The Cotton Blossom, trusted vessel of those aligned under the white Jolly Roger of The Sweet Pirates, sailed vigilantly through the serene moonlit waters of the Grand Line. Mikami, a very large human with a mess of ginger hair, looked out over the calm nighttime water. Those that shared moments with Mikami would notice his gentle nature despite his gargantuan form and illegal line of work, he enjoyed a good-spirited brawl, but would otherwise never harm someone without purpose. Perhaps from his dim-witted nature he was overly kind amongst this band of criminals, to a fault at many times. He looked around at his companions that joined him on the deck of the ship at this hour of midnight:
Geck'O Lardez, a small reptilian friend of his with scales of bloody red looked back at the red-headed man, as did his elderly puppet-companion. Also catching the eye of Mikami was Gerald Yopenheimer, a newer-recruit than the majority of the crew. He was still a bit of mystery, but he was an extravagant and fun man. So too did he gaze upon some of his men from their time as bandits.
He smiled as he recollected. He glanced around, seeing if his captain was around and after assuring she had gone to sleep for the night he announced a plan.
"LET'S SWAP TALES!" The loud man said, disturbing the quiet seascape. "I'LL GO FIRST!"

A smaller swabby with an eyepatch cut him off. "Let's not wake up the entire Grand Line. Let the new guy go first."
The human swabbies quietly dragged over crates and barrels to sit in an impromptu story-circle. Eyes aboard The Cotton Blossom shifted to Gerald Yopenheimer, awaiting a story...

"Well then..." He began trying to collect his thoughts, as his past was littered with fruitful adventures and twisted interactions with many creatures, he was sure to have something juicy to tell his crewmates. Alas nothing really came to mind, He did not know how to impress them considering that compared to them he's more of a novice at piracy, His Suit Gleamed and he dressed Extravagantly with a big furry Royal cape, He certainly looked like somebody who truly embarked upon a journey to accomplish their dream.

"Back home... When I was 17, My island was full with Wild Dinosaurs and many Dangerous predators. My people Would Religiously Challenge young adults to, "Go on out and Bring back a Dinosaurs Tongue". Unfortunately, my turn had come. They'd instructed me to leave the day before my birthday, at nightfall and to stay in the wilderness until Sunrise. Only until then was I to return with a Dinosaur's Tongue."

"But the Funny thing is..." He said briefly raising his voice to keep their eyes drawn unto on him, He heroically points into the night sky as he momentarily struck and strong pose to emphasize his sentence. "...I'd had met the Dinosaur only an hour after leaving the village! It tackled me and we began to tussle, I had never before in my life experienced the raw strength of such a beast. You see prior to this initiation, we were trained to hone our bodies and were taught the basics of the "Floridian Raider Art." I had anointed the beast with a holy Kiss before it could go for a killing bite, It was excessively confused, it even paused and looked at me, Though I remember the Dinosaur Explicitly Blushing." He said folding his arms as he scratched the area of his helmet that would have been his "chin". He was fairly confident of himself and his past actions at this point and thus wanted to go onwards alas, All stories must come to an end.

"No matter, In the beasts confusion I had gotten Close to it and Suplexed it. I was hoping that it'd have got knocked out from that hit but it kept going, So I spent a next 20 minutes or so slamming the beast until it finally gave out. I cut it's tongue and passed out. Morning Came and I awoke to a fist full of ants, I brushed them off and Went back to the Village" He finished before pulling up a crate for him to sit on.

"I've never imagined to be apart of the Sweet Pirates, I have a big dreams whilst being apart of this crew."

