One Piece Oden hints he survive the shot. Hints he alive!???

So....you should all know i'm big fan of foreshadowing hints..As been following what it means, mention in past theories..well Oden seems to finally match this foreshadowing the strongest, to this unknown character foreshadow from years ago.....

Why is it mostly Oden? Because This character was hinted to be shot in the right side of his face,has a big grin!

1.Shot in the head
2. Dies with a big Chesire cat grin.


With recent chapter.. Something finally matches.. though this still leaves unanswered question concerning Oden fate...More of who took his body originally!??

Oda shows Oden being shot in the head,and note the dancing lady figure with her arms pointed up, she surrounded by hearts!?? *you will see Usopp foreshadow being shot in the head, by sanji pointing at him with gun motion while holding hearts card below*

Then...Oden dies with big cheshire grin......

So, now that explained what i'm getting at...

Re looking at this unknown character Oda hinted through the years, and how is it the same character even though oda represented it in other animal etc?

Well, why the hell is oda referencing this animal/character has the same characteristics of being shot in the right side of the face/skull damage, and has big cheshire grin!! To draw the same damage/plus hint right eye is damage more then once of cat/lion/snow man all points to unknown character we are finally getting to meet.

Usopp foreshadowing Oden death holding right side of his face/skull and note his right eye is seems to be the one hit by the pain reaction of usopp clutching his right side skull/eye , while sanji points at him in gun shooting motion while holding the heart card......(possible hint/connection between kaido and big mom used to be on same team?)

Pointing to Being Oden from hints, but am not done....

Oden was shown,to die in big boiling pot, by big clock...

In Owl cover, btw to people complain i pulled owl df out of my ass.. no it does not work like that. I found clue later when was relooking at owl df number years ago, and checked if owl df number had any hints in oda cover pages..and .....It surprising it did!!

But getting back to the point.

Owl, is next to boiling pot, with big clock behind him.. ALso owl shows up attached with the Cheshire cat hinting it's is indeed the same person..(chp 588 cover)

Owl can either be seen as representing Luck, or Death!! Well in this case, Oden did die..but from hints as seen with foreshadowing. He is brought back alive by someone interfering..

Plus, Franky is building number 10, on the clock. and his shirt has number 10. The apple hero cover also points to luffy hinting to him, with 10 eaten apples. with wide skull shape (wide death smile.....)

Meaning it's probably Oden, if this is indeed hinting him from hint/clues from the damage as shown...

Also, Main big clue to oden and owl clue connection! The Owl is always shown with the flower!!

Flower Capital, is Oden home originally!! Before it was taken from him by Orochi and Kaido!

As note, even these two covers Oda draws calm Owl with sh. But the drawing of the owl shows him next to flower enraged/demonic! Hinting to flower capital being taken...


Though imo, this bring more mystery...

Note: His mask has hidden owl symbolism.

Because this character is hinted to be or have connection to being bobbin... As the snowman is made up of parts called a bobbin...Plus oda hinted Bobbin has the face of demon..either this was referencing Oden Burn/scars across his face making him appear scary..As why Bobbin wears the mask covering/hiding the damage to his face/identity....Till he could get someone strong enough to help him beat kaido? and orochi as why he teamed up with big mom later?? As we know, Big mom wants to kill Kaido..making her ideal ally to Oden if he did survive later....

Plus in the end of whole cake, we see big giant bird silhouette leaving for wano from whole cake island, when big mom comments watch your back straw hat luffy... With Oda hyping Bobbin character to be important since he introduced him with Big mom and Pudding..only his story/clue is missing..

Also other factor about Oden character, which was revealed in the flash backs....It reveals Oden does not listen to man...But has no problem listening and helping a women... As why he would be fine listening taking order from Big Mom... Also early in the flashback it shows him over eating and getting fat like luffy when eating a lot...Showing he capable of gaining weight instead of being skinny later..

I was really hoping not sanji point 2...........from bobbin rival clue between those two...but i guess it will be that....If it is indeed him from characteristic hints from that unknown character right side head shot wound trait that oda keeps hinting to..Plus Oda does not waste time building up hype character to dump it later..that bad writing..


What we know so far and conclusion.

