Background:
Ray or better PERUMAN.3, is an experiment made by a scientist/pirate Senior. In Ray's 12th year he got saved by a man called "Hero". Hero gave Ray his name because Ray "Was able to bring positivity in the darkest of situations. Like a sun ray shining through the crack of rubble." Ray and Hero spent 2 years together until one day, Ray felt light-headed. He couldn't fight normally and was taken to rest, he couldn't sleep that night so he rested his eyes. He felt a quick surge of pain on his arm that went away as quickly as it came. He opened his eyes and saw Hero with a huge butterfly needle taking his blood. Ray went for a strike at Hero's neck but Hero evaded, after this Ray removed the needle and ran away from Hero as fast as possible. Ray felt betrayed by Hero and dissociated evrything about Hero except for the name Hero gave him.
"Ray...., should I get rid of that name....no, it's the only good part about Hero. The only good part about me. Ray."

Inhumane Speed- Inhumane Speed is when the user ramps up their speed Ex: In 10 mins the user would be from 0 mph-60 mph) slowly to the point where the user's body moves faster than the user can think, so the user stops moving. (This is the state Ray is currently at). The way to combat this problem is to set a list of commands before your body is even doing those commands yet or using observation haki to know what to do next.
Inhumane Reaction- Inhumane reaction is when the user matches the speed of the object the user has on.
Inhumane Reflex- Inhumane Reflex is a when the user feels someone/something touch their body their body will react instantly without the mind even knowing.

GENERAL ATTRIBUTES
PERSONALITY

A fierce and stern man who lives by upholding his own honour code. He is said to be very militaristic even amongst the highest of echelons within the navy. Following orders and the chain of command without fault, even putting aside his own interests if it benefits the navy. Kallavan emits a strong bound with his crew and while he won't necessarily show it. He holds every single on of them in high esteem which is affirmed by the crew themselves. Both men and women would gladly pay their own lives if it meant rescuing the Vice-Admiral. This weird bound and tight-nit camaraderie often gives the impression that he is running his own pirate crew or a mercenary band. If not for the marine attire most of the men and women wear.

Custom Rokushiki
Tesshi(Iron fingers): A selective mode of tekkai that is mostly used as a combination with Shigan to increase piercing damage. But can be used as shockfactor to block attacks with only one finger. - A Rank (71 Mastery, 61 Strength, 61 durability )

Tekkai Kenpo Genkai (Tekkai Kenpo - Limit) -> A more advanced version of tekkai gou but instead of flexing the entire body the user flexes one or both their arms. Upon activating their biceps expand exponentially, increasing their strength far beyond their normal limits. The resulting blows in this form leave hand imprints into the area they punch. A side effect of buffing one's muscles to their limit is that the user needs to rest for several turns before being able to use tekkai again. - A Rank - tekkai buf goes to strength instead of durability, 2 turn CD(71 Mastery, 61 Strength, 61 durability )

Soru ("Rankyaku Firebird") :
Another combination move where the user dashes forward with soru while extending their kicking leg. By using the momentum one can afterwards deploy a technique that combusts high air pressure by grinding the ground during the dash. The user can guide the fire created by kicking it towards the enemy. A Rank(71 Mastery, 61 Strength, 61 movement speed )

Claw Rankyaku :
Self explanatory, by using the claws in hybrid form Kallavan launches a hand based rankyaku without the need to kick his leg - B Rank(41 DF, 41 mastery, 41 strength, 41 movement speed )

Jugon "Madara" :
A high-speed version of Jugon mimicking the shigan Madara variant but instead of regular shigans, Jugon is being used.

Rokuougan shoot :
A kicking version of a regular Rokuougan that is capable of sending the opponent flying while also damaging the opponent internally.

Rokuougan Kyoryu Ha! (Six kings Dino Wave Gun :
Just like rokuougan shoot this is a more concentrated version of that technique. Overflowing with power the user dashes madly at their opponent with all the speed they can muster before dropping down on them with a double dropkick, amplifying the 'blast' while also knocking them backwards several yards away if connected.

Rankyaku: Samidare (Tempest kick: Summer rain)
The user kicks the air at high speed, unleashing a regular rankyaku at first glance. However, as it travels, the air blades explode into an array of numerous smaller air blades. Showering an opponent with a rapid fire like attack.
A-Rank 81 Mastery, 71 Strength, 71 Movement Speed.

Ashigan(Leg Pistol)
The user kicks with their legs at the speed of a shigan, able to pierce and or attack at jabbing like speeds.
B-Rank 41 Mastery, 41 Strength.

Gagan( "Fang Gun" )
Used by Who's-Who in his Human-Beast form. Who's-Who quickly thrusts his maw forward, releasing a blast of compressed air that is shaped like his fangs. The blast makes a biting motion once it connects to a surface, gouging a clean, round hole out of the struck target. It was first used against Jinbe, who successfully dodged the first attack. Kallavan mostly uses it in his Beast Form.
B-Rank 41 DF, 41 Mastery, 41 Strength.