The members of the Sweet Pirates smiled as the new guy adorned in gleaming armor began regaling them with a tale of his upbringing from his mysterious homeland. Gerald Yopenheimer easily captured the attention and imagination of the friendly crew, eyes widened in shock and disbelief multiple times throughout his tale.
He heroically points into the night sky as he momentarily struck and strong pose to emphasize his sentence. "...I'd had met the Dinosaur only an hour after leaving the village! It tackled me and we began to tussle, I had never before in my life experienced the raw strength of such a beast. He said folding his arms as he scratched the area of his helmet that would have been his "chin".
Mikami, more than anyone else, seemed absolutely blown away so far. He loudly giggled and looked around at his friends to affirm everyone was hearing the wild story being told. His attempt at being quiet still resulted in the boat gently sloshing in the moonlit nighttime waves.
"No matter, In the beasts confusion I had gotten Close to it and Suplexed it. Morning Came and I awoke to a fist full of ants, I brushed them off and Went back to the Village" He finished before pulling up a crate for him to sit on.
The crew began laughing at the end of the story, some began quietly clapping. Mikami however seemed bewildered yet enamored entirely. "DO YOU THINK THE ANTS TOOK THE DINOSAUR TONGUE?" The naïve behemoth asked innocently to one of the swabbies.
"See, I knew this guy was the real deal." Said the pirate with eyepatch from before. "Nobody waltzing around the Grand Line by themselves is just some weakling." The other swabbies joined in excitedly admiring the suit-adorned man.
"So, Gerald..." He started again. "...What were you doing in Shoal Town?"
His question referenced the place where Gerald had originally met the Sweet Pirates: it was a beautiful town under the World Government's jurisdiction.

...

The town reeked of the sea, but in a way that was welcomed rather than accursed. The populous was bustling on this particular day, carts pulling goods up and down the streets to ships docked at the port.
One ship however was anchored away from the loading port, a teal ship flying a white flag with a black Jolly Roger with canid features. The Sweet Pirates were in town, but not for goods for their journeys at sea...They were here to catch a man and a woman; wanted pirates. Sweet was here to kill off some competition...
During the rising of the sun nobody would have expected the mayhem that was yet to occur in their small coastal town. The gulls cried and the chimes in the streets rang out in the sea-breeze just like any other day for Shoal Town. All was peaceful until a chase broke into the booming streets!

A single gunshot rang out as a pirate fired her pistol into the air to stir up a panic in the crowded area, and sure enough it worked.

"DON'T STOP CHASING THEM!" An angry fishwoman's voice carried through the already bustling central hub. Sweet Einsauer lagged behind, held up in a crowd; her lengthy arms shoved pedestrians out of her way but she was being outpaced by a couple of humans. Her large frame was awkwardly trapped in a maze of humans and tight alleyways. Her shoves began getting more and more violent as her frustration grew.
"KILL ON SIGHT!" She hissed out an order, over the shouting crowd, to her lizardman underling: Geck'O.
He rushed after them through the crowd of humans, he had been leading the chase for his crew and now he was the only one left running down the prey.
As Geck'O Lardez ran, crowded Shoal Town residents simply would NOT get out of his way.

Sweet, now left behind in a jumble of humans, stopped entirely to seethe in place. The towering fishwoman seethed in place for a long while, only stopping for a moment to flip a man's supply cart over unnecessarily out of frustration.

First thing first, Geck'O was a child. If you choose to trust his ouster appearance, you was going to get fooled. Geck'O measured 2 meters, he had rather developed muscles. He was proud of his calves, he had spent years focusing on his leg power. People feared him because of his jaw full of teeth. They could feel the danger coming from it, a movement of neck and he could snap a body in half. If you added the axe to the whole appearance, L'Enfant would be a feared beast. He didn't speak much so people thought he was cold and angry.

He was quite different, despite looking like a brick wall, Geck'O was a child. A jealous one as that. Their new recruit had been trying to charm the Cap'N and undermine the lizard since they arrived. The warrior was telling a fake story about fighting a dinosaur, but Geck'O knew the truth. Dinos were Lizards, Dinos were their ancestors. If the recruit bragged about defeating one, he obviously wanted to say that he was stronger than the red lizard. Geck'O was not liking it. The pirate was sulking in his corner looking at the tabbies trying to be buddy buddy with the recruit. An asshole named Gerald.....

Their mission had been to catch a duo of pirates that caught Sweet's eyes. It did not take long to find them, and as the fish woman ordered them around Geck'O knew he couldn't miss the opportunity to the Cap'N how indispensable he was.

