Lvneel is a small kingdom in North Blue, known for its peaceful nature. Even though it is filled with riches, Pirates rarely dare fly their flags near the shore of this beautiful island, due to the strength of their military, one of the strongest in this part of the world. Citizens lead happy, carefree lives under the wise leadership of their king, Cayree XII, a man much better fit for his throne than the average monarch.

The sea breeze carried the sound of waves crashing against the shore as the Backyard Pirates' ship approached Lvneel. On the deck, X stood alone, his sharp eyes scanning the horizon. He was the Marksman of the Backyard Pirates, and he was the only member of his crew on the island.
X was a tall, imposing figure with a cold, calculating gaze. He wore a black leather hat and coat, and his long, black hair was tied back in a ponytail. A pair of crossed pistols hung from his belt and his hands were calloused from years of handling firearms.
As the ship drew closer to the shore, X could see the white sandy beaches and the lush green hills of Lvneel. He smiled grimly. This island was known for its peaceful nature, but that was all about to change.
X had been sent to Lvneel on a mission: to collect the bounty on the king's head. He knew that this would be a challenging task. Lvneel had a strong military, and its people were known for their bravery.
However, X was confident in his skills and abilities. He was the Marksman of the Backyard Pirates, and he was one of the most feared gunslingers in the Grand Line. He was determined to succeed in his mission, no matter the cost.
The ship anchored in a secluded cove, and X disembarked. He moved quickly and silently through the forest, his footsteps echoing in the silence. He knew that he had to be careful. The Lvneelians would be on high alert, and they would be looking for him.
X used his knowledge of the terrain to his advantage, staying hidden in the shadows. He knew that the village was ahead, and that was where he was headed.
As X approached the village, he saw a group of villagers gathered in the square. They were talking and laughing, unaware of the danger that was coming.

X blended in with the crowd, his dark clothes and hat making him inconspicuous. He listened to the conversations around him, but he did not say a word. He was there to gather information and to avoid being noticed.

X, the Marksman of the Backyard Pirates, is a formidable gunslinger who has made a name for himself in the Grand Line. He is known for his deadly accuracy and his lightning-fast reflexes. He is also a ruthless individual who is not afraid to kill.
X played a key role in the massacre of Cactus Island, and he single-handedly conquered Banaro Island. His bounty has increased from 73 million to 103 million berries, a testament to his strength and skill.
X is a valuable asset to the Backyard Pirates and will play a significant role in the crew's future endeavors. He is also a dangerous opponent for anyone who crosses his path.
X was born and raised in a small village in the West Blue. He was a natural marksman, quickly becoming one of the village's best shots. However, X was also very ambitious and needed to be more content to live a simple life in his town.
One day, X heard rumors about a mighty pirate crew called the Backyard Pirates. The crew was known for ruthlessness and willingness to do whatever it took to achieve its goals. X was immediately intrigued by the Backyard Pirates and decided to search for them.
X's role in Cactus Island's massacre and conquest of Banaro Island cemented his reputation as one of the most feared gunslingers in the Grand Line. He is now a valuable asset to the Backyard Pirates and will play a significant role in the crew's future endeavors.

"Say, It's a beautiful day today isn't it Marty?" Asked a villager.

"Yes it is Jannette! The Sun is shining and the Harvest festival is in full swing! The King orchestrated an annual parade for us; A March of all the Kingdom's Military forces, some floaties and the King himself!" Replied Marty.

"It should be happening in a few hours so we have many a time to prepare" Replied Jannette.

"Yes we have, Speaking of I'll see you later Jannette. I need to go back to watching the Kids, the Misses wants to go out before the Parade starts." Replied Marty.

"Alright, I'll see you off Marty!" She replied. The Two Villagers walked off, they had greeted one another with a few soulful jokes and checked in on one another and went their ways.

In a few hours there will be a grand parade, an annual testament and festival celebrating the spoils of the peace and the prosperity of the beautiful flora Lyvneel had to offer.

The grand parade approached, and the atmosphere in Lvneel was electric with excitement and anticipation. Colorful decorations adorned the streets, their vibrant hues contrasting beautifully with the warm golden glow of the setting sun. The air was filled with the delicious scent of food and the joyous laughter of children playing. Families gathered, eager to witness the spectacle that would soon unfold.

As the sun began its descent, casting a magical twilight glow over the village, the parade preparations reached their peak. The villagers lined the streets, their faces lit up with anticipation. They awaited the procession of military forces, floats, and, most importantly, their beloved king.