Rokushiki Ogi: Kikoho (Six Styles Secret Skill: (気き功こう砲ほう Kikōhō, lit. "Spirit Cultivation Gun")
The ultimate version of the Rokuougan and by design Kallavan's ultimate technique within his Rokushiki mastery. A new 8th skill for those select individuals that have mastered both 6 versions, Rokuougan and unmatched mastery in armaments.

This technique is performed by gathering energy, forming a vaguely diamond-shaped "tunnel" with the hands by keeping the fingers on each hand together, overlapping the index finger on the one hand with the pinky of the other hand, and overlapping the thumbs. The object being focused on gets 'zoomed' in on and visualized inside that diamond through mantra, then the user shouts while releasing the large shock wave like beam from their hands. The application of the Rokuougan shockwave combined with the users extreme haki(120) allows for the energy to be burst forward into an attack of overwhelming proportions. Due to the intense application of haki this technique also inflicts damage on the user as it drains their spirit to life - threatening levels.

Hakai (破壊 Hakai, lit. "Destruction" ):
Kallavan's most powerful attack. In his hybrid form, Kallavan gathers every bit of power he can muster into his right fist, coating it black as well. The fist and arm physically trembling at the incredible might that is stored within the punch. After the required power has been gathered Kallavan delivers an incredibly powerful punch and smashes his target into the ground. The attack appears to compile the strength from all of Kallavan's rokuougan variants into one over encompassing punch.

The impact of this smash is so strong that, upon striking, the wind pressure created from its delivery left a massive crater in the ground and spawned a twister strong enough to carry nearby buildings. Causing mass destruction on a scale unseen to everything around him, including Kallavan himself. The punch is on such a scale that the shockwave rebounds back into him, draining him of almost every resource in his body but also wounding him to a life-threatening degree. Because of that Kallavan has simply labelled this punch, Hakai. For it destroys everything around him, including himself.

Z - Rank (100 mastery, 100 armament haki, 100 strength)

Neo Tri-Beam (新気功砲 Shin Kikōhō, lit. "New Spirit Cultivation Gun")
A beefed up version of the regular Kikoho. By applying all of Kallavan's physical might: Rokushiki, Hasshoken and haki into one utterly devastating attack. This version of the kikoho allegedly has the force to wipe out an entire town from the map. The end result for the user however is nearly complete exhaustion. Falling to the ground as they have spend nearly their entire being on this attack.

After the defeat of the Happo navy, Kallavan studied their martial art and mastered it at astonishing speeds. Becoming a master in less than a year time. Retiring his blade for the time being as he could only maintain so many martial arts at the same time.

- Shotgun punch: Using vibrations through punches, causing the shockwaves to go through their body and mess up their insides. [ A Rank]

- Machine Gun jab: A very fast punch that lacks in strength, often used by the not dominant arm. Has an alternate version where Kallavan unleashes a flurry of fists. [ A Rank]

- Canon punch: User punches the air and releases the shockwave like a projectile towards the opponent. [ A Rank]

- Thunderclap: By clapping his hands together one can release an outwards expanding shockwave that pushes the enemy away. Mostly used to reset combat encounters. [ A Rank]

- Tsubame gaeshi: By twisting into an attack made by the opponent, the user is able to redirect that energy against them, resulting in a kicking or punching counterattack that is stronger than would normally be launched. While the attack appears to be counter the damage from said attack is definitely felt by the one receiving it as he flows it through his body while also adding his own attack into the mix. [ B Rank but can be elevated through the opponents' attack. Granted that the opponent can tank the attack. ]

- Tremor: The user stamps their foot, releasing powerful vibrations into the ground causing the area to shake violently. [ C Rank]

-Kia: A reverse thunderclap that instead of being one direction is omnidirectional. However, due to the nature of the attack, its power potential is greatly diminished compared to the regular thunderclap. Can be used through one’s hands or simply through the vocal cords. [ B Rank]

-Howitzer strike: An attack that places rotation into the mix of a regular punch. The user twists his arm allowing for an even greater force to be executed upon impact. [ S Rank]

Hasshoken Ogi: Kiryu Kirikugi (八衝拳奥義 錐龍錐釘 Hasshō-ken Ōgi: Kiryū Kirikugi?, literally meaning "Eight Impacts Fist Secret Technique: Drill Dragon Drill Nail"): A secret Hasshoken technique that Kallavan was able to emulate thanks to the durability of his dinosaur skull. Kallavan hardens his head with haki and headbutts the target. [ S Rank]

One of Kallavan's most powerful techniques. Kallavan lunges forward, punching with so much force, it creates his most powerful shockwave that is capable of going through almost anything. Although the latter is self proclaimed.

A powerful downward punch that delivers a large shockwave into the ground that expands outward. B-Rank 51 mastery, 51 str

Hasshoken Ogi: Blue Silver Chaotic Afterglow
Kallavan creates an omni-directional barrage of thin and sharp shockwaves that seemingly strike out of nowhere from a flurry of punches.

