admiral, it is a pleasure working with you.. haha!

Rheiner and Schneider are following Daiki.

Schneider: BOSS!! Do you think we can trust Vice Admiral Komei? He does not seem like he likes us at all...
Daiki: Well, he would act different if we were members of the CP0, too unfortunate, but in the end this is his base. I’m also confident that he will support us, we are allies after all.
Schneider: If you say so, BOSS!!
Daiki: Didn’t I tell you not to yell “BOSS” anymore.. ARGH Whatever!?! I hope that otis and his subordinates have already arrived, until then we will have to wait and enjoy some delicious food hahaha!! Rheiner, Schneider, have you listened to my advice regarding your combat skills yet? I want Rheiner to completely focus on defence and build out his Tekkai, while you Schneider focus on Soru, evasion tactics and ambushing your enemies. In the upcoming fights I will make sure to guide you guys in combat, but for the most part make sure to always stay with me.. I can sense everything in a radius of 150 meter haha!! pretty amazing right?!? I also hope captain abram is doing well so far.. anyway.. HAHA!!! The Kitchen is this way!! HAHA!! The first to get their gets most of the Food hahaha!!

And so Toyohisa Daiki, as well as his subordinates make themselves comfortable at the G-8 Navy Base until, Agent Bond and his subordinates arrive.

Weil Whaleson slammed the doors of the room where neoretro and his two underlings were chilling . 13 feet tall Blue whale was talking through Den den mushi , agents voice was filled with devilish wrath.

Weil: Woman just tell me his name . You can have everything : My apartment , dog ,even my mothers engagement ring. How hard is that haaaa? Just one name...

Woman: I'm sorry Weil.... sob...sob.. thing is that I am worried about your safety.

Weil. Cut that crap and spit it out.

I guess fishman really can't be loved by a human.

Woman :As you wish . His name ..... his name is Condoriano. Huh I'm so relieved, it's almost like heavy burden was lifted from my shoulders.Weil you know , you know what?! That man listens to me , values me, treats me like princess. Every day with Condoriano is best day of my life. That's it, now do whatever you want. ..

Den den mushi and fishmans face stopped transmitting signal simultaneously . Weil wanted to jump in the ocean ,to swim for eternity or kill himself .However there was cp9 officer in front of him and otis with full squad behind. Whaleson calmed himself down and quickly greeted his superior.

Weil: Sir Daiki boss. Hello.....allow me to introduce myself. ... Blue Whale Fishman, CP7 agent and sob ...sob... guy everyone cheats ..... sob....on .....and jumps over .....even though he is 13 feet tall. Aghhh huh h Uuuuuh. Weil Whaleson ,
" solid blue"
Fishman couldn't stop tears , because this was third woman who cheated on him, cheated with Condoriano the Marine Hero.

Fixing the North Blue? This new boss is ambitious. Bond walked alone through the Marine Base. Though it was a military installation Bond never liked having his whole squad walk together. Better that any potential enemies not know our exact strength.

This was well armed base, but it seemed sleepy. The fortress makes its marines lazy, deciding instead to hold up in their impenetrable fortress than go afield. Bond smiled to the several groups of marines and people that walked by. Not allowing his face to betray his thoughts. Word was that the Marine Hero Condoriano was stationed here. This is odd. Here and there Bond could see that occasionally Marines off duty would be wearing clothing that was outside the budget of a salaried grunt. Bribes perhaps? The new boss might be on to something.

Bond could sense Solitaire and Teresa a few streets away. They had been stopped by Marines...single Marines perhaps? Ah well done ladies, the easiest way to gain Intel. Bond was coming up on the barrack building that Daiki had requisitioned for CP7 officially. This would be Bond's first time meeting a CP9 officer. He put on his best disarming smile, fighting back the nerves.

Bond entered through the door. Weil was already here, but was sobbing through his introduction. Oh my old boy, another one left you? That was when Bond saw him, lounging. The atmosphere around this man was everything he expected. The new "Boss".

"Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it." escaped Bond's lips before he could stop himself.

At first he was a bit irritated by Weils crying, he had assumed that a Fishman Of his size, a literal whale would be as tough as Adams wood, he might have been wrong.

Daiki: Agent Weil, you need to relax, cheating you said?! HAHA There will be plenty of woman after we finish our mission!! I will pay you the first one, HAHA! Listen, women are only as good as their circumstances, it is in their nature, they value security over freedom, appear strong and undefeatable and they will keep coming to you, oh... and never cry in front of woman!!

