Appearance
Cletus is a tall, thin humanoid with tan skin and white hair that spikes forwards, fading into yellow at the ends. He possesses gold colored eyes and adorns a traditional, blood-red chang pao (Chinese men's long coat, also known as a changshan).

Personality
Cletus was a happy go lucky and laid back child raised by a hunter named Durk Dragon and his wife Ellie Dragon. After tragedy struck his home village, the only thing on his mind was vengeance, planning to eradicate the World Government and it's allies from the seas.

However, after joining the Silver Vampirates, he regained his compassion and laid back nature, somewhat renouncing his thirst for vengeance and instead focus on his new Nakama instead, though he still hadn't lost his hatred for the World Government.

He also has an innate lust for battle, causing him to seek out stronger opponents, to test his might. This desire to draw out a worthy opponent has also been the cause of many conflicts, to the dismay of his crew, while he smiles in the face of danger.

History

The origin of the Red Devil is shrouded in mystery and filled with myths, tales, and horror stories that have risen theorizing about its origin. One such story is that he was accidentally released during the battle between JoyBoy and the twenty kingdoms. Another was a story of how a young man stole a cursed item from an unsuspecting witch, upon getting caught she strung him up and sacrificed him to a demon, resulting him to coming back as a creature of destruction. Despite no shortage of stories and theories, no one truly knows where the Red Devil came from.

However, despite many tales and stories, his existence was treated as myth by many until he would return 800 years later, with nothing but fun in his mind. Or atleast that's what the legends say....

Like most lunarians left alive, Cletus was captured and experimented on for the sake of Project: Seraphim. A ploy by the World Government to create eating super weapons hat are conditioned from a young age to be completely loyal to their cause. A combination of the race that could survive any environment and the leinage factor of any other race known in the world. However while being transported by a world government ship, a bad storm overwhelmed the vessel leaving them vulnerable to the onslaught of unknown attackers.

After washing up on an island in the New World, Cletus was found by the Dragons, a family of hunters that took him in as their own. After some time, rumors begans to spread about a winged, dark skinned child and soon the Cp0 were sent in pursuit, wiping out everyone in search of Cletus who was hidden away by new family.

Swearing vengeance, he joined the Vampirates by accident after nudging KG and the others going to Disgaea a few years into the future. His lunarian lineage and was key to making the Tieflings one of our own. Since then, he has not only devoted himself to becoming a pirate, but earned a new family in the process through his adventures. During the Sovereign War, Cletus would be defeated by Vice-Admiral Link and disappear mysteriously after being in Marine Custody.

Combat Prowess

"This is a ruthless world and one must be ruthless to cope with it."

Cletus is one of the greatest practionors of martial arts on the seas, with complete control of his body and it's functions. His fighting prowess goes toe to toe with the likes of Vice-Admiral Link, a proficient master in Rokushiki and Swordsmanship and defeat King Shark, a master of Fishman Karate. Cletus also possesses an impressive control over his attacks, being able to pause his punch a moment before impact and adjust his power into several counter blows.

His fighting style is usually depicted as being a boxer, specializing in punching and striking with his fists. After the Sovereign War, Cletus has mastered boxing to the level that he has adopted a complete stance of freedom, capable of fighting with no guard, and a lowered centre, allowing his to throw punches of many different varieties at any angle. He uses his feet to jump out of the way of punches and makes use of the environment to enhance his level of evasion, learning from his fight with Link.

Dash

Dash is a basic boxing technique, where the boxer closes the distance between them and the opponent with a straight and fast run. The user's movement speed is increased by Mastery/5.
11-40 mastery: 3 turn cool down

81-100 mastery: 1 turn cool down

Cross-Arm Block
Requirements: 11 Mastery, 21 Durability.
The user crosses both of their arms to protect their upper-body area, with the inner forearm facing outward, absorbing even the heaviest attacks. The arms make either a form of a plus or an X. The plus is tighter and protects the frontal area more completely. The user can rush forward with the guard to get into their favoured range. Increases Durability by Mastery/5.
11-50 mastery: 2 turn cool down
51-80 mastery: Can move while using Cross-Arm Block. (2 turn cooldown) Not moving is 1 turn cooldown.
81-100 mastery: Using Cross-Arm Block while moving has a 1 turn cooldown. Standing still has no cooldown.

Jab
The Jab (ジャブ, Jabu) is a quickly thrown punch. The user throws a quick, sharp punch typically aimed at an opposing boxer's head. While similar to a straight when executed, jabs tend to be much quicker and more compact. In return, a boxer's jabs are rarely stronger or equal in strength to their straights.
Requirements: 11 Mastery, 21 Strength.
11-40 Mastery: Destructive potency: C

Straight
The Straight (ストレート, Sutorēto) is a powerful straight punch thrown with the rear hand. From a guarding position with fists at eye level and the armpit tight, the fist is thrown with the rear hand crossing the body in a straight line towards the target. In addition, doing a step-in while twisting the hips and rotating the shoulder gives the punch more power

Hook
The hook is a specific punch used in boxing performed using the core muscles and back. Typically, the hook is a punch that aims to strike at an opponent's head. The hook can be thrown at the body as well, causing internal bleeding and, most likely, damaged or broken ribs.

The Uppercut is a punch used in boxing usually directed towards the opponent's jaw. With their fist positioned at their stomach, the user throws an upward punch with their dominant arm while twisting their waist counter-clockwise, ending the throw in front of them with their arm bent at a 90 degree angle.

Bullet
It requires a lot of training, technique, and a strong wrist and shoulder. It is a highly compact, rapid punch due to the positioning of the arm. Because of the twisting motion, it focuses the power to a single point that makes it have a high penetrating power, and is able to cause damage through a guard.
81 Mastery 81 Strenght DPR: S

Jolt Blow
A combination a dash and a straight. The user charges head-first at top speed and whips their arm from an overhead position into a straight, resulting in a haymaker of a punch regardless of whether or not it connects. It is a powerful technique, enough to damage someone even when it hits their guard.

The Corkscrew Blow (コークスクリューブロー, Kōkusukuryū Burō) is a right straight thrown with the rotation of the arm. The user twists their arm and body while throwing a punch as if they are drilling inwards, giving the punch more power and the ability to penetrate their opponent's guard.

Tekken
The Tekken are fists trained to be as strong as iron, making a punch thrown with enough strength leave a print of the user's fist on the opponent's flesh, similar to an iron burn, even when blocked. The power of the Tekken can shatter rib cages, which in turn, can pierce an opponent's internal organs. If the user has weakened fists, they can shatter upon impact hitting with Tekken.
