I'm pretty sure his fruit is based on a yokai, so a mythical zoan. It's like Marco's

Solid chapter. Fangirled over Kuma’s punch. Was a bit disappointed Saturn got manhandled, even his attack deflected by Sanji. I hope he’s holding back.

Here’s a few things I picked up from chapter:

1. What is a Buccaneer’s special ability? Vegapunk started to say it but stopped before he could finish.
2. Good on Vegapunk for not putting in the self-destruct button. But he’s still on the list. You literally did everything else. I ain’t a 12-year old Bonney. Your “LOL I’m just a scientist” crap I’m not buying.
3. Want to see Zoro vs. Lucci already!
4. Who took Luffy out of the battlefield? No way that MFer moved by himself, even if he ate.
5. Is it possible Kizaru held back with Luffy? He sounds too confident if that was not the case. His recovery was also super fast, more than Luffy (who is an awakened zoan and ate)

I think Kizaru may have kicked Franky to where he stashed Luffy.
I also find it interesting that he commented on the straw hats growth while Franky used the radical beam, which is possibly based on, but at the least similar to, his own laser.
