General Overview

Appearance: Isao is an intense looking young man, despite his calming nature. His hair is white and slightly spiked up. His hands are wrapped in bandages, and a bandage covers his nose. When he is not on an espionage mission, he wears a black suit with an orange dress shirt and black tie underneath.

When Isao is working as Wight, he wears a sleeveless white shozoku with the image of a red cobra on his left pectoral. Upon his wrists he wears white arm warmers with a slight plate on the back of his wrists for deflecting projectiles. Despite wearing what may be considered traditional shinobi garb, Wight wears combat boots on his feet.


Funnily enough, despite how intense Isao might look, he is very average when it comes to his height and weight. He is a very lean young man and considered to be quite handsome. He is part Bandtail Scorpionfish Fishman and part Shandian Skypian. Unless you looked closely you wouldn’t think he was anything but a human. Just beneath the collar of his dress shirt is a set of gills and under his wraps on his hands are webbing. Lining down his upper arm and along his back are spines that covered in a venomous mucus. Because of the fact he is a fishman, Isao does his best to hide it. His wings are also wrapped to his back. He does his best to always hide these features since he was told that humans tend to mistreat fishmen.


Personality:
Isao is a fairly laid back person. He tends to prefer spending his time doing the things he likes over the job that he has. In fact, when he is supposed to kill a target, he is more likely to ask them if they would rather share a drink or something rather than fight. He is very easily distracted by things that he finds interesting. He loves finding new opportunities to have an adventure. Sometimes this wanderlust overtakes him even during an important job. Despite this Isao is very dedicated to his job when he has to be. If he sees his target as someone who deserves to die, he is more willing to finish them off then offer them food. However he hates rushing into unneeded fights, thus he will try to learn more about a person before trying to fight them. What people tell him about a person doesn't matter to him as much as seeing who they are for himself.
Isao is a very helpful person. He is known for stopping whatever he is doing to help other people in need. It doesn’t matter how urgent his current task is, he is willing to put it on hold in order to assist whoever needs it. It is rare for him to decline the request of an elderly lady. He enjoys listening to people tell stories and history. He has a habit of eavesdropping on conversations that he wasn't a part of and will use his skills as a shinobi in order to get away with it if need be.
Despite these bad habits, Isao is still a good hearted person by nature. He is fast to make friends with a person, and even faster to rush to his friends aid. He is willing to drop into life threatening situations for them. He set out on his adventure around the world in hopes that he would find a master to serve and protect, but also share in the wonders of this amazing world. Isao’s dream is to one day see the entirety of the world and experience all that it has to offer.

History:

Isao grew up on New Jack Island, the land where it is hard to tell where the ocean starts and the clouds begin. He was born into the Aburame clan, one of six clans that span the island. As a part of this clan, Isao was brought up in the way of the Shinobi. His father, Nino, is the leader of his clan and a harsh teacher. He put Isao through grueling training everyday, despite the fact that his mother, Selina, believed he was being to harsh. It was during these training sessions that Isao would day dream about the wonders of the outside world. They were the only thing that got him through his training.
As he grew into his adolescence, his father seemed to grow more and more harsh with him. His way of teaching Isao became heavy handed. While day dreaming one day, his father grew angry and attacked him. He leaped upon his son and savagely beat him, striking him so hard in the mouth that a few of his back teeth were knocked out. Selina rushed to her son's aid, attempting to pull Nino off of Isao. In his moment of rage Nino struck Selina and knocked her down. It was at this moment that Nino seemed to awaken from a trance. He stood up, brushed himself off and told Isao; "Every man comes to a moment where he rises up and usurps his father. The day that you attempt to do that to me, I will kill you or die trying."
That day he grew to detest living on that island. He decided that he would leave when he was old enough, hoping to never come back. He gritted his teeth through the years, bitterly training under his father until that fated day. As a Shinobi, once one became of age, it was customary to find a Lord to dedicate one's life to. When the day had finally come, Isao was a splendid ninja that was skilled enough to attract the attention of every lord on the island. They all awaited his Coming of Age ceremony, in which he would announce his choice to the Island. To everyone's surprise, Isao hadn't shown up to his ceremony. Instead he was standing on a raft, preparing to leave for new adventures. From a baby den den mushi he announced to the Island his intentions.
" I AM GOING TO SEA AND I AM NOT COMING BACK!"