"What I was doing in Shoal Town?" he rhetorically asked as he looked up into the night sky to reminisce. The Events of Shoal town were a bit uninteresting since He hadn't truly planned to do anything on this end of his Journey but His mates were Curious and so he felt as though that not telling them was not an option.

Gerald's Story on Shoal Town...
It was a long set of trips but he had finally done it, Gerald didn't really have a ship of his own so he would often offer aid to Passing Merchant Ships to get about the Grand Line. It was almost like an array of Odd Jobs; Once he got on a Ship and ended Up baby sitting an entire band of Children! 5 Toddlers, 4 Seven-Year Olds and Two babies. After the Long trip, Each of the Children including the babies Adopted Gerald's "Florida-Man" Nature to some extent, to Honor the new and wonderful friend they had Made. They grew to be quite peculiar n' a Handful to their Parents however, "That's Just how Kids Are" Exclaimed Gerald upon hearing an update with those band of Merchants, He befriended them and dedicated each of his adventures in honor of those children. It took about 5 Ships but He finally landed in Shoal Town; He was on another Merchant's ship and promised to help them Unload their Goods in exchange for the Ride there.

[Insert Cool Music]
"I was a Deckhand for this small band of Merchants, I asked them for a Ride to their next Destination as apart of my Journey to explore the world. In exchange for the service they asked my help to Keep the Ship in tip-top shape and to Unload their Goods since that time Round they had a pretty heavy Load..." started Gerald...

Shoal Town
"...After I helped those guys, They bid me farewell and I left them to explore the Town. I thought that I'd find something interesting to eat or Any items to buy along the way so I stayed and Traversed the Streets, Though.. The Locals were quite condescending with their stares. Not everyone is quite used to such a massive Human in shining Armor, I guess."
said Gerald Lowering his Gaze back to the Swabbies. Gerald's Journey on Shoal Town was not meant to be fruitful since he never really intended to find anything, he was simply window shopping and took Short pit stops to see what each Merchant had. The only thing that truly stood out to him was when a Little Boy walked up to him whilst he was scoping out the goods of a Fish Merchant, The Boy then began ruthlessly banging on the Armor on his leg...

...This caught Gerald by Surprise and only about 5 minutes later did a Startled and Embarrassed mother come to collect her Child, He had ran away after slipping from her tight grasp. When she Saw Yopenheimer she froze, She began hyperventilating for she did not know what would have occurred had Gerald Reacted the way she thought he would.

-A bit of Flash back as to what Occurred-
It was hard not to see that she was in distress and did not know how to truly react and so, Gerald Calmly paved a sense of ease onto the poor woman, "Is this your child Ma'am? I think he slipped away from you."

"Uh- YES! Thank you Sir, My son is quite Troublesome. Kids, huh?" she replied having been gently tugged out of her fear, she began awkwardly laughing as she firmly grasped her son.

"Don't worry about my leg, He's just a child he doesn't know any better. Have a good Day Ma'am." he kindly replied, abruptly ending his interest for the Fish Vendor" Gerald wasn't really sure how'd she React to that kind of reply but she surely expected something more violent. He went his way without causing much of a scene and left the Mother to deal with her son.

"Thank you, Kind sir..."she whispered to herself as she lifted her son and cradled him, she then scolded him ferociously for running away and for attacking the Man like that.
- End of Flash Back-

"I think people react weirdly to common oddities in very peculiar ways, Some just stare and others get really violent. I'm not really sure how that applies to pirates but when it came to the Common folk of most Islands, they're always flabbergasted at the sight of a man in Gilded Armor traversing their streets with not a care in the world."