The sound of drums and trumpets signaled the start of the parade. The military forces marched in perfect formation, their discipline and unity fully displayed. Floats, creatively designed and adorned with vibrant colors, glided gracefully down the streets, capturing the attention and awe of the spectators.

At the heart of the procession stood the king, regal and dignified. He waved to his people with a smile that radiated warmth and appreciation. The villagers cheered and clapped, their hearts filled with gratitude for the peace and prosperity he had brought to their land.

As the parade moved through the village, the last rays of the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a beautiful twilight glow over the scene. The atmosphere was magical, filled with unity and pride for their kingdom. The villagers exchanged smiles and shared stories, reveling in this joyous occasion.

In the shadows, X watched the parade unfold with a cold, calculating gaze. He was hidden from view, but his eyes missed nothing. He saw the excitement and anticipation on the faces of the villagers, and he knew that they were unaware of the danger lurking in their midst.

X's lips curled into a cruel smile. He was here to collect the bounty on the king's head, and he would not let anything stand in his way. He had carefully planned his mission, and he was confident in his success.

As the parade passed by, X's eyes narrowed. He saw the king at the heart of the procession, waving to his people with a smile.

X raised his rifle and aimed. He had the king in sight, and his finger twitched on the trigger. However, then, he hesitated.

He saw the children in the crowd, laughing and playing. He saw the families gathered together, celebrating their community. Moreover, he realized he could not bring himself to kill the king in front of this crowd.

X lowered his rifle. He knew he would have to find another way to complete his mission. However, for now, he would let the king live. Furthermore, he would keep a close eye on him, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.

The Festival carried on swimmingly, the populous laughed and they smiled and the celebrated with one another. Adults and Children, Family and Friends, Lovers and even the Participants of the Parade enjoyed themselves. It was a wonderful experience, the Harvest Festival was delightful. Though it lasted for merely 3 hours everyone had a good time. The Villagers slowly retreated into their homes, chattering and gleefully prancing. The King was then escorted back to the Castle, with an entourage of Military Personnel surrounding him for now it was several soldiers and their Champion...

Captain Magera

He was silent throughout the the journey so far, it seemed something had been on his mind and so the King engaged with him on their Journey.

"What is on your mind?" He asked.

"Alot. I'm restless, last night I had a vision of sorts. It was as though it was a warning from God above, showing me that there might be a great danger coming onto this kingdom and for you my King. So I am thinking, I am always on my guard but I am thinking" Replied Magera, his face still blank and filled with intensity.

"I don't see that as a reason for us to Worry Magera, my subjects will not kill me and I have you and the others at my side to protect me. If a day does come when it's my time to die then do not hesitate to raise your blade; avenge me if need be but protect the people. Always protect the people." Replied the King; his expression was soft and kind. It was Gentle and wise, as the Ideal King Should be.

Magera's eyes fell upon his majesty, he nodded and silently chuckled to himself. He was reassured however it was not comforting to know that this grave danger was to come but by what means shall it be delivered...

Shrouded within the cloak of night, Gunslinger X surveyed the imposing fortress that loomed before him, his eyes gleaming with an unwavering resolve. Armed with an arsenal of ingenious weaponry and a mind as sharp as his aim, he prepared to execute a plan meticulously crafted long before this fateful night, a strategy that was as much a work of art as a military masterpiece.

X's mind raced with intricate calculations as he hoisted the formidable "Thunderstrike" Shoulder-Fired Missile Launcher onto his shoulder. The weapon's weight was insignificant compared to the gravity of the task. He had anticipated every possible move of the defending forces. With a deep, steadying breath, he aimed at the castle's formidable outer walls. The missiles, sleek and deadly, held the promise of breaching the castle's initial defenses.

"Precision," X thought, his finger poised over the trigger. "I need precision, not just firepower." He had rehearsed this moment countless times in his mind, visualizing the trajectory of each missile and the precise impact points. With a split-second decision, he unleashed the first missile, aptly named "Stargazer," its fiery tail streaking across the darkened sky, finding its mark with a thunderous explosion reverberating through the silent night. The castle trembled, its guards thrown into disarray.

The ensuing explosions were like a symphony of destruction to X's ears, a meticulously composed masterpiece of calculated destruction. The outer defenses crumbled under the onslaught, and X's eyes glinted with satisfaction and anticipation.

For this was only the beginning...