This character was shot in the right side of his skull, his right eye is gone... And he hinted to be lucky, because he survived being killed. (matches Oden death)
2. If he survived, or his body taken later.. was it government? Or Geko Moriah interfering back then?????
3. Toki mentions she will find way to save Oden, with her df..meaning she sent Oden somewhere else with time df?? Similar to how she ended up further from wano, when she activated the time df...(still not sure how that works) But she was originally from wano, after activating df she ended up not in wano....and Oden found her and saved her after hearing her scream from far away (hinting to his outstanding hearing..possible why he portrayed with Owl--good hearing from long distance) beside df hint later..he probably obtained???


To be honest, I think it's oden, though Oda horrible cliff hanger with Bobbin--short cliffhanger to be dealt/explained later..not a fan of.. but If Oden did survive,took new identity, who ever saved him????? later in time line, works for big mom hoping to take down kaido by allying with big mom.

Also this explains Big Mom inside source, to the waterfall. Being Oden..who survived beside the giant owl hint shown to leave whole cake island previous.....Meaning mask he wears, he has reason for wearing.. because he has burns/scars across his face.. Plus he can't let kaido/orrochi know he alive..

In the end chapter, It mentions

Oden death, "and so ended one legend......" Note music notes, where he smiling in death.. (possible hint to new legend...or Lurking legend clue!???? being Oden???"

Beside strange anomaly of heart lady beside his face..and big mom has the heart tattoo........



This all for now, I know people will complain but Oden died heroic death. Yes he did.. But if Oda going from hints to someone stealing Oden body/or Toki interfering sending him somewhere else in timeline, meaning doctor found him and saved him?? Oden would have to bind his time waiting for his chance to strike back at kaido..

Still a lot unanswered question concerning surviving hints..plus Wg vega punk influence with Bobbin design,....though to think Sora only helped because he heard a women crying for help.....If Oden is true....

I can see gag, for hero...Also lion/beast hint..him being a true beast for surviving being shot in the head/being boiled alive...

But back to point about oden death. On why i don't think he died, beside mask clue... get to later below..

Oden dying is like robin dying to that dimwit spandaman, after all character development she got.

With how much Oda is digging out the Oden flashback, hyping oden from punk hazard.. And now revealing him to us, not even side character get this much attention... As Oden flashback took longer.

Plus This little fool does not deserve such a win, over a character like Oden!

Someone like oden should not die by headshot wound, plus true all the great die by smiling. but here his death looks ominous, as grin is the only thing to appear.. while his whole face is underwater shriveling up/burned out.

Also.. Burn victims in the area of the face, like Oden after his whole body/face is sumerged. Would get horrible burn scars, and also loose the function to move their face/nerve tissue. As in some case burn victims their face becomes paralyze because the fire damage.

Honestly, what could help someone survive this type of handi cap?? and act like second new face? Allowing him to eat,talk etc.

A plain mask won't do.. But df Mask makes more sense, as it can mimic human face function, for someone who suffered from facial paralyze and burns scars.. (I don't know who gave him the mask..but i do know Big mom does not like scary/disturbing things..plus the not being able to eat because damage to his face/nervs and other problems..this mask would be ideal for him)

Bobbin mask-similar to being fool..but this is disproven when it break and we see his left eye glaring...


Also, Something odd about Bobbin and Oden behavior..

Bobbin is shown easy going,frindly-child like towards Sanji, (before sanji kicked him) Then he gets angry!!
Oden is shown easy going,friendly-child like to everyone he meets (in some cases as seen with franky, and others) Oden only gets angry if someone wronged him/or his family.

Same eye style-eye veins.. also only his left eye is exposed.. Right eye (never shown,like hints above about right eye being damaged in some way) Also oden has high eyebrows..though if they burned off..?? or mask hides it...

I honestly wondered wth Oda was planning for Bobbin.. But with the current story with Big mom in wano...then Bobbin in a sense should be there..even fodder icecream son survived..So i doubt Oda forget his hyped character... I don't like the way he cliffhanger it..though reminds me of youtubers who click bait their audience for views/hype..

But with story line up plot.

Bobbin--left clifffhanger to be resolved later.
Big Mom--has unknown df flying user heading towards wano
Big Mom--has inside source to wano...!????
Oden-Goal would be defeating Orochi and Kaido (with help) So Big mom being ally makes sense to this..

Odens goal was opening the boarders and if he is gonna loos he put his bets on new JoyBoy taking down Kaidou 20 years later.
(And thats definetly not BM who already a famous pirate back then)

The problem is.. he nearly died, plus the body damage burns/nerve damage plus boiling water probably got into his body from inside further damaging his organs etc.