Suddenly Agent Bond comes in and witnesses the current situation, without thinking much he proceeds to talking..

Daiki: It seems like my information about you was not wrong in the least, Agent Bond, a wise men. Well in a sense it’s obvious, those who wish to be free need to be capable of bearing responsibility for their given rights, rights without duty is tyranny. You have noticed it as well, havent you? the stationed marines here profit from the state of chaos in this Blue, it must be one of the reasons why it has not been restored to balance yet.

Daiki gets up and walks slowly in the room with a thoughtful stance

I think there is a way to resolve these issues, Which is why I have called you here. At one point, revolutionaries will show up to fight such “corruption”, and more and more pirates will use these waters to grow and strive. In this mission we will be assasinating the highest leaders of bandits, thieves and pirates in this sea and establish a communication network of spies to directly observe any criminal activity under the direct watch of the Cipher Pol and World Government. Otherwise the growing criminal activity will be a threat to the Celestial Dragons.

Daiki walks back to his chair and sits down in a comfortable manner
While he points outside the room.
Look at these careless bastards, soon they will be caught in great responsibility, they are not even aware of it yet. Justice takes power, Justice needs to be enforced, are these hearts enough to provide that justice? Haha, we will witness a new era Bond, a very exciting one, so I hope you can be a great asset for the cause of Justice!!

Bond watches and listens as Daiki stands and begins to address the room. So he is not just action it seems. Balance? Thoughtful was not necessarily what Bond was expecting.

"Well said sir" was all Bond could muster at first. He was not surprised by the intensity of Daiki's belief, but the content rang more thoughtful than Bond was led to believe CP9 killers capable. Perhaps this mission will reap more benefits than merely recouping my losses.

Spotting the refrigerator in the kitchen area of the barracks, Bond did not immediately respond, but instead walked over and opened the refrigerator door and inspected the contents. Marines would not know quality alcohol if they drowned in it. Opening the freezer, Bond smiled. What have we here.

Gathering cups, a spoon and his findings, Bond finally began talking to Daiki as he started mixing drinks,
"Sir, in your message you stated a desire to right the ship, as it were, here in the North Blue. From what you have just said, you are true to your word. We must not only strike while the iron is hot, but make it hot by striking. Bond was genuinely smiling at this point. His focus narrowed. Is this man truly what he claims, well only one way to find out.

"The world is my country, all are my brethren, and to do good is my religion. What the North Blue needs is a steady hand, and I think you are such a man sir." Bond pushes forward four drinks, "As iron rusts from disuse, water loses its purity from stagnation...even so does inaction sap the vigor from man"

Bond takes a sip of the fifth drink. Ah, nothing like quality gin and vermouth.

Is this some kind of curse? Every time I try to prove my love, this shit happens. My right shoulder already has 5 names tattooed and then crossed over . What's wrong with women in G-8.
Obviously problem was in Weil.
Anyways I need to focus now. Seems like I have made bad first impression on boss Daiki. Gotta try and prove my usefulness in battle.

Cp agent calmed down and fully concentrated on listening to his superiors. Although after every thirty seconds he would curse Condorianos name.

Dante burst through the door where the other CP members had gathered and notices Weil sulking. Dante quickly stood next to weil and whispered.

Jiyuu finally lands at G-8
Well that took forever....maybe i should've took a ship, anywhere I'm here....now where exactly do i go.

Chiha stomach growls loudly and she starts to moan

right but first let's find some food for you, and me as well. If we're lucky this cp9 agent will be around here as well cuz i gotta tell you chiha...this place is huge, it might take us all day just to find him. sigh if only i could awaken my mantara right now. Anyway let's go get some food.

Chiha squeals in excitement as they head to the dining hall.

while Jiyuu is walking to find the dining hall, he noticed a lot of marines and they noticed them.
so this is a naval base, hunh....this is where people who feel like they want to try and make a difference in the world come to train and learn the marines so-called definition of justice. Pathetic, all they are doing is Slowly getting infected and ready to spread their disease throughout the world. I joined the cipher pol section cuz i refuse to be like them, i don't want any opinionated definition of justice to be brain-washed into me, i''ll discover the true, factual meaning of justice.

Jiyuu starts to smell the scent of food getting closer and closer, he turns a corner and there is the dining hall.

You know....i don't even know what agent Daiki looks like...and there are a lot of people here, asking all of them individually would be a bother, i wonder if he knows what i look like...i sure hope he doesn't have a pic of me with my mask on cuz that would be confusing.