Hadou Rokuougan (Flying Six King Gun):
A combination move with rokushiki and Hasshoken allows the user to propel a rokuougan attack from mid-range with the same velocity and destructive potential. Capable of inflicting extreme damage to an opponents innards. [ S Rank]

Metsu Hadou Rokuougan (Perish Flying Six King Gun):
A more advanced version of the Hadou Rokuougan involves imbuing the move with haki while forming the attack. This in turn causes the energy to twist and shift into a dark purple like colour. The added power results in a much more powerful move and perhaps the strongest attack in Kallavan's arsenal which leaves him drained for quite some time afterwards. Many have commented that in many cases this is Kallavan's last resort attack. [ S+ Rank]

Ultra Ego

Ultra Ego (我儘わがままの極意ごくい Wagamama no Goku'i, lit. "The Secret of the Self-indulgent")

Through unbelievable mastery and skill in martial arts, a user is able to enter a state that is completely self-centered. This perk grants a temporary state that lasts(5 turns). Where instead of selflessness one's presence explodes onto the battlefield, augmenting all of their drive and emotions: fighting spirit/will to fight, bloodlust, anger, hatred, malevolence, drive and animosity. A polar opposite of the selfless state but has the same desired effect. Due to the overwhelming nature of the Self-Indulgent state an opponent's sensory goes off the chart unable to perceive what is an actual threat and what is not. While the selfless state is visualized by a standing tree the self indulgent state is visualized by a wildfire, potential threat is everywhere.

While in this state, it severely limits the results of observation haki users in detecting Kallavan's attacks. Rendering FS and precognition void for the duration.



This state runs for 5 turns and has a CD of 2. Requires absolute mastery in MA.
Life Return

Seimei Kikan allows the user to completely control all of their body parts, even parts that cannot normally be controlled, such as hair. In such a case, the user can manipulate their hair to such a refined degree that they can actually wrap their hair around their opponent in order to bind them. The user's hair can even be shaped into the form of multiple hands which are just as versatile and prehensile as real hands.

Techniques
Perfect stamina control: Kallavan through having advanced mastery over life return is now able to fight much longer than what's normally possible. Through his stamina control he is able to fight without wasted movements, which allows him to execute draining techniques more often. 71 mastery, no effect on s-rank moves and above.

Enhanced recovery: As the name implies Kallavan is able to boost the recovery speed of his body. Allowing him to return to a previous fight much quicker granted if his issues are only stamina related. Losing a limb for example is still a huge drain on stamina even with his enhanced recovery. This is purely if Kallavan runs out of gas when he has been fighting for days. 51 mastery, limit of once per island

Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin (生命帰還 紙絵武身 Seimei Kikan: Kami-e Bushin, literally meaning "Life/Existence Return: Paper Drawing Martial Body"): Using Seimei Kikan, Kallavan makes his hybrid dino form smaller, lighter, and possibly increasing his speed. At any rate, he is much more agile in this form, and harder to hit - as opposed to his hulking normal half-leopard form.
41 DF mastery, 41 hybrid, gains 10 mastery in movement and reaction speed, counts as 15 transformation points per turn rather than the normal 10 of hybrid

Hair Control: Kallavan can control his hair to use for offensive and defensive means, as well as binding and capturing. With a combination of Life Control and Busou-shoku no Haki, the effectiveness of Kallavan's hair climbs dangerously high. 41 mastery for basic hair control. 61 in it and CoA for more advanced

Bone Control: increases the toughness of his bones. Defensive prowess. Tekkai Guidelines

Sensory Control: increases the performance of one sense at the cost of others. For example, he can increase her sight at the cost of his hearing, or his sense of smell at the cost of his sense of taste. 41 mastery

Temperature Control: Kallavan can control his natural temperature to help deal with extreme heat or cold.
41 mastery for basic usage. If you have a tier above their mastery: 1 DPR lower on attacks that use heat/cold, if you have 2 tiers above its 2 DPR lower

Excretion: Kallavan can deal with, decompose and excrete harmful substances that enter his body, such as if he gets poisoned. He will normally exhale or spit the harmful substances out to a certain extend of course. 51 mastery, has limits and requires 1 turn to reduce the effect and another to get rid of it

Lung Control: Kallavan can hold his breath for extremely long periods of time and go without breathing. He can inhale and exhale extreme amounts at the same time. He can also scream very loud, to the point where his screams together with hasshoken can cause shockwaves.
21 mastery for basic usage. 41 for B rank scream

Adrenaline Pump: Kallavan can increase his adrenaline to fight longer and feel less fatigue. Overuse will result in the suppressed fatigue coming crashing down. Defensive prowess.
61 Mastery and follows the same rules as the adrenaline shot

The medic can administer this to their target/self, bringing exhausted allies back into the fight for 4 turns, after which they'll faint again or feel fatigued if they weren't fainted. Can only be applied to the same person once.
Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus


The Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Allosaurus is an Ancient Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into an allosaurus hybrid and a full allosaurus at will.

