(if player is level 60 and has 40 mastery, companion can be level 40) Access to strength, vitality, speed, Devil Fruit (if purchased feeding NPC a Devil Fruit) and martial arts (Can include weapons held in mouth or limbs as long as it makes sense for the animal, or unarmed fighting style that makes sense for the animal, needs approval from GMs.) 3x stat multiplier.
