The city of Andrea was a fairly large and bustling city on the coast of an island, known for its markets and churches; it was quite a beautiful place. It had a large building towards the north of the city that served as the government's, this was surrounded by a group of houses that was by the water and then a port further down; with the rest of the city around the coast and going further into the island.

Andrea has a secret however; it had a bustling underworld which was filled with everyone from criminals and pirates to even members of the World Government and the Revolutionary Army. Having several spots around the city for their activities, there was usually something going on.

A small girl sat on the edge of a rooftop, her legs dangling over the edge. A member of the Tontatta Tribe, she wasnt even a foot tall; yet she was a powerful and high ranking member of the Revolutionary Army. A large sword was strapped to the back of her white dress, her blonde hair being rustled by the wind slightly as she waited.

She was waiting for an underworld meeting to start, having a bit of business with it; she didnt want to go in yet though as she was too busy enjoying the sights of the city. Able to see both a large church and a busy port from her elevated position, Jade wonders why she cant go to places like this more often.

The sails of the merchant ship fluttered in the wind as it cut through the waves, swiftly approaching its destination. Anshostin perked his head up as the sailors around him picked up.the pace, yelling back and forth, increasing their work efforts. Rising to his full height, Anshostin was just shy of six feet, around the average of the crewmen that rushed around him. Grabbing ahold of the rail he leaned out from the side, looking ahead. His short cut yellow hair and not quite trimmed beard ruffled in the wind and his plajn face was sprahed with salty ocean water. He didn't mind it however as his eyes landed on what lay before them.

As port cities go, Andrea was actually quite beautiful he had to admit. It almost reflected the sun that shone down from above. Spires rose elegantly towards the skies in several locations, making it quite easy to make out land marks. Of course, he had studied maps of the city, but seeing it like this was quite something.

Pushing himself back from the sea, Anshostin checked over to make sure be had everything. His two katanas hung from his left hip, partially obscured by his brown coat. He retrieved his coin purse from the pocket of his blue trousers, retrieving a few coins before putting the pouch away safely in the chest pocket of his white shirt. Walking up to the Captain who stood by the wheel, he handed the other man the coins he had retrieved.
If you can wait till the morning, I'd appreciate it.

The Captain eyed the coins, grabbed them and shoved them in his pocket, before grunting his approval. With a smile on his face the bounty hunter stepped down on the deck again, waiting for the time to come. The voyage here had been expensive, but if his intel was correct, he would be able to more than make up for it. There was a popular underground trading port, hidden in the shadows of this beautiful city, and Anshostin had heard that a big shot from the Revolutionary Army was paying a visit. Not only that but she was a former marine. The Government was sure to pay a pretty penny for her.

Minutes later he felt ground beneath his feet. He ignored the sailors that waved him off, making his way down the busy streets. It was time to hunt, and what better place than a bar? Clouded minds make loose lips.

A few clouds drift across the blue sky above they city, occasionally blocking out the bright rays of light from the sun for a few moments before they pass it.

Jades sword absorbs the light into itself, slowly being charged as she sat on the edge of the building. Her sword was a special type of weapon housing a spirit, she had to beat them in a battle to gain control of them; gaining the ability to control light using the weapon.

A few people walk below her through the quiet street, dressed in odd looking clothes they reach an unmarked door right below the Dwarf. Knocking on it, it opens slightly; after a slight conversation it opens wider and they all walk in.

"Was that all of them? Think there was only a few left to come when I last checked.." To anyone nearby she would have seemed to be talking to herself.

"If it wasnt there cant be much more" A voice in her head replies to her question, it belonging to the spirit of her sword.

Still moving her dangling feet slightly Jade decides to keep waiting
"Sophie will message me using the snail anyway." She says quite cheerfully, looking across the city again.