Jiyuu sees a waitress approaching
Excuse me can i have a mug of your hardest stuff, and any type of meat you have, and a cup of juice and some ramen for my daughter, also I'm looking for a man named agent daiki, do you know where he is.

Waiter: i haven't seen him since this morning, I'm sorry, ill be right back with your food and drinks, cute kid by the way
Chiha smiles and giggles

well i'll be, looks like you're not infected like most of these people here.

The waitress walks off to get their order and is back in no time. Chiha drinks her juice, yet seems to be playing with her noodles, and Jiyuu finishes his order in a matter of minutes,

Whew that wasn't so bad hunh...now what to do...walking around this shithole would be so tiring..sigh..ill just make him come to me. cover your ears chiha

Suddenly, someone else starts running into the room and talking to Weil. They seem to already know each other, so Daiki assumes that he must be a member of CP7 as well, he had all profiles and pictures beforehand so after a moment he could successfully identify this person as Agent Dante.

Daiki: Agent Dante, I suppose? I am Toyohisa Daiki, agent and officer of the ninth unit of Cipher Pol. You can talk to Agent Bond about the details of our planned mission, for now I need to make sure to fill my stomach with delicious food and booze hahaha,

Daiki grabs his chopsticks and starts dragging the tofu in his mouth. Schneider returns with sake.

Daiki: Soo Good!!! Rheiner, Schneider sit down, lets have some Sake, hahaha!! if you want you can join, Weil and Dante, cut the crying and caring nature, once you have to go out there and kill someone with your bare hands I dont want to see this face.

As Daiki began to eat, Bond thought about what he said. "Uh, go my separate way Boss? Am I being fired?" Bond smiled at Daiki putting every ounce of disarming charm he had, "Surely my skills would be useful, to you, in cleansing the North Blue of its corruption."

Bond could sense Solitaire and Teresa heading for the barrack. Hopefully they got intel on targets in the area.

We will simply be assasinating all major leaders and returning the territories back to the control of the World Government and Marine, finally giving these G-8 bastards an actual job.

Schneider: BOSS!! May I be allowed to lo...oo. Look for the other members of the upcoming mission that were supposed to be assigned to this navy base?

Daiki: It does not really matter Schneider, we will go with whoever show up, we dont have time to wait for anyone either. Where is the rest of your Squad, Agent Bond?

You ask what i can offer? I offer support in a fight, I'm a pretty decent shot for a sniper, plus i travel on my ball dial which i can create two of to gain higher ground. i offer patience, i offer a strong resolve and i offer independence, no matter what happens to us carry on the mission, we'll make it somehow and if we die oh well thats a far as we were meant to go.
Jiyuu then takes another swig of the bottle to where it's almost empty He then closes his eyes takes a deep breath and in a quieter, serious tone says

Children cannot drink alcohol, she couldn't be more than a year old. Something nutritious yet delicious it is then. Ah, here is just the thing. Bond proceeded to start making a small drink for the child. Solitaire and Teresa walked through the door sooner than he had expected. They must have met up with each other on the way over. Solitaire was carrying maps and Teresa back dated papers. Intel indeed. Bond signaled to the unoccupied table apart from where Daiki sat.

Finishing making the milkshake concoction equipped with a straw for the child, Bond sets it in front of Jiyuu and with a half smile says,
"A sniper is always useful," Turning to Daiki, "The rest of my agents will no doubt be here in due course, sir they are well trained." Bond looked at Weil and Dante still standing at attention and smiled a proud smile.

Walking over to where Teresa and Solitaire were setting out their information. Bond began absentmindedly reading aloud under his breath.
"Minion, Rubeck, Spider Miles, Lvneel, Notice, Swallow Island, and even a marauding band of pirates. This is worse than I thought, we have our work cut out for us, for sure." Looking at the the papers that Teresa had sections circled. "Ah, the individuals that need be excised."

"Yes sir", said Solitaire, "This is what information we could gather so far, anyhow."

Whaleson stood beside dante while carefully listened to his superiors. After alcohol was offered cp agent took whole drink and gave Dante one glass of it . Then he began emptying bottle by himself. Why wouldn't he do that?! Fishman was twice the size of others in the room thus increasing share of alcohol . Weil managed to evaporate divine substance in a blink of an eye.
Wow this thing is real bliss. What an aroma huh. Why was I all depressed ,when there are plenty krill in the water.

Urge to fight sparkled in Weils eyes.

Oh it seems my normal self is back. Can't hold my horses wanna kick some ass...... hm who is that guy?
