Calling it that Bonney is 12 and just aged up her body to look older using her Devil Fruit

That would be weird though and since it's been quite a while since all of that had happened she'd definitely have matured during that time. So she wouldn't be 12 per se, from what I can speculate from what I read; Bonney might just be constantly reversing the petrification process of her sickness

Or Kuma found a cure for her through Vegapunk

That would still make her 11-12 years old lol. Thats how long ago she was born.

Kuma probably became a shichibukai in trade for bonneys life