The major strength of this fruit is that it allows the user to transform into an allosaurus, a large and powerful predator from the prehistoric era, making them much better suited for combat than basic Zoans. As is the case with every other Zoan ability, the user can also become a human-animal hybrid at will.

Techniques

Jurrasic Assault:
While in full zoan form Dalinar rushes towards an opponent aiming to trample and or push them back due to the incredible weight this form grants.
DPR: C (21 mastery, 21 strength)

Crunch:
Equally used in full zoan form Dalinar aims to bite an opponent using its incredible jaw and teeth to deliver incredible damage.
DPR: B (41 mastery, 41 strength)

Apex cannon:
Able to be used in both full and hybrid mode, Dalinar delivers a headbutt towards his opponent with incredible might and durability. Easily capable of knocking out foes.
DPR: A (61 mastery, 61 strength)

Jurassic Drop.

Salvatore is a tall, muscular man who was born into an aristocratic family of the Ballywood Kingdom, with a rich military heritage within the World Government. The family boasts to have a militaristic lineage within the Marines dating all the way back to the organizations founding. Furthermore, due to the country's strong maritane trade, Ballywood is particularly aggresive toward pirates, who often harass their trade routes. This aggression has carried over to Salvatore as well, as he views piracy as one of the greatest sins. He is also quite arrogant, boastful, and domineering, and often takes it upon himself to deliver judgmenet to those he feels have sinned. Salvatore's pride and attitude is such that he never holds hatred in his heart to anyone, even Pirates, as he does not hold hatred to those beneath him, he only pities them for taking a wrong path in life, and strives to course correct them by eliminating them, thus erasing their sins. Dawn of the Dead
Hell brought on earth. Once awakened, the Yomi’s power of revival stretches to the world around La Spada. The area around her begins to wither, turning into a dark wasteland. A thick cold fog rolls and the ground turns black. From the ground, the dead rise.

La Spada summons the souls of the dead, able to rise in the form of an army of evil skeletons to fight. It is said that they will drag those who La Spada commands down to Hell. The skeletons can slowly freeze those they touch, as the are themselves souls with the Chill of the Underworld. If any NPCs have been killed in the same storyline, Spada can resurrect them, though they are devoided of any special abilities like DFs.

It seems to employ elements of iai. The actual attack itself, however, is never seen clearly due to the speed implemented.

What is unique about this attack is that the user uses gravity to aid in the speed and force of his attack, making for a more powerful downwards iai slash.

Kendo Ogi: Yahazu Giri - The ultimate attack of the fencing style. The user‘s breathing becomes one with his heart, making his pulse and blade an extension of him, rather than an weapon. By coalescing the weight of his blade with one’s breathing, the user unsheathes it with no resistance, not touching the inside of the sheathe. This allows for the fastest unsheathing attack, bringing the blade against an opponent with extreme speed and power. The speed is such that it ignites the user’s hand, burning it. Use of the Yomi will increase the attack’s AoE.

From what few people know of his past, Halloween has been an "entrepreneur" for many years, having been associated with famous groups of the past. Whenever referring to his childhood, he suggests that his "parents" were not the best caretakers, having mostly provided for himself and Laz. Many believe that he was raised in an infamous family of criminals who have caused havoc around the world, but Halloween claims that he hasn't spoken to his family in many years, implying they are no longer on good terms. Genji has a very smart and cunning personality and is sometimes even intimidating. Genji as a Vice-Admiral of the Marines is managing the tactics and commanding of his branch. Genji believes in absolute justice, which means that he will hunt down criminals with any means to his disposal. He is straight forwards and uses bold strategies to achieve his goals. Despite being aggresive when hunting criminals, around his friends he likes to fool around and bug them alot. He constantly tries to make them laugh with bad word plays and gets bummed and frustrated if it does not work.

Diable Jambe is a technique where Genji heats up his leg, adding extreme heat to the impact of his kicks. In this form, Genji, due to the high temperature, has the ability to burn his opponents. While like this, he can light his opponent on fire.

Ifrit Jambe is a stronger variant of Diable Jambe, which Genji can use when he is combining Diable Jambe with Busoshoku Haki and his fishman Electro. The flames of Ifrit Jambe are so intense that they turn blue producing blazes resembling lightning itself, and increase the weight and speed of his pre-existing kicking techniques to another level, producing attacks that are both hot and fast enough to not only burn his opponent, but effectively shock them as well due to the sheer speed of the strikes themselves. When using Ifrit Jambe, each Diable Jambe technique is increased by one Potency Rank.

Description
The Fishman Karate is an unique fighting style of fishmen and mermen. They employ the use of water and water vapor in conjunction with devastating karate moves. Used underwater, the techniques gain a boost of power, able to control the water as a solid object in conjunction with karate.