Some say that Nightfall is one of the most deadly times to strike; The Soldiers were set to patrol the Castle grounds whilst the king slept soundly. Lvneel's Champions were situated outside the walls in the Military base since, as the strongest they were best placed at a point where they can be dispatched at anytime and any place.

Somewhere amidst the silent roofs of the village situated a being filled with Malice...

From there a Missile was fired, It zoomed throughout the night sky. It briefly illuminated the area it had flew over from the Village straight to the castle. The Guards along the Castle walked calmly and blissfully, A Guard standing watch yawned to himself taking his eyes off the horizon... The Missile Came and Struck the walls! The Structure quaked and trembled, the wondering guards on the inside felt and heard the impact! The Concrete walls crumbled and began to fall, It was an Attack! But from who?

The Villagers awoke from their respective Slumbers. Their lights flicked on, one-by-one as they came outside to investigate the source of the sound. Next, Followed a continual explosions onto the Castle and the Villagers could clearly see the point of origin they came... "LOOK!" Shouted a woman as she pointed onto a roof...

Castle Madness!
The Missiles struck through the wall and the destruction spread quickly, large puffs of smoke and concrete spread outwards and circulated throughout the walls of the Fort. The Quake from the impact of the First Missile alerted all the Guards and immediately they went to seek shelter whilst also alerting the King!

Swiftly they got to their alert system and flipped it, A Large bell rung from the outskirts of the Town. This signaled to the Villagers that the time to escape was imminent and as for our champions, it was time for them to act...

X surveyed the chaos he had orchestrated from his hidden vantage point. His eyes narrowed, calculating every move as the first missile struck the castle walls with a deafening roar. The impact sent shockwaves through the structure, causing guards inside to stumble in disarray.

The once-serene castle grounds were now a scene of pandemonium. Guards, jolted awake by the tremors, scrambled for cover, their shouts mingling with the shrill alarm bell that pierced the night. The villagers, roused from their slumber, stared in horror as explosions rocked the castle, sending plumes of smoke and debris billowing into the air.

Amidst the mayhem, a woman's piercing scream cut through the night, drawing the villagers' attention to a shadowy figure perched on a rooftop. "Look!" she shrieked, her voice laced with fear and awe.

A satisfied grin curled X's lips behind his mask. His plan unfolded flawlessly, sowing confusion and panic among the guards and villagers alike. The castle, once a symbol of unyielding might, was now under siege.

As the explosions continued to tear through the castle walls, X's gaze remained fixed on his objective. He knew the champions, Lvneel's supposed protectors, would soon join the fray. The element of surprise was his greatest weapon, and he intended to wield it with deadly precision.

With a swift, calculated movement, X readied his following arsenal. He had two more left before moving to the next phase...

The Castle walls began to crumble quickly and soldiers scurried about in a frenzy, The King Ran out of his quarters as the grand explosions began crumbling the great structure. He met his guards in the Hallway and they made their way through the crumbling castle. The Halls began to split apart the walls cracked and shattered, the paths in which the King had taken were getting slimmer by the minute...

Out at the Military base the Alerting Alarm blared and alerted the King's Champions and so they sprung into action! Actually, they had long sprung into action; due to Magera's instincts he was more than ready for battle. All that was left was for both Champions to discuss their plan of action. The Two Speedily exited the base taking only a few moments to discuss what they are to do...

"The King's in Danger, Extract him. I will head to the village, Their cries will most probably lead me to the source of the onslaught." Said Magera.

"Understood." Replied his subordinate, Lieutenant Hogger. The second line of defense behind our Champion Magera.
-
Hogger acted immediately, He ran off to the Castle where he had taken responsibility for the extraction of the king. Luckily for him the King had made it to the base of the castle, Hogger unsheathed his blade and swiftly sliced through the debris within his path. He activated his Observation Haki and began feeling about the placements all presences nearby. He spotted the King and Quickly Dashed in that direction.

The King was trapped, the roof collapsed about him and his guards, unfortunately one of them had been crushed under the debris. His face sank and his wisdom left as fear took hold of him; Hogger came to his aid, he sliced open the collapsed pile of Debris about the King and took him out of the castle. "Your Majesty..."

"We have to- We have to ensure that the people are safe, There is a man out there for my life isn't there?!"
He hysterically asked.

"Yes your Majesty; That means we have to leave the castle." Replied Lieutenant Hogger, He whistled loudly! It was a signal, a military signal between the champion and his lesser soldiers; they gathered themselves outside the walls of the castle and those who were trapped within the debree of the castle were presumed dead since they could not answer the call...

