On the cover, Caesar covers the battlefield with his gas and asks to join the Germas.

Back at Sunny, the crew receive news about their new bounty.
Luffy is named as the new emperor while the other members are named as yonko commanders:
Doctor, Chopper the Cotton Candy Lover (pet) - 1000
Navigator, Cat Burglar Nami - 366 mil
Musician, Soul King Brook - 383 mil
Shipwright, Cyborg Franky - 394 mil (his face doesn't appear, but it's Thousand Sunny instead)
Sniper, God Usopp - 500 mil
Archaeologist, Devil Child Nico Robin - 930 mil
Cook, Black Leg Sanji - 1 bil 32 mil
Helmsman, Jinbe, The Knight of the Sea - 1 bil 100 mil
Swordmaster, Pirate Hunter Zoro - 1 bil 100 mil 1100
Fleet Captain, Emperor Straw Hat Luffy - 3 bil

Meanwhile, at Buggy's base, Crocodile and Mihawk are mad at Buggy for having his face at the center of the Cross Guild flyer.
That makes the marines consider Buggy as the leader of the group, even though it was Crocodile who teamed up with Mihawk in the first place.
Crocodile only let Buggy join because Buggy owes him a lot of cash.
The rest of Buggy's crew are forced to join Crocodile

Cut to the Navy HQ, everyone talk about Buggy's legendary accomplishments:
-Mastermind of the mass escape of Impel Down
-Ex-Roger crew
-Close bond with emperor Shanks
-Crocodile came to his rescue and become a member of Cross Guild alongside Mihawk
-Cross Guild already received a lot of financial backing from shady organizations

They also issue new bounties for Buggy's yonko crew:
Former Warlord, Sir Crocodile - 1 bil 965 mil
Former Warlord, World's Greatest Swordsman, Hawkeye Mihawk - 3 bil 590 mil
The Bombastic Clown Buggy - 3 bil 189 mil

Cut to Kamabaka Kingdom, the revo commanders who invaded Mariejoa are gathering there including Kuma, but not Sabo.
Dragon tells Koala he would not forgive Sabo if he indeed murdered King Cobra.
The chapter ends with Sabo making a call.

On top of that Jinbe also confirmed Nami as the 3rd CoC user of the crew

But for me the MVP of this chapter is the Zoro fanbase!

• Zoro bounty above Sanji bounty again!
• Zoro making fun of Sanji being only the number 4!
• Mihawk having a bounty worthy of Yonko while being an executive!
• Mihawks swordmanship praised to be above Shanks swordmanship!
