Just watched the chapter. Looks like Luffy is up for big trouble when the other 4 elders show up. And I am pretty sure that the broadcast will happen for the world to see. The only way SH could escape this is if all of them boarded their ship along with the Giant Pirates and Kuma uses his last straw of power to teleport them to Elbaf.

My prediction is the message is going to get cut before Vegapunk manages to deliver the most important parts.
Oda likes teasing us, so we'll definitely get some more info about Void Century but not everything.