Anshostin walked the streets calmly, weaving himself through the crowds, the sound of his leather boots on the cobblestone drowned out by the people around him. He looked at the different establishments along the street as he walked on. He knew better than to try his luck at the finer bars. No information of worth would be found there, they were far too prim for the ones he needed to talk to. He walked on for several minutes, until he no longer felt the stones beneath his feet, the ground caked with dirt and shit. Then he saw what he was looking for. At the end of the street was a small pub. The sign in front of the door hung askew, several of the windows boarded up and the walls marked from many a fight. However from the few still working windows he could see several people moving around. With one last breath of fresh air he stepped inside.

The noise was what one would expect. He didn't even raise an eyebrow at the fight going on at one of the tables in the middle of the room. People on the floor and surrounding tables were cheering and shouting, while a few tables against the wall remained quiet. Anshostin quietly made note of them before walking over to the bar, seating himself on one of the empty stools. The bartender tore his attention away from the scuffle and directed his attention towards the new arrival.
What'll it be? Anshostin pretended to think about his options, knowing there was very few of them. Just give me a beer. The bartender nodded, quickly filling up a pint for his customer. As he put it down, the bounty hunter put down a piece of paper next to the mug. It was a wanted poster. On it, a cute girl with blonde hair smiled to the camera, but underneath the picture read the words "Jade the Betrayer - Reward: 240,000,000 beri". Seeing the poster the bartender's eyes widened before drifting off to the back of the room for a split second towards where Anshostin remembered one of the groups were sitting. Never seen her in my life. His words were spoken too quickly and anxiously. With a smile on his face the bounty hunter rose from his seat, picking up the piece of paper but leaving the beer, tossing a few coins on the counter. Thank you! Shock spread on the bartender's face, realizing that Anshostin was now approaching the table in the back.

Not wanting to be ambushed, he activated his color of observation as he walked past the still ongoing brawl in the middle of the floor. He had almost reached the table before the people at it noticed him. Sloppy. Without asking, he pulled over a chair and sat down next to the rest of them. It was a group of three men and one woman, and all wore nondescript clothes. They seemed perplexed by their actions, and before they could speak he threw the poster down on the table in front of them.
Where can I find her? They looked at each other for a moment before turning towards Anshostin again. You need to leave. He noticed that one of them tried to gesture at a someone behind the bounty hunter, and he felt a figure approach from behind. He kept his mouth shut as the person behind drew their sword, pulling it back and swinging it down diagonally. In the last moment he raised his hand much faster, grabbing the man's hand over the fingers that held the blade. Pressing tightly he could feel bones crack in the hand, and a scream barely audible over the brawl escaped the man behind him. The man to his right went for his own blade, but Anshostin had already placed his assailant's blade at his throat. Again. Where can I find her?

It all happened very fast. The last three people leaped from their chairs, drawing their swords. They were not even phased by what the bounty hunter did next. Staying true to his threat he cut the throat of the man to his right before discarding the sword with the mangled hand, his assailant falling to the ground clutching it. With his now free hand he drew one of his katanas, dismembering the hand of the man to his left, another hand holding a sword falling to the ground. The last two came at him together, but they moved oh so slowly to his eyes. As the woman raised her arm to swing her sword down on him in a hacking motion he dashed forwards, slicing across her torso diagonally going upwards. Lastly, the last man wielded two swords. Blocking the first strike by Anshostin, he attempted to strike the bounty hunter with his free across the midsection. With his own free hand the bounty hunter partially pulled his other katana free from its sheath, blocking the slash. With both weapons locked down, the bounty hunter acted quicker, planting his boot squarely in the man's stomach. He felt bone break as his foe was sent flying against the wall.

Jumping down from the table, he landed on the ground in front of the last man, seemingly the leader. Wiping the blood off his katana on the man's clothes, he sheathed it before crouching in front of him. The swords were still in his foe's hands, but there was no strength left in the man's body. Behind him the brawl had ended as people realized the massacre that just had occurred. None of them were coming to help the group though, as they all knew better than to help strangers. Having retrieved the poster, Anshostin held it up in front of the other man.
Where can I find her? I will cut you to pieces slowly until you tell me. Breathing heavily and couching up blood, the other man seemed to consider his options. With a low growl he obliged. My left *cough* pocket. Quickly fishing inside he felt a piece of paper. Reading through it, he realized they were directions for an underground meeting here in town, including keywords and information on why his group was there. Sloppy indeed. Carrying confidential information like this on themselves. My thanks. Grabbing one of the man's swords he slit the man's throat, then the rest of his groups as the crowds slowly turned away, not wanting any of the business. Dropping the sword, he walked out past the bar. Sorry for the mess. He tossed a few extra coins on the counter before walking out the door.

