Silver Vampirates. That’s always been erroneous, though.

Copy NPCs:
Ideally, no. Could you make a bearded promiscuous old man with lightning powers and call him Kirin (but modeled after Zeus), I guess. But generally frowned upon.
I just pitched a lightning like ability for my spear like weapon in the approval thread, and Bill is quite the promiscuous bearded old man.
I think I'll go with the lightning themed idea. Bill is Zeus now.

Oh shit, the Sweet Pirates are starting beef with everyone.

you could go with how the Straw Hats wanting a Cook;
  • Baratie for Sanji;
    • Straw Hats arrived to Baratie and ended up having ordering "one of everything" then have Luffy pay for it by cleaning dishes and the build up of Sanji and Zeff
      • Don Krieg was the villain of the arc iirc been a while since i read Baratie but the live action is coming to mind
My idea is, in the island i am currently rping,there are 2 rival groups, i wanna learn reason for the rivalry and make both of them join my fleet as allies (not travel with me but but just allies).

That’s fine. If you conquer an island, that group will technically be your “ally” or “subordinate” (depending on relationship). However, as you noted, they can’t leave the island except for a special circumstance (like a non-canon BG or an event). A Reverie event, for example, is an event where NPCs of allied nations will leave their islands (which is why Vampirates have an edge on that potential event).

Problem is most island "resets". Because when someone goes to an island, usually i am doing the rp from start not doing a continuation of previous Rp

That also matters if the island/adventure your going on has already concluded with an story before so you'll need to adjust with the changes that have taken place.

For example in my case:
  • I've previously gone to Kano, and conquered it first with others in the name of pirates.
  • Then Guren as Kallavan headed there and did the same reverting Kano under the WG flag.
  • Now i am currently in Kano with my 2nd character, so everyone has been leveled up, but also had some contingency with Kallavan's underlings looking after Kano. Also i might bring Kano under the Silver Vampirates Empire, as I'll leave that to imagination until the Kano story is wrapping up.
    • But also Yamato is there too.

You can just use a meito without an FS. However, your corresponding skill, or lack thereof, would be 0.

Live look at using a meito without a Fighting Style:

Have a question. If i throw something coated in poison, do i need to say that turn or wait for the next turn to say " that thrown item was coated in poison", since the opponent habe no way to know if the thrown item have poison or not? 🤔

You could as there are a few people that sets traps like this and is effective but on the other side there would be people that dislikes it since they weren't aware of it and would unknowingly wasted their time thinking of the next move and writing them out to be most likely voided (depending on the trap).

The short answer is yes, it should be stated. Sportsmanship and whatnot. Additionally, CoO complicates whether the opponent's character would know or not.

The question becomes how to say it. There are those who either state it inconspicuously ("... drawing his knife from the hip, Aerom wet the blade across his hip pouch and charged."). There are those who put it on a spoiler, making it clear that the opponent's character shouldn't know. There are those who simply state it clearly in their post and rely on the other player to RP correctly what their character knows or does not know.

There's no better or worse way to do it. Personally, I'm a fan of the first. A healthy riddle is fun.
