Kishi Town was a water town located somewhere in the Grand Line. Once a hideout for the Sun Pirates, this town is now used as a transit for sailors, mostly those who aren't on the right side of the law. This was one of the reasons that Field Officer Dr.MadDoX Brainiac was here. He had heard rumours about nefarious outlaws being here. Even tho he's a revolutionary, he did a few out of books expedition to hunt down those who he considers to be bullies.

"Such an interesting town. It's a shame on how it's used. So much potential..."

Standing not too far from the water, he was precisely near the wall that served as a dam. Dressed in his yellow superhero powersuit, DoX had his sword attached to his back, like a backpack. Looking at the water flowing down from some pipes, he admired the unique water system that seemed to have been made during the time the Sun Pirates were there. As he looked closely, DoX can see Sun Pirates jolly roger logos on the wall around him.