A few minutes later the bounty hunter approached the door as the last few attendees were trickling in. Like the rest of them he approached and knocked.

Inside the meeting room was a large room down the bottom of some steps, sat at the large table in the middle was a young woman with silvery hair done up in two braids; Sophie was there to represent the Revolutionary Army along with Jade, they had a few interests that they hoped to address at this meeting.

The rest of the table was filled out with various people from many places, some even coming from different seas. Other people stood around near the table, in the corners of the room etc while they waited for the meeting to start; a balcony like area was at the opposite end of the room to the stairs up to the entrance, it went over the area a bit to allow guards to survey the meetings.

Some people walk down the stairs into the room, the guards on the balcony looking at them slightly along with a few other people around the room. Looking around a bit they spot some people they wish to speak too so they head towards them, joining a small group of men business suits.

Sophie watched them
I think thats some underworld brokers, guess the memo about selling and buying stuff was accurate.. She wasnt sure if that was everyone yet or not, the fact that the meeting hadnt made any sign of getting started yet suggested it wasnt though.

Jades Observation Haki spikes slightly while she is sat there on the roof
Hm? Thats a strong presence... I wasnt sure what to expect at this meeting in terms of how strong people were but looks like there are some strong people already inside and now this person too. The Dwarf looks down to find the person giving it off, spotting them approaching the door. He doesnt seem the usual type you get at these meetings, that hair and blue trousers stand out as something a pirate would wear perhaps; but then I suppose neither am I with my own blonde hair and white dress Jehehehehe. She laughs in her head slightly while she keeps watching.

Anshostin felt as if someone was watching him, yet he couldn't pinpoint them. Not wanting to raise any suspicion he simply pressed on. Knocking on the door he heard a voice from within. Who do you represent? He drew a deep breath, speaking the words that was prepared for him. Drug Peclo sends his regards. He couldn't believe such an influential person in the underworld employed as useless sacks of meats as the ones he had encountered. Nevertheless it seemed to work, as the door opened up without a word. Stepping inside, he looked into a dark staircase, dimly lit by torches hanging from the walls. He absently touched the hilt of his swords, as if to reassure himself they were still there. With a confident stride he descended into the dark.

The Revolutionary decides its time to enter, it was going to start soon even if there was more people to come still. She watches as the man enters the building below her and a few minutes later she stands up.

She makes way down to the floor, jumping to other buildings and windowsills in order to get down without being seen that easily by anyone nearby. Jade makes her across the path towards the door, having to jump up to knock on it; hearing the man again
"Who do you represent?"

"The army of the unknown change" The door opens and she heads in, the man looking down at her as she wanders past with cheerful steps.

The meeting was nearing towards starting; several groups already having gone to the table and sitting down, most of them still talking to other people though.

"Representing the Revolutionaries?" Someone says from behind Sophie.

She turns to see a middle aged man wearing a suit
"Yes, how could you tell?"

Laughing slightly he replies quietly "You can always tell as they seem to somehow not fit in with underworld stuff; at least at ones they are supposed to be at."

"I see..." Sophie wasnt sure if he just wanted to chat or wanted to talk about something specific.

Anshostin pushed open the door at the bottom of the staircase, entering into a surprisingly large room mostly compromised of a single giant table. Rectangular, carved from stone, it seated dozen of people on each side. A person standing across the room beckoned Anshostin towards him, gesturing towards an empty seat on his side of the table. Obliging, the bounty hunter circled around the table, drawing a few eyes towards him, but he paid them no heed. Acknowledging them would only draw further attention towards himself.

