ONE PIECE CHAPTER 1060 QUICK SUMMARY
The Straw Hats find out about what happened to Sabo, Vivi and Cobra.
Luffy doesn't believe Sabo killed Cobra. In the conversation, he tells the crew about his dream. Everyone are in disbelief because such a dream is impossible.
Luffy thinks he'll have a shot if he becomes the Pirate King, meaning they have to find the last road poneglyph.
But according to Robin, the last poneglyph hasn't been seen in a long time and there is no clue where to look.

Cut to Navy HQ, the marines are able to locate Sabo in Lulusia Kingdom, one of the kingdoms that rebelled a few days ago.
The marines, Five Elders and Imu are listening to Sabo's transmission. One of the elders thinks he's unlucky to be in Lulusia at that moment.
Sabo informs Dragon that he didn't kill Cobra and he saw someone sitting on the throne at Pangaea Castle.
As soon as Sabo mentions about what he saw, the marines receive an order from an unknown voice to cut off the signal.
Imu then proceeds put an X mark on Lulusia Kingdom from his map.
The voice then goes on to tell the marines that nothing wrong is going on and Lulusia Kingdom never exists.
The sky around Lulusia Kingdom turns dark as if there is something huge in the sky.
Suddenly, multiple giant beams rain down from the sky, completely annihilating the country and even causing seaquakes.

A few days later, the Straw Hats are sailing on a freezing ocean during snowstorm where they encounter a massive eddy current.
Luffy and Sanji sense someone trapped in the water. Zoro cuts down the current with "Bird Song" and a kid pops out from the water.
She's Jewelry Bonney with a bounty of 320 million berries.

For me MVP Borsalino or Vegapunk.
I am quite certain Lulusia Kingdom got destroyed by the power of the Pika Pika no Mi thus we saw either Borsalino being serious or a new weapon created by Vegapunk



Also was about time that crew split up again. They were together far too long!

The combination of Bonney and Snow let me think Strawhats are near Sorbet Island and we might learn new stuff about Kuma and Revos and Luffys Mom!

But that means Borsalino should know the existence of Imu, no?
I don't think there is anyone besides the Five Elders who know about Imu.
At least that's what has been implied until now.

Sometimes I wonder if Robin ever told Luffy that she met his dad & joined the Rev during the timeskip.

I dont think Luffy is interested to hear. When Garp told Luffy about Dragon back in Water 7 Luffy was just like 'oh', because he did not grow up with his dad

You are right about south blue. But Bonney is the link to Kuma.

About Luffys connection to Kuma. Kuma was the only one among Revos knowing Dragon has a son.
And he sacrificed himself to protect Luffy for 2 years.

Kuma cared a lot about Luffy also shown in TB Arc.



Thats why I came to the conclusion Kuma is related to Luffy. With this theory I predicted that Kuma was once a good King and not just a pirate called tyrant.

We know Roger had the same dream as Luffy.
My bet Luffys Dream is also known as "Will of D" and it is connected to One Piece and the lost History!

This alone would connect a lot of stuff we learned recently. Jolly Roger Pirates reached the final Island found the hidden treasure and the start laughing!

Strawhats will also laugh (I am expecting almost same reaction as in 1060) and then we find out One Piece is all about Luffys dream. Hoping for a flashback to 585 and 1060 (and also 966).

=> Roger calling that Island Laugh Tale cause the dream is ridicoulus. And last JoyBoy either the last who fulfilled that dream or the closest!

And WG really don't want anyone hearing the story of a man (almost) fulfilling such a ridicoloous dream! And anything regarding that story got erased!




What now? We need a ridicoloous dream that fulfills following:

• Dream of a boy who doesn't anything about the world nor really care about what happens around him (Luffy at the time he met Shanks)
• Dream of a man who have seen the world and fought the strongest (Roger after God Valley incident and reaching Loadstar Island)
• Whitebeard calling Roger a little boy after hearing about it. And everyone laughing about it, calling it Impossible even for the likes as Roger!
• World Goverment trying to hide the Idea about auch a dream is possible to fulfill

Especially the first point makes it hard to guess!




How about:
"Once I am the greatest I am going to destroy Redline"

• Childish and ridicoloous for a boy as well as a man who have seen the world
• Impossible even for someone like Roger
• Sth. WG really didn't want to happen! And one might argue this way it is easier for the WG to reign over the world. Once a Revolution Breaks out in one of the Blue the News won't directly spread to another Blue.

And I am able to add more to it!
What if you need the Ancient Weapons to destroy the Red Line?

• The destructive power of Pluton! Thus "Opening boarders of Wano" would be needed!
• You need Poseidon to control the Sea Kings and to evacuate Ryugu Kingdom. Thus we would also have an explanation why Roger couldn't achieved the dream, Poseidon wasn't born back then.

JoyBoy had everything thus he was close to fulfill the dream!

But whats the role of Uranus?
How about changing dream from "destroying the redline" to "connect all oceans". Then also the calm belt needs to be removed!
Therefore you need sth. to make remove the calm! Sth. That created currents and winds!

Thinking about it, this would also explain why the WG wanted to hide the existence of the Ancient Weapons instead of using them themselves

I definitely think 16 is a number that is sacred to the Celestial Dragons. We see Doflamingo and Imu use powerful attacks with 16 in them it can't be a coincidence. I think in the upcoming chapters more will be revealed and the truth about the significance of the number 16 will be revealed.