"Our Job is to protect the king, Captain Magera is going to find the source of this attack and so we will be tasked with protecting the King and his people." Said Hogger, he confidentially commanded his troupes. He lead the king to the rest of the men; they were neatly equipped with their weapons and horses. Hogger placed the King upon a Horse and began leading a march, a March slowly approaching the Village...
-
Magera sped into the streets of the Villagers, They're panicked screams and cries filled the night. He unsheathed his sword and closed his eyes; He too, blessed with the fruits of haki, used his Kenbushoku to search the area. His Range was 41 Meters and so it was great enough to cover a grand portion of the Village, What Magera looked for was very unique; he searched for remnants of killing intent. He had attempted to learn this skill long ago to help him discern Citizen from Criminal; it worked simply by reading the Type of Presence a person emits. Their aural emission is usual reminiscent of their most dominant personality trait, this meant that there were wide ranges of emotions that could be sensed at once however...

The People of Lvneel are usually happy, kind, friendly or a mixture of the latter. The Glee present in their emotional states douse any outs of malicious intent and so the people of Lvneel are often in possession of a low malevolent presence. The People of the Village flooded Magera, they wished for answers; their fears took them over and they needed assurance but was Magera in a stance to give it to them?

"Citizens of Lvneel; Make yourself Scarce and evacuate the village, leave no one behind and take all that you need to survive!" He shouted to them, he quelled their cries instantly with his sternness. His eyes shot open as he finished his sentence, the people were slow to react however they soon got to it after a bit of consideration...

With the castle's outer defenses disabled and its core exposed, X swiftly moved into action. He sprinted through the chaos, his keen eyes scanning for the perfect vantage point to utilize the "Earthshaker" Artillery Gun. Spotting a strategic position atop a nearby hill, he raced towards it, his every step purposeful and determined.
Reaching the hill, X expertly recalibrated the Artillery Gun's trajectory, aligning it with the castle's vulnerable points. His fingers danced over the controls, setting the stage for another devastating assault. He knew this moment was crucial – the castle's remaining defenders were likely regrouping, and he needed to maintain the upper hand.

The Artillery Gun thundered to life once again, its roar echoing through the night. X's eyes narrowed with focus as he unleashed a barrage of precise rounds. Each explosion sent shockwaves through the castle, further destabilizing its weakened structure. The ground seemed to tremble beneath the onslaught, emphasizing the power at X's fingertips.
As the castle quaked under the relentless assault, X's gaze shifted to the "Starfaller" Directed-Energy Weapon. This was his masterpiece, the pinnacle of his arsenal. With a steadying breath, he aimed the weapon, focusing its destructive energy on the castle's heart. "Now, the heart," he murmured, his voice unwavering. The Directed-Energy Weapon surged to life, unleashing beams of pure destruction that pierced the castle's defenses with surgical precision.

With the castle's core severely damaged, X stood tall amidst the wreckage, his chest heaving with exhilarating triumph. His eyes sparkled with the satisfaction of a plan executed flawlessly. With a swift, practiced motion, he retrieved a cigar from his vest pocket, its tip glowing like an ember in the fading light. Striking a match, he lit the cigar, the flame casting flickering shadows that danced across his face as he inhaled deeply, savoring the rich, earthy aroma.

"Precision and planning," X murmured, his voice carrying the weight of victory. He raised the cigar to his lips, the ember casting an eerie glow on his face. "That's what makes a true Gunslinger." A plume of smoke curled gracefully from his lips, dissipating into the cool night air. The castle, now significantly weakened and vulnerable, lay before him, a testament to his strategic brilliance.

The Roaring sounds of X's Machinery echoed throughout the Night, the Villagers were startled by the excess sounds that erupted through the night. They Began running in a frenzy; swiftly they began packing their basic necessities in small bags as they prepare to make an escape. Magera on the other hand, he now had a lead to find the cause of this destruction, Explosions erupted about the castle as the structure had been reduced to nothing but a pile of ash and molten concrete. Magera moved, he headed to where the source of the sounds originated; thanks to his military training and his conditioning to maintain the title of Champion, his senses were sharp and they were precise and working in tandem with his tender heart he firmly believed in the protecting those who cannot themselves...

