Each of the three supernova captains all got a bounty of three billion each.

So the question is does it really bother anybody in any sort of way?

Nah because luffy survived vs kaido with the help of numerous people....law, zoro, kid, law's crew, the samurai, and that yamamoto girl. He had to be revived once as well...so I have no qualms with him having the same bounty as kid and law, who beat big mom together without a round 2.