He reached the man who had gestured for him, and looked at the seat.
For the representative of Drug Peclo, sir. Anshostin glanced at it again, then looked back at the wall that was lined with chairs filled with henchmen and brokers of lower influence. Grabbing ahold of the back of his chair he pulled it from its spot, dragging it towards the back. His eyes landed on his target. It was by far the person that stood out the least among them all. Black pants and brown shirt, ragged brown hair. Get up. The bounty hunter's voice left no room for questioning the words. Though it might just as well be the name of Drug Peclo that compelled the man to get up. Grabbing his chair, Anshostin replaced it with his own, dragging the plain chair back to his spot. Pulling free his sword, he draw more eyes. However, instead of aiming it at anyone, he instead poked the floor, then the ceiling. Satisfied, he sheathed his sword. The man who had guided him to his spot approached, a worried look painted on his face. Sir?

I don't trust assigned seating.
Anshostin spoke with a manner of fact voice, his eyes boring into those of the other man. Saying nothing more the man bowed and withdrew, while a few nearby chuckled, and some others looked worriedly at their seats. Sitting down in his chair, the bounty hunter let his gaze wander down the rows. Although he recognized a few faces here and there, there were no truly big names. That was until the door he had entered through opened again, his target appearing in the doorway. He only gave her a short glance, before absently looking elsewhere. Good, everything was going smoothly so far.

Sophie was trying to think of a way to end the conversation, it having a taken a turn to more underworld stuff that she didnt have much understanding and knowledge about. She was only there to keep Jade's seat for her so people didn't get
suspicious that was not there; even though some people might not spot the small girl was gone.

A man enters the room and starts to wander around, doing something with his chair prompts Sophie to take the opportunity to look at him; escaping the conversation with the man next to her. She watches as he takes a seat from one of the people along the wall, saying something about not trusting seating.

Jade enters the room just after the man had sat down, slowly making her way cheerfully to her seat; her nature being the opposite of the atmosphere in the room.

The man heads away from Sophie as she starts getting up to give the Dwarf her seat back. Reaching the chair, Jade jumps onto it; not being big enough at all to get on normally.

"Thanks for keeping my seat" She smiles at Sophie as she thanks her.

The other Revolutionary Army member smiles back
"You are welcome, although I don't think many people even noticed you were gone. Heading back to her own seat along the wall near Jade's part of the table, the meeting starts to get underway.

Anshostin looked back and watched as the small woman approached the table, taking over the seat from another woman, exchanging some sort of pleasantries before the dwarf took the seat the other had been occupying. His gaze then drifted up the table to where a man dressed in all black, apart from his face that was covered by a white mask appeared, stopping just short of the head of the table. His head turned to the left, then to the right. Raising his arms he stretched them out in a welcome manner, his voice emerging from behind the mask, distorted in some strange way, probably to obscure his identity.

Welcome all, I am glad to see so many could attend! He paused for a moment, as if counting the heads there. We have a many returning and a few new faces. And as always I must remind you, any violence among each other under my roof is strictly forbidden. I advice you not to test my patience.

Clapping his hands together the man paused for a second. Now, who would like to have the floor next? A wrinkly old man a few seats down from the masked man on the opposite side from Anshostin cleared his throat and stood up with grace that belied his appearance. He walked to the front, where the masked man stepped aside. Following that the old man started speaking, laying on about his products and prices. After he was done another took his spot, and so it continued. It was pretty much a black market advertising circle and tradegroup. Some asked for buyers, others asked for sellers. Items ranged from slaves to drugs, from weapons to stolen goods, from services to favors. Anshostin reclined and listened to the drone, careful to look interested in a few here and there.

Jade tries not to yawn, hearing people talk about weapons, drugs and other things with prices for several hours was quite boring; especially since she herself didn't have anything to sell or buy in particular meant she has to just sit there.

A girl wearing a white dress with flowers on it makes her way to the front, turning to face the large table she starts speaking. The dwarf doesn't pay too much attention till she hears her say something that makes her take notice.