Techniques
Karakusagawara Seiken (literally meaning "Arabesque Tile True Punch"): The user punches at a fair distance from the intended target(s), so instead of the fist connecting, it uses the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends them flying. This move is similar to Bartholomew Kuma's Pad Ho with the only difference being that the shock waves are not concentrated upon being released; but in exchange, it has a much wider area of effect. This move has a delayed effect, as the shock wave takes a while to affect the opponent(s).

Personal Background:
Mukollo was born and bread in an island located in the New World. A place where hybrids races are created. Created out of those projects, Muk was considered to be a genius. Due to some interference with Silver Hair Pirates, Muk was recruited in their ranks.

He's a mysterious, intelligent, and prideful individual, who speaks with a rather refined eloquence, although he does have a slightly cocky attitude. Hanauta Sancho: Yahazu Giri

The user slashes an opponent at such a fast pace that it appears that they did not attack at all (in fact, to the casual observer it would look like the user simply walked past the victim). Only when a certain amount of time has passed, which is approximate to the time the user walks ten feet away, or three meters (verses, as the name suggests), does their opponent realize the attack. It seems to employ elements of iai (instant sword-draw-and-resheath) since it is generally initiated (though not always) with the user moving towards the intended target(s) with an unsheathed blade and walking past them before sheathing it back. It is usually at this point that the victims start manifesting and feeling the effects of this high-speed attack. The actual attack itself, however, is never seen clearly due to the speed implemented. The technique is highly versatile, since with it, the user can slash multiple targets at once, and if they so wish, the damage they inflict can be as fatal or as incapacitating as they like.

It's a supplementary move. The user adds electro to his fencing attacks, instead of being wind based the slashes would have electricity. The slashes sends a current of electro to the target. (The move follows the Electro Range Guideline, 2m ranged electro)

Raiju Aura

The user releases and surround himself with Electro. This creates a defensive shield that zaps anything that comes close to the user. Usually used with his Observational Haki, the this move is a mix of both supplementary and defensive one. A bigger dosage of Electro can be released where the user senses his target(s). The damage is similar to someone being hit by a strong wave.

Raiju Eruption

The user overcharges his body with Electro and releases an outburst of Electro. Being used in connection with Observation Haki, the electricity wouldn't be released evenly. Instead, a stronger dose would be administered in the areas where he feels his enemies. The result would be similar being hit by a shockwave.

This is Muk's most powerful defensive move, as it usually used to push opponents away from him.

Raiju Spear

Raiju Slash

Raiju Wave

Imbuing his sword with Electro, the user dashes towards his target and launches several thrust towards them. The electro in this attack is much larger, thus having a shockwave like effect. It's principally used to break the opponent's defence.

Imbued with electro, the user concentrates the electro onto his sword. Running towards it's target, like for Raiju Wave. Although, instead of launching several thrusts forward, he sends one thrust forward. This attack is one of Muk's strongest attack. Upon contact the prey would be slash and dealt a large amount of electro. Sending them flying as the contact is made.

Life Return

Raiju Whip

Using his hair as a conduit for his electro, the user manipulates the size and the length of his dreadlocks to launch a series of whip like attacks. The quickness of the moves are able to unleash electro infused cuts, shocking them in the process.

Raiju Lock

The user uses his dreadlocks to capture the target. Using up to 6 dreads, one for each limbs and two remaining are used at unknown areas of their body, its a case by case situation. Once the prey is captured, a huge surge of electro is unleashing. The effect is highly discomforting.

Raiju Sense

The user uses electro internally, increasing the user's reaction speed. The nerves are stimulated by the electro, and move at a faster process. His movement speed is affected. It's a gear like technique, that is use in conjunction with an other technique.

Being part Mink, Muk also has access of Sulong. A mink's transformation begins with their pupils shrinking to an extremely small size as their eyes turn blood-red. Their fur and hair turn pure-white as their bodies grow in size. Particularly hairy and furry areas, like manes and tails, have been shown to grow tremendously and take on a wilder appearance. Overall, their bodies look even more animalistic than they do normally. Once transformed, their body is constantly surrounded by sparks of Electro.

Demon Star White Blossom Toxic Explosion: He releases a stream of toxic smoke using a pop grenade that penetrates through opponents and leaves them poisoned. Dennis uses a special mask when this is cast so he won't be affected.

Demon Star Iron Grass Silver Fox: The user throws a Pop Green into the air which then sprouts into a grass that takes the shape of a fox. The bulb where it came from that is shaped like a wolf's nose can release a stunningly powerful shockwave that is three meters in diameter, which can shock an opponent.

Demon Star Memory Recall Tree: Dennis can control the roots of the Okunenju and use them to attack his opponent and even hurdle their path and vision. The plant, however, takes 2 turns to grow and requires a large amount of energy to manipulate. It can last up to 4 turns.

