Just a crazy idea.

We have 2 type of npcs, npcs of players and normal npcs.

Why not make a rule so that only npcs owned by players need to follow the "need to allocate points for +20"?

Story Npc follows the old rule?, this will make rping a little more harder

I would like to suggest an idea how to improve BH.
They will work similar to Warlords but with a twist.
Instead of being part of pirates, WG or RA they work like contractors. Depending on whom they work for their way of income change.
There are 3 types of BH,
  1. WG AFFILIATED BH
  2. UNDERWORLD AFFILIATED BH
  3. RA AFFILIATED BH

WG&RA Affiliated BH works similar to how normally works they get paycheck.

Only difference is when they work for WG they work similar to warlords but aren't pirates.

When they work for RA,They have access to RA instead of WG and WG considered them enemy like they do to RA.

NOW Last type, Affiliated with UnderWorld. You guys already made a way for salary just make it official
- Successfully executing a hit on a notable world figure (level 80+) results in 150,000,000 weekly Beri.

- Successfully executing a hit on a hugely important world figure (level 95+, Admirals, Gorosei, World Nobles, etc.) results in a 600,000,000 weekly Beri.
This will do fine but need few more for low level hits too.
Only difference they have comparing to other BH is They can hit all 3 ORGANIZATION WG, PIRATES AND RA.

Ie. They will get 600,000,000 If they kill Admirals/Warlords/RA Officers/Yonkos

NB: changing affiliation is similar to changing organization so need to purchase change or use free change.

why would BH work with RA? they woudnt get paid for bounties. And a BH could be in the Underworld; they would just have to use the same system as everyone else

the only organisation we might add for BH to work with would be Cross Guild, but that could depend on what happens in the actual manga

Look at the Island i am hosting now, flygod is a BH working for RA.



They work in RA similar to WG just in opposite way. Taking down WG allies will give them a small boost of weekly and helping / taking a WG occupied island will give them weekly boost (similar to pirate or title) 25% of Weekly beri reward for pirate.



And a BH could be in the Underworld; they would just have to use the same system as everyone else
I feel like UW BH should work different their income should be task based not level based like,

Killing a level 20-29 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 3,750,000 beri .
Killing a level 30-39 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 7,500,000 beri .
Killing a level 40-49 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 15,000,000 beri.
Killing a level 50-59 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 37,500,000 beri.
Killing a level 60-69 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 75,000,000 beri.
Killing a level 70-79 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 112,500,000 beri.
Killing a level 80-89 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 187,500,000 beri.
Killing a level 90-99 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 375,000,000 beri.
Killing a level 100 named NPCs/PCs will boost paycheck by 750,000,000 beri.

I feel like UW BH should work different their income should be task based not level based like,
BH is working fine how it is; they can actually make more money short term as they get the full bounty even if the target dies

not all organisations need to work the same or be able to work with eachother. The RA have no need for Bounty Hunters, they do not fight the Marines by choice and have much less wealth even if they did start issuing bounties for some reason. A BH in the revos would just be a revolutionary member. And no need to complicate the Underworld stuff by adding another layer if you are a 'bounty hunter'; that would just be a normal member who targets certain people anyway

by definition a Bounty Hunter is someone who defeats criminals and takes them to the Marines to get their bounty; the only organisation this could still work as part of is Cross Guild as they canonically set bounties and possibly the Underworld (but their whole thing is being secret and mostly non direct). Any other organisation dont have any reason to set bounties so if a BH joined they would just be a normal member.