"We will also be selling information about Marine and World Government movements to anyone who is interested. Information includes, where certain Marine Officers are stationed, what the Government has been up to on some islands and more." The young girl finishes her speech and waits for some people to either ask questions or express interest in buying something.

The Revolutionary Officer puts up her hand, which surprises a few people as it just looks like hand coming up from the table due to her being too small for the ones not near her to see.

Giving her the go ahead after a few other people have asked questions, Jade starts speaking
"How much for all the information on the Marines and Government? And do we get our money back if we know some of it?"

Looking at the dwarf with her hand up, the girl answers "We can discuss prices after. And it would depend on the information; sensitive information will not be given out even if you are aware of it."

Satisfied, Jade puts her hand down If we can get some good information, it will be worth coming to this even if we get nothing else. Sophie can deal with the purchasing, seems like something that would be boring to negotiate.

The meeting continues, several more people coming up selling weapons; a few people selling slaves, that Jade ignored and made note on who it was selling them, and people selling other stuff as well. Only a few people go up asking for stuff they want to buy, the only one that the dwarf listened to was a tall man wanting to buy a Devil Fruit; he didnt go into detail on what one or anything though.

The man wearing the white mask walks back up to the front after the last person comes up, moving his arms to gesture at everyone in the room
"And that concludes the formal part of this meeting, you can now go around and purchase the things that have been offered; as well as generally socialise if you wish."

Getting up from the table and spreading around the room, the meeting concludes; most people going to sellers and making small groups. Sophie wanders over to where Jade was still sat, trying to avoid speaking to anyone as she goes.

"Are we buying anything?" The girl in glasses asks the dwarf sitting on the chair.

"I think we should buy some of the information on the Marines and World Government, or at least see the prices on it" The Revolutionary Officer gets up off the chair, having to jump off it onto the floor.

Heading over to where the girl in the dress was, Jade introduces Sophie and after a few minutes of polite conversation and negotiating; the dwarf leaves Sophie to it.

"I'm heading outside for some fresh air" Walking to the staircase, she nods to the guard by the door before leaving the building; entering the sunny streets of Andrea again.

Anshostin tried his best to stay alert, although it proved to be difficult. There was several times he found himself almost slipping away, only to snap back awake. Each time he would steal a glance, of course not right away, towards the Tontatta to make sure she had not left. None of the things here interested him, he was here to make money, not spend it, and had nothing to sell.

After what seemed like an eternity the eternal droning finally ended. Standing up and stretching his legs, he decided that it sas time to be proactive. But first he had to make sure it would not come back to bite him. He walked through the crowds, searching for doors. Once he found them, he listened, smelled or felt for fresh air. It didn't take long to make the round, and be was satisfied. He found the woman who had been following his target, and sure enough, there was the dwarf. Satisfied, knowing there was no other way out, the bounty hunter opened the door and stepped outside. Up the stairs and into the sunlight. Looking around, he pondered where would be the best spot for an ambush. Then it dawned on him.

It only took a few seconds for the blonde swordsman to climb the wall and get up on the roof above the entrance. Then he crouched down, facing the edge above ghe door, the sun shining in his face. Minutes went by, and he had no delusions thinking she would be the first to exit. But nonetheless he stayed alert. This was different from at the table listening to glorified merchants, this was his calling. He was a hunter on the prowl, completely calm and ready to strike. Not a muscle was moving, but he was ready to grab his hilt and draw his blade. He had located a route of tiles that would not budge beneath sure footwork, giving him a quiet pathway.

The door opened, and so did Anshostin's mind. He reached out with his color of observation, focusing in on the door. He felt the hinges shake as it swung open and out walked a tiny creature. A quick scan revealed there was no one else further down. This was the perfect opportunity. He waited until the dwarf had stepped a few metres outside, then made his move. Using the path he had already determined, the bounty hunter charged forwards, dropping off the edge of the roof. His righf hand pulled free one blade, while his left rested on the second hilt. With his free arm he raised the sword up, swinging it downwards, using his momentum to try to cleave the dwarf in two. Still calm, he sensed for any movement, but for now he could hope his luck also allowed him to finish her so easily.