Shin is a fun guy, that loves to have fun. He believes that having fun is the best way to live. Fighting Style: D.B Art (Dial-Brawl Art) - Locked
D.B Art is a fighting style that incorporates a Dial brawling martial art. It consists of hitting pressure points with his attack, by
using his speed to increase the power of his strength.

By adding a pair of jet dial powered *gloves (this could change), Shin can create wind based attacks from his hands (such as air blast, air slash, air bombs etc...)
He also added his "Stealth Walk" move that he got from Kuro to increase the speed of certain attacks. Due to the nature of this move, Shin's reaction and movement stat will need to be equal to perfectly perform an attack.

Rosa:

Ame Ame no Mi:

This Devil Fruit allows the user to transform into a kind of green-colored candy syrup. The user can use it to either make himself syrup-like (with sticky properties to trap the opponent) or intensely solid.

Physical Description:

A taller than average Reptilla, a lizard like race; Varan has dark green scales and a pale underbelly.

Personality:
Like the rest of his tribe, Varan is very patient. Unlike the rest of them he uses it to fish and to help people with problems they are having, stop arguments etc. He can still be quite dangerous and savage however, usually when someone does something he doesn't like. While he won't follow everyone or be friends with someone he has just met, once he has made up his mind to follow or be friends with you there is nothing he won't do. Varan quite likes beasts and spends quite a bit of time 'sparring with them'. Despite most his race not being seen as geniuses, he is very intelligent and given his patience it's inevitable he will figure things he doesn't know about out if he needs to. A thick X scar is on Sun’s left cheek, given by an old foe.

Kuraigana Island - A Human Friend

Born in the Humandrill clan of Kuragaina Island, Sun was the youngest of the dozen children, often ignored for his older brethren, but bred by happy parents. At age 5, humans grew closer to the forest as they expanded their kingdom. Wandering out of curiosity, Sun found a small boy his age. Every day for five years the two played. Sun finally found a friend, and home. In them, the commingling of the races was foretold.

Kuraigana Island - Violent Regret

Turmoil plagued the kingdom in the heart of Kuragaina Island, and civil war erupted. Sun’s only friend, the boy, came to the Humandrill’s for help. Yet they turned him away; they knew who they would become if they saw bloodshed. Sun, wanted to help, but his very nature mimicked his elders. His body resisted, and ultimately Sun also shunned the boy. A few days later news spread: the kingdom had fallen, and the boy was murdered. Sun fell into a spiral of despair full of regret.

Kuraigana Island - Exacting Revenge

Two years passed as Sun trained to avenge his friend, watching humans in shadows fight and battle. His body copied their abilities, their anger, their darkness. In a fit of rage, blinded by his copied anger, Sun single-handed ly slaughtered the soldiers of the new regime, the entire army. Sun was only 12 years old. The remaining humans fled the island, now taken over by the Humandrill’s.

The slaughter did not bring his friend back; it only added to the guilt. Cipher Pol offered him a chance to make up for his crimes, by stopping people who would be like him.

Ten years used to create the perfect warrior. However, try as they might, they could not break the Humandrill’s Spirit. Sun was chosen to infiltrate kingdoms, often for years at a time, and learn the way of the inhabitants. When triggered, he would make whole kingdoms crumble from inside and out, using politics and instigating Revolution. He was so good at it, they dubbed him the nightmare of kings, eventually earning the epiteth: “The Monkey King”.

Start - End
Stationed in East Blue to pluck the weeds before they bloom. Sun begun his life as an agent exterminating those who would bear the next generation. Sun came face-to-face with Captain Kuro, an infamous pirate in East Blue. To protect the village and it’s benefactor, Kaya, Sun and Shin fought Kuro to a death match. The teamwork felled Kuro and ensured the continued safety of the village. Sun took the defeated Captain Kuro to Impel Down.

West Blue - Toroa Island
Start - End
A town fiddling with Pirates. A symbiotic relationship in the face of Justice. Sun was sent to Toroa Island to take down the 200b Beri musical Captain; Yorki of the Rumbar Pirates, and liberate the town. Sun Wukong gained valuable intel and reported back to the WG. An impending full-scale attack was incoming.

New World - Naval Battle / Caribou Pirates
Start - End
To deny entry to the New World. Sun Wukong sneaked into the ship and, through the use of stealth, attacked the Caribou Pirates. A sneak attacked wounded Coribo, later felled. Sun used a lie to kill Caribou, taking his fruit. Coribo was imprisoned in Impel Down. The kill made Sun more sadistic.

Description: A combination of Jusshigan and Geppo. After using Geppo to get himself into the air, the user finally uses it to launch himself towards his target in a vertical drop. The added momentum and the vulnerable target makes the following Jusshigan more effective, and harder to avoid.

Description: This is the ultimate Rokushiki technique that can damage an opponent internally, similar to the Reject Dial, but much more powerful. It appears to be two fists held at close range that can damage the opponent with a powerful blast.

Description: A variation ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style, that though releases less power, it can be done more often. This released the pent-up impact force and creates a small, but devastating, shockwave that damages internally, rather than externally.