Sweet watched as her lizardman crewman disappeared into the panicked crowd and wrapped around a corner, following the fleeing bounties.
It did not take long to find them, and as the fish woman ordered them around Geck'O knew he couldn't miss the opportunity to the Cap'N how indispensable he was.
The lizardman followed their trail, gaining help from this predatory abilities innately within him. As he wrapped around the corner, a swinging elbow flashed out to meet him. Clyde hesitated to get an ambush strike, aiming his elbow strike directly for the red lizard's mouth.
"Scrapyard Slam!" Snarled the cyborg through a feral smile, a metal helmet covering his head and eyes now.
Scrapyard Slam - Using either the elbow or the knee the using drives a punishing blow into the target. DPR - C
Requirements- 41 Strength, 41 Brawling
Strength: 41-60: 1. Wall/Tree Level + Rank: C (+1 DPR) + Haki (+1 DPR) = Total: (81-100) 3. Large Building Level
At this close distance, the lizard could tell his cybernetic enhancements were purely for moving fast and protecting himself. These attacks weren't enhanced by the technology, so it would appear (though the invisible haki coating his elbow was a different story).
In the distance, pushing through some frantic citizens, Bonnie kept running further away. When she felt she was at a good distance she turned back to the lizardman, lifted her pistol to take aim on Geck'O, but waited for Clyde to move from her line of fire.

Citizens would push in all directions, bumping into one another and getting out of the proximity of this violent street fight. Within moments the entire town was buzzing with news of the ongoing incident.

Sweet, meanwhile, was forced to just walk through and kick people out of her way. The fishwoman was still lagging behind and unaware of the situation with Geck'O.

Geck'O kept following his preys. He could until they turned around a corner and disappeared from sight. He could still smell them, he knew they weren't far. If he had been more cautious following them, he would them smelled that one of them, the one that smelled like steel was waiting for him. The panicked citizens flooded the streets of the Town bumping into one another as they attempted to make their escape, "Now that I'm taking a grave interest into what's going on in this place, they're seems to be a mass panic. Why? Weren't they just relaxing as they busily buzzed throughout the streets, I haven't even finished my shopping." Commented Gerald, as he was pushed about by the towns people. He lifted his arms as he tried carefully navigating through the flowing crowd.

"What's that?" He wondered. He peered over the short crowd, he shoved his way through and came upon a strange array of giant Seaweeds. They seemed to have simply manifested simply out of nowhere, this intrigued Gerald it was strange however phenomena's as such seem to have logical explanations and he wished to find that out. He looked about for a suitable source and he spotted a lizard man; "A Dinosaur?" He quietly muttered, he glared out of curiosity and momentarily recalled the trials in which he had undergone at the age of 18.

"Dinosaurs can exhibit signs of sentience?" He wondered.

Clyde, the cyborg pirate, threw his arms up in surprise at the explosion of seaweed. The stringy green tendrils coated the bounty-target and he groaned in disgust and a bit of pain as well. "Gah!"
DPR 1 below dura: somewhat effective
"What the hell?" He asked out whilst trying to clear the seaweed from his robotic face covering. "What is this gunk?"

"Hey Tin-Head!" Came the voice of the female pirate. "Duck down already, so I can kill that thing!"
The cyborg's partner stood by with a smarmy look on her face, pistol still locked onto the scuffle between the robotic man and the lizard. The gun's barrel began to give of electrical surges as if it were about to fire out a projectile of pure lightning. Clyde, still removing the seaweed, instead lashed out at Geck'O with a downward, unnamed swing of his arm, unable to properly see his lizardman target.

Gerald was a vantage point able to see all of this transpiring at once, the chaos boiled and bubbled around him. The streets were filled with confusion and panic, and right in the heart of all of it...

A runaway cart, packed heavily with wooden crates and boxes, found itself barreling faster and faster directly towards Clyde and Geck'O. A child, in it's line path of destruction, screamed out and dropped a stuffed rabbit to the ground.

Geck'O's seaweeds were able to stop the pirate and prevent them to run away. The woman, couldn't shoot with the camouflage. The robotic man fought with the plant and went on to attack to red lizard. Geck'O took his jutte out and immediately went to meet the foe. Taking advantage of CLyde not seeing him properly; Gecko hit the arm away and went to trust his jutte into the man's forehead.