Abilities:

Ninjutsu: Is the strategy and tactics of unconventional warfare, guerrilla warfare and espionage purportedly practiced by Shinobi. This goes beyond the conventional terms of martial arts, as Isao knows techniques that involve pyrotechnics, escaping, concealment, and stealth in conjunction with training in various Shinobi related weapons. As a result of his training, Isao is capable of performing several techniques such as disappearing in a cloud of smoke, making “clones” of himself, and throwing shuriken with expert precision.

Enton no Jutsu:Isao throws a smoke ball into the ground and quickly moves to a new location while being obscured by the smokescreen created.

Kawarimi no Jutsu:Isao utilizes this misdirection technique by using his speed and an object to capture the opponents attention as he disappears and reappears somewhere else, allowing him to escape attack.

Bunshin no Jutsu:Multiple copies of Isao are seen at once in various places as a result of Isao’s speed. The copies cannot talk, breath, or cause any damage so anyone who is extremely observant or uses observation haki can notice who is the true Isao.

Sōshuriken no Jutsu:With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. Kage Shuriken no Jutsu:It's a simple technique where two shuriken are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. The enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken, yet they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. Ryū Uragiri:Isao starts to swing his Kuni at the enemy in one hand, dropping the blade into his opposite hand in order to strike with his other hand. Bosui Ran:Using his speed, Isao is able to run on the surface of the water. The water seems to bend and ripple under each step, as though his feet aren’t able to puncture the water’s surface. Allowing him to run silently along the water. Rank: C

Fishman Karate: is a martial art that is practiced by certain skilled members of the Fish-Man race. Humans can also learn the fighting style, as shown by Koala. While deadly enough on land, Fish-Man Karate has a number of devastating underwater moves designed to suit the enhanced strength and speed that Fish-Man possess while in their natural environment.
Karakusagawara Seiken (literally meaning "Arabesque Tile True Punch"):The user punches at a fair distance from the intended target(s), so instead of the fist connecting, it uses the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends them flying. This move is similar to Bartholomew Kuma's Pad Ho with the only difference being that the shock waves are not concentrated upon being released; but in exchange, it has a much wider area of effect. This move has a delayed effect, as the shock wave takes a while to affect the opponent(s).

Dokusui Shuriken:Using the venomous mucus on the spines that cover his body, Isao can hurl a venomous shuriken that cuts into its foes and infects them with Isao’s venom. These shuriken look similar to the water shuriken that he uses, but leave a slimy residue upon impact. Rank: BSansei Ame:Isao hurls a barrage of water droplets with one arm and venomous droplets with the other arm, creating shuriken from both sources. These shuriken intermingle in such a way that it makes it difficult to differentiate what is a venomous shuriken and what is a water shuriken. Rank: A
Umi no Hanabira:Isao throws a torrent of water towards an enemy, the torrent breaks up into mirror-like formations that reflect Isao’s image and make it difficult to discern where the ninja is coming from. Rank: AKaiso no Ikegaki:Grasping a body of water in both hands, Isao throws it, creating a current that takes the form of a giant wall of water proportional to the body of water being used. The wall is capable of carrying away projectiles along the current. Rank: B
Murasame (literally meaning "School of Shark"):The user throws the water which takes the shape of a flock of sharks which bite his opponent. It is essentially a more powerful version of his Yabusame technique.

Gyojin Karate Ogi: Buraikan (literally meaning "Fishman Karate Secret Technique: Mighty Reliant Piercing"):Possibly the most powerful technique of Fishman Karate seen so far, The user hurls a pack of water in his hands and shoots a powerful water shock wave that pierces through his opponent's body.