Personality and History
Very little is known about Akira in his childhood, he is known to be a rather quiet individual, and an orphan living in an orphanage dojo up till the age of 13. A combat prodigy since young, outside of the basics taught by the orphanage, Akira started to develop his own fighting style during his time in the dojo. At the age of 14 however, his island was attacked by the Spada Pirates.

During the invasion, in his own self-defense, Akira was able to kill a couple of the Spada Pirates by stabbing them from the back with weapons dropped on the ground during the attack. However before long, the local militia and villagers surrendered to the pirates. The Grim Reaper, perhaps mildly interested in Akira’s potential decided that he was to be given an ultimatum, die along with the villagers or to join them. And as a test of loyalty, she gave Akira a katana and told him to kill the villagers if he wants to live. Due to his young age, the combination of wanting to survive, cries of the villagers and the mocking laughs of the pirates – pressure broke Akira and before long, the young child saw blood, splattered on his face and on the sword that was given.

In a blank state of mind, the only thing he could remember at that time was the laughs of the pirates. Afterwards, not much is known about the village – though it is presumably completely razed to the ground and those that did not escape the attack are likely slaughtered. Years later, the Spada Pirates came up with an idea, to start a legend about Isis, the Grim Reaper. And the core part of this plan is Akira, whom now known only as ‘Kage’, a loyal pawn of the Spada Pirates, now stoic and cold-hearted. A legend to tell the tales of those who goes against the Grim Reaper will be killed by her shadow. A myth to scare the enemies of Spada Pirates and create fear within the world.

Shuurin Shūen Ryū (秋霖終焉流 Autumn Rain Demise Style)
Originating from an unknown Ittōryū style, this kenjutsu is a mix of speed and strength combined with precision. What it lacks in destructivity, the style instead focus almost purely on lethality, this is of course due to the nature of the user. While it is kenjutsu, the general concept of the martial art also involves using hand-to-hand combat alongside kenjutsu such as kicks and punches. As such, it seems less of a proper kenjutsu martial art and instead borders more onto a martial art created for assassination using kenjutsu that evolves as the user finds the need to. Users of this style typically use katana, chokuto and even nodachi, sometimes wielding the swords with a single hand or both.

Description: The strongest form of air blade in the Shuurin style, unlike the typical air blades – this air blade is longer and massive, and is shape much more like a bird’s head. - Stealth: Despite being an assassin, "Kage" has no real stealth capabilities outside of using very basic skills such as being moving around with light steps, which is partially due to almost carrying nothing outside of his weapon. Being able to perform parkour to navigate around the environment is also another basic skill picked up. His stealth and assassination is essentially to make sure there's no witnesses of him doing so.

- Haki: Akira has been shown to utilize the Color of Observation at a very high level, and has perfectly mastered the Color of Armaments. Akira also possessed the Conqueror's Haki.

Zoan Transformations
True Hybrid Form (Alternate): Similar to his other Hybrid Form, this form in particular is made for Akira to utilize his sword fighting style. Instead of a pair of long bladed wings, this form has shorter and smaller wings and limb appendages akin to a normal human arm length which allows Akira to wield katana properly. His feet became sharp talons. In this form long distance flying is slightly slower than the other hybrid form due to smaller wings but can be used for gliding around and making sharp turns in mid-air. Some Zoan-specific techniques are either unusable or weaker.

Beak Point: Akira's mouth became a large Pteranodon beak rather than a Pterosaur-like beak, increase the power of beak attacks and dive bombs that utilizes the beak as the focal point. [+1 DPR to beak/dive attacks]

Talon Point: Akira's feet transforms into a larger pair of sharp talons, allowing him to grab hold of things and crush easily. In this form, attacks using his talons are amplified [+1 DPR to attacks using talons]

- Armor Retraction: The greaves and boots of the suit possess a hidden mechanism when activated by Akira would retract the greaves all the way up to the shoulder, and the boots would retract mid-way towards the knee. However when a user with the King's disposition imbues it with Haki (Imbuing Conqueror's Haki is not required) it not only turns the blade blue but black and blue smoke like effect emanates from the blade, indicating the user's disposition visually. History
A Saijō Ō Wazamono grade sword known by as Twilight’s Edge, a sword of myths and legends said to be blessed by Seiryū. Many believe that the weapon is used by Kings and Conquerors centuries ago and is hailed as a sword that creates legends, a sword fit for someone with kingly ambitions. The sword is believed to be first seen in the Valley of the Peace and since then many whom taken Twilight’s Edge have brought forward change to the world, whether through destruction and chaos, or peace and hope. Hydra is a powerful tool of the Spada Pirates, whose size and power can easily wreck havoc to cities. Despite not having met Heracles, Hydra's blood boils in the very utter of the Greek Demi-god's name, a revenge whether for familial bonds or a second chance - the Reptilia desires to consume the flesh of Heracles and the Olympians.