Imo, Surviving hints.. near fateful death experience.. Can either go two ways.

1. He has no memories after horrible near death experience...similar to sabo.. (but oden case his more severe) Basically he recovers with no memories of his past (plus he was shot in the head/brain damage--has more chance of memory loss)...till he remembers later. As most case people who have near death experience sometime loose their memories of their past life.



2. He remembers, as for white beard i agree. But at the same time... Which year was he flung back at?? Toki mentions Oden will look foreword to 20 years from now in the flashback..hinting she about to do something to save him..She even comments early oden won't die.


As for Oden, His goal can still happen even by being alive when joyboy comes.. Does not take away the story. Plus oda drilled us, Oden loves adventures.. better then carrot imo. So him surviving and coming with luffy on adventure still works, and Sh get strong Ally like Oden. In the upcoming fights.

Because even with open boarders to wano, Wg is still a threat to oden people..As why his clan closed of the boarders trying to protect their people from wg corruption..

Well, from hints. if oda making him survive means their more plot. I am fine if he survives because Oda good writer. So i would wait to see what he plans. It's only hints from foreshadowing i see left by Oda that hints to him possible making oden survive plus Toki comment about Oden will not die....

Imo, it does not destroy flashback.. Because if he did die as shown..but brought back near death because of someone interfering.. In a way this brings more mystery to the story.

Also Oden signature attack for example.

And this same attack was on one of the general zombies in thriller bark..possible hinting to moriah possible taken oden?? or shadow of him..??
Plus the weird similarity to Sora, signature cross attack..

I honestly don't see how it takes away from story, from hints.. to someone stealing his body,tampering with him..

Also Oden shown to be big softie/heroic man. As shown how he helps others/save them.

I'm more interested in who took the body imo..Him surviving and being modified..makes story more interesting..Plus Orocochi shock look when he realize Oden alive...makes it more better.. Since he has nightmares of oden.

The Burn scars/facial nerve.. plus why df mask makes more sense when consider oden is most likely scared for life/facial paralyze.... Usually mask are worn to hide identity...But he also wearing df mask not plain mask... Which acts like second face function..making him able to eat,talk. beside hiding his scared/burn face.... (something big mom would not want to look at, as she made pudding hide her third eye commenting it was creepy...) Plus Bobbin remarked his face looks like demon??? Hell demon=Burn/skeleton scared face????


But yeah..I was expecting bobbin character to be new character...but if turns out it been hinting to oden from clues..i'm fine with that.

Plus Oden nose fits with the mask nose design which is over layered atop it..

hmmmm, imo i thought Bobbin mask hinted more to Noland..goofy portrayal in the story.....But it's probably Oden hint..since he acted like fool/goofy to save his people.

Plus, Big mom family fricking dwarf everyone else, as they all freakishly tall..making normal person size appear smaller..plus customs does not help. as it's oversized.

Of course these are pre examine clues from previous bobbin.. he is in fact taller.. It just big mom family is taller then him, and any other person/... As why he appears small and fat.. lmao.

Plus other clue.

Sanji has to jump, and look up in Bobbin direction.. Showing Bobbin is taller then him As sanji jumps and kicks up towards his face.. showing the height difference. (detail which is over looked because people assume bobbin short.. I blame Oda for this because he always make Bobbin further standing by normal people..or has him next to one of big mom taller children making him appear small...)

I think the true meaning of Oden for Oda is all about storytelling.

Oden was our guide to serious past events in Whitebeard and Roger's adventures. He was telling us very important matters concerning the One Piece all along.

He was the connection too between the past, present and future in Wanokuni with his story, but right now, he has completed his purpose as a character. When a man die for a great cause, usually in war context, he become a martyr, in other words, he is a legend not only for who he was, but also for his sacriffice and will never be forgotten for that.

My respects for Kozuki Oden and Amatsuki Toki from the heart.

Hi everyone.

I don't even know from where to start debunking your theory. First of all, Bobbin is far shorter than Oden and no, Sanji is not jumping to kick Bobbin (in this image there is no clue of Sanji jumping in the air like you said). Also his face is wider, his lips are different, his teeth are different, his eyes are different with angles while Oden's eyes have curves, even his nose is shorter than Oden's which is longer.

I don't see a bird silhouette in this image, i see a dot. Lol, it can be a small drawing mistake. All I see is you making things with no clue because you desperately want Oden to be alive. If Oden is still alive he is definetely not Bobbin.