His Observation Haki remained active, he closed in on the source of the sounds and he jutted his blade horizontally as he sped through the streets. He began scouring for presences to find the culprit, thanks to the grand display of destructive might, Magera had an idea of whom they were dealing with...
-
The King shook in fear, his men had already collected him but the Destruction that illuminated the night, the attack that brought down the Royal castle; the perpetrator fueled his curiosity more than his risk of death... "Heaven Help us." He muttered under his breathe.
-
Magera closed in on the Hideout of the perpetrator, his movements were swift, as swift as a speeding bullet. He launched up to the sky above the Platform and he lifted his blade to prepare a strong strike and there he saw; His Haki had not failed him and neither did his eyes. There was a strange man emitting an excess of malicious emotions, Magera's face tensed in disgust and his expression was nothing but pure rage and the urge to discipline this attacker...

Magera's devastating attack sliced through the air, seemingly engulfing X's silhouette in its fiery onslaught. The ground trembled beneath the sheer force of the blow, sending shockwaves rippling in all directions. Dust and debris filled the air, shrouding the battlefield in chaos.
As the dust settled, it revealed an empty space where X had stood moments before. He had evaded the attack with uncanny agility, moving with a dancer's grace amidst the destruction. Emerging unscathed, he held in his hands a piece of paper, seemingly untouched by the mayhem around him.

81-99 Massively Hypersonic Speed
Verdict: If your reaction speed is two or more brackets above your opponent's movement/attack speed, you will basically see them in slow motion.

With calculated composure, he glanced at the parchment and then fixed his gaze on Magera.
"You possess considerable skill," X remarked, his tone calm and detached as if they were discussing the nuances of a chess game. "But brute force alone will not suffice here."

X's eyes flickered with an unsettling intensity as he made his intentions crystal clear. At that moment, the town of Lvneel was no longer just a battlefield; it was his game board, and everyone in it was a mere piece to be manipulated.
The chilling implication hung in the air—X held the power to massacre everyone in the town should Magera make a false move.

"The king's life teeters on a thread, just like everyone else's here," X continued, his tone icy and devoid of compassion. "But I offer you a proposition, Champion. Surrender yourself to me, alive and unharmed, and perhaps, just perhaps, I will grant these people mercy."
X's words weighed heavily, the silence pregnant with the unspoken threat.

"This is not a negotiation; it's an ultimatum," X stated, his voice devoid of emotion. "You have one chance and one chance only. Choose wisely, for every moment you hesitate brings these people closer to their demise."

With a swift motion, X tossed the bounty poster of the king and Magera to the ground, the paper landing at the champion's feet like a cruel mockery of their fate.

Dust flew into the air upon the impact of Magera's attack, he descended open solid ground near he had struck. Though his retaliation was a bit rash and uncoordinated deep down he yearned for a sense of relief from this enemy. From they way they had assaulted the castle it seemed that they possessed much greater abilities than himself especially for what had occurred next. The Malicious presence he had detected never left, infact it emerged from the Dust cloud unscathed!

With calculated composure, he glanced at the parchment and then fixed his gaze on Magera.
"You possess considerable skill," X remarked, his tone calm and detached as if they were discussing the nuances of a chess game. "But brute force alone will not suffice here."
Spoke the Ominous figure... "What is this?" He muttered...

Magera could not believe the words that came from the man right before him. He lifted his blade and jutted it at X. The Man's movements were cold and menacing; as the bounty poster of both the King and himself fluttered about unto the ground, Magera felt a great pressure fall onto his shoulders. "He attacked out kingdom, Attempted to Murder our King and terrorized our people. Hogger is in possession of the King as of now. I commanded the people to evacuate so what leverage has he to hurt them." He thought, his gaze intensified at the Mysterious man who had appeared right before him.

"An Ultimatum wagering the Lives of the People of Lvneel, who gave you the right to wager the lives of the people like a crazed puppeteer. I don't believe that you hold the power to harm them, Even then; I would give my life for my King and this Kingdom's people. I'll consider your ultimatum but what say you? How Shall I know this is not a bluff?" He replied, His Intent was to distract X; it was a stupid Gamble but it was necessary. Depending on how X reacts and what he does to put the people in harm's way Magera might just pave his way into an upper hand. Hogger held the Captain in safe hands however He soon regretted not engaging this threat as a Duo.

Hogger and the Rest of the Army commenced their slow march; after a large dusk cloud erupted in the far distance Hogger smugly smiled. "Captain's Got them..." He thought to himself, proud of his kingdom's champion however he felt a bit uneasy. He was unsure that, that was truly the case. Nevertheless the King was in his hands and so he had a duty to ensure his safety.