Serving as the front-line of some of the Spada invasions, Hydra's wrath and bloodlust knows no bounds. For only the death of the Greeks and Olympians would least satiate him.

PERSONALITY

Gehrman is a lone soul and more often than not keeps to himself. Even within the circles of the hunter's dream Gehrman has never taken a mission with a partner. The cause of this desire to be alone is only known to the man himself. But many believe it to be a character trait rather than an actual dark and tragic past.

Because of this, only a handful of souls has actually conversed with the man, and from those only two or so can give a more detailed description of his actual personality. He’s a prideful man who upholds the code within the dream to the highest standard, a straight edge in his pursuit to cleanse the world of evil, be it man or beast. Pirate and or marine. And while he’s not a stranger to an act of kindness here and there, Gehrman is by no means a saint. Far from it, for his hands are soaked with blood.

Ever since the reveal that Gehrman had suppressed Hei's emotions and humanity the man has shown a softer side to himself. And perhaps more human than he was as Gehrman's drone. More of this man's personality has to be observed.

APPEARANCE

A skypiean is Gehrman’s actual point of origin but most of it is covered up by his hunter’s attire. Consisting of a thickly padded coat, vest and trousers. Even his hands are equipped with gloves as his feet are supported by thick boots.

The bread and butter of the hunters within the hunter's dream. The ability and skill to work with multiple weapons. A jack of all trades but never a true master of one. To make up for this lack of mastery in a single craft a true lord of the hunt is able to overwhelm a swordsman or sniper due to their vast inventory of weapons and ability to adapt to any situation.

Darkness Breathing Style ( Yami no kokyu)

Darkness Breathing is a Breathing Style that mimics nothing in particular but is focused on wild like and overwhelming attacks. Using these overwhelming attacks and their demeanor to strike fear into their opponents. Most, if not all, known techniques and forms are simple, straightforward yet powerful, overwhelming and brutal movements and attacks. It currently has 10 forms and is extremely flexible, being able to use with any kind of weapon within the Arms Master Arsenal. These are not separated arts but an actual overview of the list of attacks A Hunter can use.

First Form: Oblivion strike
The user dashes forward at blinding speeds and slashes continuously in a horizontal cyclone pattern. Unleashing a cyclone that rends and cleaves anything in its path. (first form wind breathing) - B rank 51 mastery 51 str 41 movement

Second Form: Call of the Void
The user charges towards their opponent at high speeds and aims to decapitate them in one slash. (first form fire breathing)/C-rank 21 mastery 21 str 21 movement

Third Form: Inner Storm
The user unleashes a whirlwind by swinging their weapon strongly to the side, unleashing an outward expanding air blast. Sweeping those standing next to them off their feet./ C-Rank 31 mastery 31 str

Fourth Form: Night Parade
The user charges towards their opponent at blinding speeds while swinging both their weapons rapidly unleashing a flurry of strikes. (hack and slash) B Rank 41 mastery 41 str 41 movement

Fifth Form: Night Terror
The Hunter swings his weapon down in a powerful frontal crescent-shaped slash that creates powerful multi-directional long-ranged slashes in the ground./ A- Rank ranged its 71 mastery 71 str, 61 normal

Sixth Form: Vacuum Crush
The user dashes at their target at blinding speeds and uses the momentum of their speed to then strengthen a single thrust into their opponent. / B-Rank 41 mastery 41 str 41 movement

Seventh Form: Phlegeton's Advent
The user lifts their weapon above their head and slams them down with great force whilst simultaneously creating a shockwave due to the sheer force behind the swing. Creating additional damage and catching evasion. / A-Rank 71 mastery 71 str

Eight Form: Charon's Bell
The user unleashes a flurry of nine consecutive attacks that flow and weave in on themselves. / A-Rank 71 mastery 71 str if ranged

Ninth Form: Stasis

Personality: A Mink Bounty Hunter, a cat of unrestricted freedom. A mercenary that takes life easy. Mitsuyoshi is a Mink that stood by neutrality, mostly enjoying his life and the world’s exploration. In Hunter’s Dream he only sometimes takes jobs as needed, preferring to contracts typically not of the shady kind – thus even then he did not seem to care about getting high up in the organization’s ranking. Something which some of the Hunter’s Dream did not seem to appreciate for his frivolous nature. Mitsuyoshi is generally kind especially towards those in unfortunate situations, having been born in similar situations, having a poor background. As such he is more willing to protect the poor should the situation calls for him to be involved. In combat however, Mitsuyoshi fights more instinctual than most, most notably referred to as a beast more than one of tactical combat.

As a Cat Mink, Mitsuyoshi is similarly more playful at the presence of cat toys – and is even susceptible to being petted and stroked, an instinct that is seen with proper cats. Even more often than not he enjoys the company of woman, whilst not interested in humanoids from a romantic standpoint, Mitsuyoshi’s favorite quote is “A woman’s bosoms is a paradise for all.” And true to that, Mitsuyoshi enjoyed being cuddled by ladies.
