Introduction
In this small theory I wanna talk about one of the Supernovas!
The Roar of the Sea, Scratchman Apoo!!!
We already know that he serves under the Yonkou Kaidou! But one question remains, what is his position among the Beast Pirates. For a Long time it was speculated that Apoo is one of the Topi Roppo lik X Drake, but now with the introduction we that this is wrong.
Is he just a headliner like Hawkins? I have my doubts, thats why I expect he have become Part of the monsterous Numbers.
Hints for Apoo being part of the monsterous Numbers
Why should Apoo have a higher rank then Hawkins? To make one thing clear it is not because of thinking that Apoo is stronger then Hawkins. I expect all Supernovas to be above Headliners in terms of power, but unlike Apoo Hawkins still have to proof his loyality.
We learned that Apoo was already member of Kaidous Crew and betrayed Kidd and Hawkins.
The next point. Headliner use to work for the All Stars, Hawkins was working for Jack, Page One and X Drake of the Topi Roppo took orders from Queen. Apoo in the other hand use to contact Kaidou directly. We saw it after Zou accident.
(Some might argue it is only because of Jack went missing)
And also in Wano the time Apoo appeared together with the other members of the monsterous Numbers He contacted Kaidou directly.
This conversation is also the biggest hint for me that Apoo is part of the Numbers. Because Kaidou said "You lot returned" and King directly noticed that "you lot" refered to the Numbers.
For me all this stuff indicates that Apoo is part of the Monsterous Numbers!
The Card theme of the Beast Pirates
Why #3? Before answering this I want to recap the card theme of the Beast Pirates.
Every Headliner (incl. Topi Roppo) is named after a card game using the standard Frenchsuited playing cards. The All Stars of the Beast Pirates are called King, Queen and Jack representing the 3 face cards of the Frenchsuited playing cards. Now it just makes sense to believe that the Numbers represent the 9 number cards of the Frenchsuited playing cards -> there will be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
This is almost by the laughs of the Numbers.
Hachachacha -> Ha = 8
Gokiki Gokiki -> Go = 5
Kunyunyu Kunyuyu -> Ku = 8
Ju-kee kee kee -> Ju = 10
(Special Credits to Artur from Library of Ohara He noticed the laugh pattern!)
This means we have 9 monsterous Numbers!
Looking of the picture of the Numbers
I count 7 which means up to 2 spots left and I expect one belongs to Apoo!
(1 seems the number on the panel with the Ju-kee kee kee laugh)
#3 of the monsterous Numbers
Now most will start to think about what does Apoo have to do with #3. Well the answer is simple nothing! Like Hawkins and X Drake don't follow the Card theme I doupt Apoo follows it.
(For a long time it was speculated that X Drake represent the 10 in Kaidous Card theme, but thats wrong the laugh revealed there is a 10 among Numbers)
So why #3? There for this has a logical explanation. I don't see Apoo as one of the original Numbers, so he had to replace one (or fill an empty spot).
And there is indeed a character that totally fits to be a former member of the monsterous Numbers!
Little Oars Jr!!!
I think I don't have to explain why fits perfectly into the theme of the monsterous Numbers. Stuff like his size ot that his own scull basically represents Onigashima should be kind of obvious.
Besides that Little Oars Junior is also know as Oars III on his Jolly Roger!
If Little Oars Jr was once part of the Numbers then he defenitly had to be #3!
Conclusion
Apoo is too powerful and enjoys far too much attention from Kaidou himself to end up being just a Headliner of the Beast Pirates. Since it is confirmed that he is not part of the Topi Roppo, Apoo have to be one of the monsterous Numbers.
Like X Drake and Hawkins Apoo doesn't follow the card theme name patterns of the Beast Pirates so he is definetly not an original member of the Beast Pirates.
There is a high chance that Little Oars Jr was the once #3 of the monsterous Numbers ending up with Apoo taking his spot!
Roar of the Sea,
#3 of the monsterous Numbers,
Scratchman Apoo!!!
Sounds cool or not?

As I mentioned there are up to 2 empty spots.
Final one could be Kaidou's Son, especially if Kaidou represents the Ace.
