The energy steroid is a dangerous, but powerful drug that enhances a Fishman's strength and movement speed for a certain amount of turns.
The energy steroid may be ingested and benefitted from in the same turn, multiple energy steroids may be taken at once or spaced out along their duration.
The first steroid provides +5 Strength, +5 Movement Speed for three turns.
The second steroid used within the first's duration adds two additional turns to the stat boost.
The third steroid provides an additional +5 Strength, +Movement Speed for three turns.
The fourth steroid provides a final two additional turns.

Any pills taken past this point during the same combat (or in-thread day) will result in an automatic knockout for the user.
Additionally, every pill ingested in succession to the first will result in a de-buff after the steroid's positive effects subside:

The second pill used within the first's duration will result in a -5 Strength, -5 Movement Speed de-buff for three turns.
The third steroid increases the duration of the de-buff by two turns.
The fourth removes an additional -5 Strength, -5 Movement Speed for a final three turns.