Life Return: Seimei Kikan allows the user to completely control all of their body parts, even parts that cannot normally be controlled, such as hair. In such a case, the user can manipulate their hair to such a refined degree that they can actually wrap their hair around their opponent in order to bind them. The user's hair can even be shaped into the form of multiple hands which are just as versatile and prehensile as real hands.

The user can also control their involuntary functions, such as digestion. Kumadori demonstrates this when he was able to eat all the food within a giant refrigerator, digest all the food and most of his body fat in only a second, turning him super-skinny, then absorb all the nutrients in the food, turning him back to his original size.

Kami Shibari (髪縛り Kami Shibari?, literally meaning "Hair Bind"): Isao lengthens his hair and manipulates it to bind his opponents. The term for this is a slight play on the term kanashibari (金縛り? lit. "gold binding"), which either is a term for sleep paralysis or "being tied down with money". Requirements: 61 Mastery, 41 Strength
Haru Gin Jo (春・吟・情 Haru Gin Jō?, literally meaning "Spring Poem of Passion"): After catching his opponent in Kami Shibari, Isao aims his blades at his opponent for a finishing blow. Requirements: 61 Mastery, 61 Strength Destructive Potency Rank: A
Shoka, Kyushu (消化 吸収 Shōka, Kyūshū?, literally meaning "Digestion, Absorption"): Isao uses this technique to adjust his size and body fat. Requirements: 61 Mastery and 41 Durability
Ryūsui irakusa (Flowing Water Stinging Nettle): Isao manipulates the glands that produce the venomous mucus that covers his spines. The venom produced is equal to the amount of water that he wishes to use in his body. This technique is more effective when he drinks water first. Tsuchikage (Earth Shadow): Isao manipulates the melanin in his skin in order to give himself a greyish skin color. He likes to use this ability in order to pretend that he is a rock. This ability doesn't change the color of anything he is wearing. Rank: D Requirements: 21 Life Return



Bandtail Scorpionfish Venom: Isao has spines along his back and down his arms. These spines are covered in a venomous mucus that is extremely potent. Isao tends to have these spins wrapped up against his body in order to hide his Fishman heritage.

Combination Techniques:

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hiding in the Mist Technique): Sucking up gallons of water, Isao uses Life Return to heat up his body and sweat out the water that he has consumed. The rise in temperature causes the water that is escaping his sweat glands to escape his body as a mist, obscuring the area and allowing Isao to be hidden as he escapes that position out of range of his enemy's vision. This technique requires a lot of constitution. Destructive Potency Rank: B
Senbon irakusa (Senbon Nettles): Sucking the venomous mucus on his spines into his body using Life Return, Isao forms it in his mouth and spits out needle like streams of venom that pierce his target and poison them. The amount of Needles produced depend on how much of the mucus that Isao wants to use. Destructive Potency Rank: C-A (depending on needles produced)
Senbon irakusa: Supuritto (Senbon Nettles: Split): A variation of Senbon Nettles where the needles break and multiply into smaller needles, making it much harder to dodge the technique because of the surprise factor. Destructive Potency Rank: B-S (depending on needles produced)

Suiryūdan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Bullet Technique): Isao consumes a large body of water, causing his body to inflate. Using Life Return, Isao causes the excess water to flow from the palms of his hands. He grasps this water and appears to mold it above his head as he twists and turns his body, using the momentum in order to fling a torrent of water at his opponent that takes the form of a twisting water dragon. The water crashes upon the target, dealing significant physical damage. Destructive Potency Rank: A
Orochi Mizu-dan no Jutsu (Orochi Water Bullet Technique): Isao's ultimate finishing move. While submerged underwater or while in the presence of a large amount of mist or steam, Isao continually sucks up gallons upon gallons of water/vapor/steam, utilizing Life Return to produce equal amounts of venom from his spines before kneading the tainted water around him. The venom mixes among the water as Isao grasps the water around him with both hands and heaves it towards his target, thrusting a Tsunami sized wave that takes the form of 8 Eastern Style Dragons that begin to intertwine with each other before overwhelming anything in its path.
