Claiming: Allowed, since flavour is meaningless
Phase Length: 48 hrs Day/24 hrs Night
Starting Date: Whenever filled
Minimum Post Requirement: 8 per Day.
SoD/EoD: Let's say 4pm UTC / 12 noon EDT. But willing to change to suit time zones of players.
