Notice used to be a quiet island, at least up until a few months ago, when the pirate Bellamy the Hyena and his pirate crew returned from their voyage at sea. Killing the chief, Bellamy took his place. Now he reigns over the island with an iron fist, yet total control is bores him. There is no fun if there's no challenge.

The Bellamy Operation - #1
@Hype
The sun was sharp and strong on this morning, pelting the island known as Notice. Once a hub for great cooks and chefs, it was now deprived of grandeur. Rumors had it a big time pirate crew from the first half of the Grand Line, with connections deep, had taken over. Yet, the rumors were unconfirmed, many believing it was a farce to explain the lost etiquette of the chefs. Tourists became scarce. Yet, the island was always bustling. A dark veil had enveloped the island, under the sign of the smiling skeleton.

Inside a dark room, computers beeped. Several black den den mushis were littered all over the room. They were connected by a cable, buzzing as they went through the interface. A real operation. The Bellamy flag was all over,as well as several Marine pictures. A voice called out.

[Voice] “Latched on! Hahaha! Captain was right! These Government fools won’t know what hit them! With this operation, we’ll be able to tap into all unencrypted Government channels!”
[Voice] “We’ll be rich!”

The camera receded, showing the bright sun once more. Instead of a dark room, the sun lit up a desolate dock. There were no commercial ships, only ships with clear signs of being ransacked. Guarding the docks were at least a dozen pirates, scattered over the area. Four fishing in the waters. Three playing cards in front of the center building. Two patrolling the path inland. Three on top of the small houses, guns drawn.

In Notice, an important operating to a particular crew was being conducted. The world would come to Notice.

Zodd's Actions
*Zodd's Thoughts*

Zodd's Speech

Over the horizon, a ship could be seen making it's way toward Notice. The ship itself wasn't one of massive size, large enough to fit 100 or so crew members on it's swaying deck. The waves carried the ship closer and closer to the docks of Notice, but well before the ship itself could dock, the crew on the ship could be heard. Chants could be heard, or rather, some sort of song of praise came from the ship announcing that a specific individual would soon be arriving. "He might be small and he might be odd! His name is Zodd and he's the Rod God!" The words roared as they got closer and closer to the dockyard, and upon inspection, one might see a ship of merriment and pleasure, good times and grandeur. Hedonism at it's finest.

Zodd, the man of song, would stand on a massive Rod extending from the bow of the ship. Even though the song sung was about him, Zodd himself could be heard singing the song much louder than the other crew. A dwarven lad, tiny in stature but large in nature. His red-dreaded hair blew backward as the ship approached, and would come to calm as it slowed to dock (should it be allowed to.)

Zodd paid no mind to how desolate the docks looked, nor to the fact that the other ships were seemingly ransacked and tarnished. Zodd wasn't one to focus on the fine details, whether that was due to ignorance or arrogance, none would know. Zodd was planning on making his way toward Notice because he had heard that it was once an island of exquisite cuisine, now overtaken by tyranny. Zodd aimed to bring back the cuisine that Notice was once known for, so that he could fill his gut in his pursuit of pleasure.

Take Notice, the island overtaken by tyranny. Deep in the island, the brass were in the middle of their operation, one to take deep hold of communication in the Grand Line; a powerful tool indeed. The chefs were nowhere to be found. Where once was a bustling dock, was now desolate, filled with pirates. Pirates of a common flag. Ships were ransacked, and a dark and wild aura had taken over the area. At least a dozen pirates flooded the city. These were not fodder, standing guard.

A ship cut through the waters, parting the tranquil sea of the Norrh Blue, docking with no trouble in the quiet dock. The flashy entrance put on Notice the waiting pirates. Eight (8) of them positioned themselves in the path from the dock to land - weapons drawn and rowdy.

[Pirate] “FRESH MEAT WALKING!!!”