Ah fresh air, it was stuffy in there Jade breathes in the air as she stands near the doorway Guess I have some time to kill while I wait for Sophie to finish doing all the boring stuff like buying the information.

Turning on her Observation Haki, she tries looking for something fun to do in the immediate area. Someone strong is in my spot above me... Going to look up, the person moves first; jumping off the rooftop and heading towards her.

Seeing with both her Haki and her actual sight since she was now looking up at him, she sees that he was attacking her with his sword. Without much time to dodge, the dwarf trusts her instincts; diving out of the way just before he would have hit.

Quickly recovering from the dive, she stands and looks at them
An assassin? Not what I expected to distract myself with but it will do. Jade places one of her small hands on her sword's handle, but doesnt draw it yet.

"Isn't this someone who was in the meeting?" The sword's voice appears in her head again.

I thought I recognized him from somewhere, but wasn't sure where it was from really She speaks in her head rather than outloud this time, all the while looking at him to make sure he wasn't attacking again Wonder why he attacked me? Maybe he doesnt like Revolutionaries?

Seeing the dwarf move out of the way, Anshostin raised his sword so that it wouldn't crash into the cobblestones. Instead, he braced for the ground, bending his legs for impact. Still, he kept and eye on his target so that he wasn't caught off guard, but she decided to not take advantage of the fact that he was airborne and thus vulnerable. Her haki had to be decent at least to notice his attack ahead of time. He hoped it wouldn't drag out too long. She simply stood there, scanning the bounty hunter with her eyes, so he paused, looking at her sword for a moment. She had still not unsheathed it, why? Maybe there is a special trick to it? I guess I better find out.

Turning to face her, he held his free hand on his sheathed sword, quickly stepping forwards, swinging his sword horizontally, testing her to see what she would do. She was so small that his blade was barely above the ground, aiming to hit the left side of her torso.

Jade was waiting to see what he would do, she didnt want to attack back yet as she wasnt sure why he attacked her. She realized just after that she wasnt going to get anything out of him just yet when he moved forward and attacked her again, the small girl thought he might have said something after the first attack failed.

The dwarf quickly draws her sword and pushes the tip down to meet the blade coming towards her torso, she holds it in one hand as she was deflecting it rather than stopping it with her own.

As soon as she has deflected it, she moves the sword forward and up quickly. Slashing up near his leg, Jade was trying to make him see that she wouldnt be an easy target: the Dwarf still had the thought of him being an assassin in her head.

Anshostin finally got a response from his target, her oversized sword flying out from her scabbard to meet his own, she skillfully deflected his sword, before moving to attack him while he was exposed. However, this was not outside of his expectations. A smile escaped his lips as he drew his second sword, the blade sweeping out in front, slamming it straight against the incoming attack, throwing aside with his full force, putting his entire body into the strike, hoping to throw his foe off balance.

Capitalizing on his momentum, the bounty hunter brought his right sword back in, the blade darkening from the armament haki that he embedded it with. It created a soft whistling noise as it cut through the air, descending diagonally towards Jade's torso. With calm breath he watched her to see if or how she would react to the attack.

Jade notices her opponent smiling just before using his second blade to add force to the clash, it happened too fast for her to react so was sent back a small amount.

As she was sent back, he seemed to take no time in attacking her again. Recovering quite fast, the dwarf doesnt have much time to react to his powerful attack coming at her.

Stepping backwards as she goes slightly; Jade brings her sword up to attack back, imbuing it with black Haki as she does, sending 10 slashes and 5 thrusts to meet his one slash and try to get past it to attack as well. His attack was more powerful however so while she reduces damage it still hits her slightly, making a light cut across her torso.

As the dwarf struck out with her own blade, his own somehow managed to meander its way through her storm of assaults, striking true across her chest, leaving a bloody gash. However, Anshostin himself was left to face the onslaught of strikes, trying his best to repel them with his left sword, turning aside most of the blows. However, his own arm blocked some of the parries, resulting in two gashes opening on the outside of his right arm, almost biting down to the bone on his forearm. Biting down against the pain, the bounty hunter recoiled, the blackened blade returning to its usual shine.