A yell took the hunter's full attention, a cart was rushing toward him and a baby. He could let the cart hit the puny human but it could kill her. The Cap'n was against lousy rep, and humans loved their children. The Lizard gathered the girl in its arms and jumped over the cart. He then threw another green ball toward Clyde. One that would release a big red explosion that would engulf the alley in the shape of a skull. The old man appreciated the Pop Green, he called it the artistic one. The baby was crying but the Lizard had let her fall on the ground already. he did not care about her wellbeing anymore, she was alive. she better thanked him before he ate her.

"The Dinosaur saved the young girl! Such heroism is admirable however what have I just gotten myself into," He pondered. The Events of the altercation swiftly unfolded right before his eyes, The Lizard man seemed to be interlocked in a battle with an adversary but the reason behind their class was unknown. The Lizard Discarded the Baby, it's wailing was loud and Gerald was a bit peeved at the Lizard's blatant Carelessness.

He turned his head and followed the runaway cart, He dashed for it; His speed was beyond great, it was amazing. Moving at speeds faster than the untrained eye could follow he closed the distance between himself and the Cart; He firmly grasped it, softly shaking both it's frame and the many heavy crates and boxes it carried, He shifted his attentions back to the two and angrily retaliated. He Lifted the cart and in one swift movement he pelted it at the noisy group, it soared through the air and it's contents fell as it did!

With Gerald's Point of View he was purely unaware of the events that were to unfold before his eyes, The Lizard's Man Green Star Had yet to explode and soon the Alley way would have been engulfed by an explosion. Gerald's angry retaliation, though not intending to do this would follow a convenient trajectory that once that Green star exploded the devastating wave would have struck the Crate; and the force would travel along to scope up the Little on from the Dangers. What happened afterwards was an absolute mystery in the eyes of Yopenheimer however one thing is for certain; these hooligans have garnered Gerald's attention.

Taking advantage of Clyde not seeing him properly; Gecko hit the arm away and went to trust his jutte into the man's forehead.
Clyde stumbled away before his face was met with a painless, yet forceful, smack from a jutte to the head. Clyde shook his head clean of the sea-plants and turned his head to the reptilian pirate who seemed to a moment to be on the retreat.
Attack (3. Large Building Level) vs Defense (5. Town Level)= DPR 2 or more below dura: Not very effective
Instead of fleeing, instead the lizard-man reached out and scooped a young-girl lost in the chaos, moments away from being flattened by a run-away cart of miscellaneous goods. The red-scaled pirate jumped over the cart, landing safely on the other side then discarding the girl like an empty cup, carelessly releasing her to the ground with a thud, the girl snivelled and seemed on the verge of crying once more when a shadow washed over the lizard; this time the child knew better...She ran away from the scuffle, just at the cart seemed ready to crash into the lizardman.

Clyde, standing by, followed the path the cart had just flown from back to the source, looking over at Gerald (magnificently standing in his golden armor), he shouted over to his partner. "Bon! Make a run for it, it's not worth the fight!"

He then threw another green ball toward Clyde. One that would release a big red explosion that would engulf the alley in the shape of a skull.

Jumping up to meet the explosion with his face directly, he seemed to absorb the blast effortlessly after the spores of the attack had settled, the man's head seemed to be impossible to damage due to his cyborg enhancements.

He gave a thumbs up to Gerald Yoppenheimer. "Thanks man, I owe ya' one." He said beginning to take off with Bonnie, who had jumped from her high-ground and was starting to join the rushing crowd already.

Suddenly, a screaming human body flew overhead of the crowd near Geck'O skidding across the rocky roadway as he landed. "WILL YOU MORONS, GET OUT OF MY WAY ALREADY?" A woman's powerful voice (belonging to someone hidden by an adjacent alleyway) came booming over the droning screams of scared civilians. "MOVE IT!"

Another man came flying, following a similar path as the first man, but luckily landing in a fallen haybale. Though the woman was still out-of-view, a sinister shadow stretched down the alley, encapsulating a section of the crowd in horror, freezing their bodies as the rattling of chains approached them all. Captain Sweet Einsauer was here.

From the crowd, the little girl from before (still running) broke through and unwittingly headed directly in the direction of the approaching pirate captain...
