- Dragon and Vegapunk were in Ohara after World Government attack. They knew Clover.
- After the attack to Ohara, Dragon decided to form an army.
- A group of giants carried all Ohara's books to Elbaf. That group was lead by "someone with bandages all over the body".
- At the end of chapter, Luffy meets real Vegapunk.
- Real Vegapunk: "Dragon's son! I know you'd come!!"

Meaning Kuzan is still a "good guy" for now. I'm glad.

But the fact that Elbaf is 2nd Ohara and the WG haven't found out blows my mind.
Could it be that the giants have allied themselves with the Revos since long ago?

Or it's one of those countries they couldn't ally or subdue because of their combat power? I remember the giant VA was a big deal for them before he got one shot by WB.

The WG might have found out already!

WG didn't touch Wano nor Elbaf cause they fear the power of the Yonkou!l Elbafs army is known as the strongest army!

Thus I am expecting that WG knows about Elbaf and Ohara, but they "tolerate" Elbaf as long as Elbaf stys isolated.

I totally agree. My expectations is that Egghead will become similar to Zou.
This would mean Strawhats will handle CP0 with ease or Vegapunk will take care of CP0 with no real battle for Strawhats this arc.

But where is the lost FI Poneglyph? Could it be that Neptun is in contact with the King of Elbaf

I believe the cpo with masks are supposedly the elite members. Neither Lucci nor Kaku have masks but then again could just be a stylistic choice. I do believe Lucci will not be fighting Luffy tho. It'd surprise me if he's even remotely closs to Luffy right now.

But yeah this seems like a zou arc in terms of length.