Stepping back, the man glanced down at his bloodied arm. The pain was notable, but not intolerable, yet it looked like a mess. Deceivingly bad it seemed to him. He wondered if it was the same for his foe. She seemed to have no issue finishing her combo after taking the hit, so his money was on too shallow. As he stood at a distance, his eyes quickly returned to that of his foe as he calmed himself, drawing deep breaths. With his left hand he moved the sword he held with it, placing the flat side on top of the wounds, the blood spreading across the metal.

I don't suppose you'd just roll over and die, saving us both the effort?
With the last word he sprung his arm out, arcing his left sword first up and then downwards, aiming to hack down on the dwarf's head. Should she block the attack, blood would spray down on her face from the tip of the blade.
Baki (馬鬼(バキ) Baki?, literally meaning "Horse Demon"): After raising his sword above his head, the user delivers a powerful vertical slice to his opponent. This attack can easily slice through solid stone.(61 Mastery, 81 Strength and 41 Movement Speed) Destructive Potency Rank: A

The assailant seemed to deal with her counter attacks quite well, only getting hit by two of them which leaves bleeding cuts in his one arm. As he steps back, Jade steps back aswell; both of them recovering from their exchange of blows.

It doesn't seem like he is going to stop, his two swords give him an advantage as he can block my sword with one and attack with the other The Dwarf was analyzing him slightly, trying to think of the best way to deal with him. She is brought out of her thoughts when her opponent says something to her.

He launches an attack at her as he finishes the sentence, not giving her time to react to his words. Seeing the attack coming but not really having enough time to deal with it that well, Jade resorts to using her swords power.

"Sunshine: Flash" As she brings her large blade to meet his own, the part of the blade facing him quickly starts shining brightly. The sudden flash of light will hurt his eyes/make him blind for a few seconds unless he somehow doesnt see it; covering his eyes etc.

Too busy trying to deal with his attack and reduce its damage by blinding him, she doesnt see the blood till its spraying onto her face. She recoils from instinct, but doesnt stop trying to block his attack; her vision becoming red slightly due to the blood. The blood drips off her face onto the floor slowly, most of it has to go down her entire face however as he sent it onto her from quite a bit above her head.

Cursed Sword: Nikkō (Sunshine), 61 mastery in a sword style, 50 strength, 40 durability. While outside during the day this sword absorbs light, the light can then be used to make the sword glow to blind people, send out blasts of light etc. Requires stats in its own Martial Arts substat; Sunshine. Test: beat the spirit in a battle.

1-20 Basic Mastery- can only blind people 3 times with full sunlight charge; charging to full takes 10 hours of sunlight.
21-40 Adept Mastery- can blind people 5 times with full charge.
41-60 Skilled Mastery- can fire a blast of light that does B rank damage, uses 50% charge; charging to full takes 8 hours of sunlight

Sword is now on 80% charge

The light shone in his eyes, brighter than the sun in its zenith in the middle of the day. The bounty hunter closed his eyes, but it was too late, the strange power had stolen away his vision, if only temporary. This was not something he had come across in his research of the treasonous dwarf, and it strangely enough had emerged from her sword, he could have sworn. Whatever it was, it was not something to linger on, he had to act. She was blinded too, yet he knew he had other ways to "see". Reaching out, he felt the buildings around them, the uneven cobblestones beneath their feet, the distant chatter below and of course her. He could feel her as clearly as if he was looking at her, his color of observation focused more on detail than range. He felt her recoil, likely from the splatter across her face, and knew he would likely find no better option.

Quickly, he twisted his right sword under the weapon of the Revolutionary officer, striking the blade from underneath, aiming to knock it up and away, as well knocking his foe off her balance. As his right blade swings upwards, his left sword swings to the right, the bounty hunter leaping forwards. His blade blackened as it cut through the air, seeking to bury itself just below Jade's rib cage, on her right side. His breath calm, Anshostin spoke no word, his focus entirely on his opponent, trying to feel out her movements.