Assuming, but not deciding, the dwarf came down from his hedonistic ship, he’d hear taunts from the pirates flooding the entryway, the plaza. On top of the surrounding buildings, three (3) pirates with rifles, in a different building each, watchful. The dwarf would hear snickering, whispering, and finally taunts. The dwarf drew all attention to him, be it his size or personality. Two of them approached as the others kept drinking behind them, ever watchful.

They laughed as they looked down on the dwarf, blades drawn.

[Pirate #1] “Look at this thing, Nicky! Bahahahaha! What a joke!”
[Pirate #2] “You came to the wrong island, little man! All your ship, your belongings, are now ours! Welcome to Notice!”

Without any barriers, Zodd would surely make his way down from his ship. He was excited to see what Notice had to offer. Surely all the rumors couldn't be true, there had to be some sort of entertainment here. Without a care, Zodd strolled, and it'd seem he had grabbed the attention of the pirates standing guard on the docks. Rifles, Eyes, and Jeers would all be aimed at the small Dwarf, who would come to a stop when approached by the Pirates before him.

*Fresh Meat, they says. Zodd knew this place would have good food, he did.* Zodd thought.

It was only until the two men stood before Zodd that he realised they would not be leading him to a place to dine on meat. The Dwarf's tail, unlike other dwarfs, was a dreaded length of fur and fun. When he first walked, the tail swayed much like that of a playful cat. However, when 'cornered' by the pirates, Zodd's tail went stiff, extending directly behind him. Those who weren't familiar with Zodd could see that as a sign of fear, and to some level they'd be correct. Zodd looked up at the pirates, whose blades were drawn as they looked down on the Dwarf as prey. It was a look Zodd had seen before. The very same look that was given to him just before he was captured into slavery as a lad.

"So yer the welcoming party, ye are? Well then, if Zodd's belongings are yers, he should be givin' ya his most prized possession first shouldn't he?"

Zodd was not one to leap first into battle, but he could tell what sort of men he was dealing with. These weren't the bargaining type, these were the thieving type. Zodd had no intention of giving up his belongings, nor returning into slavery like he had done in the past. No. Zodd had to set the record straight that what was his would remain his. Using his size to his advantage, Zodd would swiftly attempt to move between the legs of the first Pirate (Pirate #1). This was done for two reasons. One was to provide cover, assuming a pirate wouldn't chop at his comrade's legs in an attempt to hurt Zodd. The second reason was so he could grab the foot of said pirate. Although minuscule in size, Dwarves were deceptively strong, and Zodd was no exception. If he could get a grip on the Pirate's foot, the dwarven lad would attempt to spin, pulling the pirate with him. Tontatta Swing! Spinning and spinning with the pirate in tow upon success would allow Zodd to use the male as a weapon against the other pirate.

Tontatta Swing:The user grabs onto the opponent by their feet and then swings them around in circles.

Welcome to Notice. The two pirates looked down on the dwarf, jeers and blades drawn. They would take his belongings. Tail stiff, stirring a chuckle from the pirates, the dwarf seemed calm. His nature would present itself when Zod dashed forward, in between the first pirates legs. The second slashed towards the ground, narrowly missing his comrade’s leg, and, therefore, the dwarf. The pirate screamed as he was lifted off the ground like a toothpick, spun as he let go of his sword in terror. The second pirates stepped back, narrowly avoiding the hit. He took a second before he made the decision. The Pirate took a step forward and cocked his sword back.

In a diagonal swing, the pirate swung the sword, its blade seeking to slash the dwarf down low. If his comrade was in the way - so be it,
[Pirate #2] “Who do you think we are?! We’re pirates!

As the commotion raised, the other pirates stood up. Four, these all with brass knuckles instead of blades swords, ran towards the two. Above, the three riflemen aimed down. They could not get a clean shot. Yet, they sought it. A den den mushi in the middle of the area, manned by two pirates that were standing, but kept back, spoke loudly.
[Sarquiss] “What is all this commotion?! You all better be holding any Marines off! We’re about to crack the network!”
