Fellow Slavs will appreciate this. This is a must know recipe for everyone, not just Slavs. Every true man needs to know how to cook goulash.

I'm making late night goulash right now. Been a while since I had goulash. It takes too much time for some impatient people. Luckily I'm in college. Cooking good food is what friday nights in college are all about.

Finally got a oven-food-make-hot-bowl-thingy for my new oven, so I made lasagna:

Salmon with broccoli and spinach, on a bed of crawfish mac&cheese.

Swordfish soba with greens.

Lemon-zested Alfredo pasta with mussels.

mmm, freezer waffles.

Peach linguini w/ thyme and shallots.
Paired with fried eggplant sticks.