Amidst the swirling dust and the taut silence, X stood unflinching. His eyes locked onto Magera, the defiant champion. Magera's challenge hung heavy in the air, a test of wills between two formidable forces.
X's voice remained eerily calm, his lips curving into a vicious smile as he addressed Magera's defiance. "You question my authority, Champion," he said, his words laced with an undercurrent of menace. "A fair inquiry, but one that won't alter the inevitable."

Undeterred by Magera's raised blade, X's eyes glinted with a mix of amusement and calculation. He seemed to have anticipated this response, a mere pawn in his intricate game.
With a mischievous glint in his eye, X leaned closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "I'll let you in on a little secret," he began, his words dripping with condescension.

"I was initially disappointed to learn that you're the best this place has to offer: a mere weakling," he continued, pausing for effect, letting the sting of his words sink in.
"But fret not," X said with a smirk, his eyes flashing with a hint of sadistic pleasure. "For I always enjoy a little resistance."

X's voice took on a darker tone as he revealed, "You see, after three long years of inactivity, I've found a new hobby."
His expression hardened, his eyes burning with a mix of desperation and determination. "My friends and Captain have vanished, and people have forgotten us entirely," he confessed.
X straightened up, his eyes blazing with a newfound resolve. "I've concluded that it's time to form a new crew," he declared, his voice echoing with authority.

"Ah, yes, my new hobby," he exclaimed as if suddenly recalling something he'd forgotten to mention.
A thrill ran through X's voice as he added, "It's sowing chaos, of course."
X spread his arms wide, invitingly. "So, let's play a game," he proposed, his voice laced with a twisted sense of amusement.

"For every minute that ticks by, I'll kill a civilian until you surrender," he threatened, his gaze piercing, his words hanging heavy in the air.

"What's your answer?" X demanded, his voice echoing with a chilling finality.

X's words... they were like poison to Magera, they're intents meant nothing but harm unto others. His compassion felt an active dissatisfaction from being in his general vicinity. He opted to not answer at all; what good of a use is speaking to someone this malicious and coming out with a negotiable answer when they genuinely wished to take you and your king...

"...NONE! THE ANSWER IS NONE!" He shouted having been caught up in a inner monologued, he blade darkened along with the hand that held it. He gathered his strength and made his move!

Deafening Silence of the Swan Lake!
Magera Lunged at X at Hypersonic speeds; His confidence in his abilities were great, now Clad with Armament Haki he possessed a new found confidence and so now, in the name of the King; in the Name of the People he intended to strike down the Malicious being that stood before him. He ignored the odds, he ignored the blatant condescend all that surged through his very mind was to protect his people! His Aim was to swiftly Decapitate X, grabbing his Sheathe with his opposing hand he attempted his grand Draw-Resheath Technique!
-Ittoryu Iai: Shi Shishi Sonson (一刀流 “居合” “死・獅子歌歌” Ittōryū Iai: Shi Shishi Sonson?, literally meaning "One Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Lion's Song of Death"): A stronger version of his original "Ittoryu Iai: Shishi Sonson". The user swings his sword in a very quick and powerful unsheathe move to slice his opponent. This attack is strong enough to easily decapitate a legendary beast like a Dragon.(41 Mastery, 41 Strength) Destructive Potency Rank: B

Strength: 61, 61-80: 2. Small Building Level
Haki: 41, Hardening (+1 DPR, +1 Durability)
Speed: 61, 61-80 Hypersonic Speed
DPR: 61-80: 2. Small Building Level + B(2) +Hardening(1) = 120: 5. Town Level

The Air shifted and moved with his movements; his speed surpassed the speed of sound and so no one will be made aware of his movements until after he had stopped moving; a grand showcase and testament to his strength and hopefully X will respect him for it.

X's form contorted with impossible flexibility, his body blurring and shifting like a macabre dance. He evaded Magera's lethal arc with the blink of an eye, the champion's blade slicing through empty air.

In the fraction of a second, it took Magera to register his missed strike, X emerged unscathed behind him, his movements fluid and hauntingly graceful. A chilling smile curled his lips, stark against the darkness that cloaked him.

"Impressive," he murmured, his voice a blend of amusement and malevolence. "But not enough."

X's predatory eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on Magera's legs. With a quicksilver movement, he shifted his stance, his fingers dancing over his weapon with deadly precision. In the blink of an eye, a volley of bullets erupted from his firearm, each one destined to find its mark in Magera's limbs with chilling accuracy.

If your reaction speed is one bracket above your opponent's movement/attack speed, you have no problem reacting to what they do.
DPR: level 3 + B rank bullets (2) + CoA(2) = 6. City Level
