General Overview
A bounty is the sums placed on the capture (and/or) death of an individual. The amount of a bounty is determined in response to the perceived threat level of the criminal in question; the greater the threat to the world, the greater the bounty. In the eyes of a pirate, high bounties are thus usually seen as a sign of strength.

Bounty System
The bounty system is a divided into self-calculating and discretionary portions. The discretionary portion is based on accomplishments and perceived threat level by the Bounty GM: @Ichimonji. In order to qualify for a bounty, you must make a post in this thread with the news and exploits of your character - it will be judged accordingly.

• Base Bounty Increase:Self-calculated, making up the 1st part of your bounty increase, based on following:
  • Half of one time island beri reward; and
  • Highest defeated WG member level x2m, OR highest defeated level x1m OR half of highest pirate bounty (whichever is highest).
• Discretionary Bounty Increase:Calculated by Bounty GM, making up the 2nd part of your bounty increase:
  • Discretionary up to Bounty GM
  • Examples: Destroying marine bases, poneglyph affairs, Void Century knowledge, inspiring revolution against WG, general cruelty
• Decreasing Rate of Return
  • 0 - 499 million: None
  • 500 - 1 billion: 50% of bounty rewards
  • 1 billion - 1.5 billion: 25% of bounty rewards
  • 1.5 billion+: Only discretionary bounty rewards

An island that does not have a one-time beri reward will be assessed by the GM. A pirate that does not have a published bounty, but should have one based on canon (like Shiki), will be assessed by the GM.

General Overview
The Mission Board is a player-to-player mission system. Players can put out missions for other players to complete. The rewards are determined by the issuer, ranging from Beri, Devil fruits, weapons, items, technology, and information. Let your imagination run wild! Let the market decide the price! Below is a list, non-exhaustive, of missions players can issue:

• Kill or Capture
• Protecting Locations
• Hunting Down Devil Fruits
• Hunting Down Weapons/Tech
• Investigation / Story Information
• Double Spy Missions into Hostile Territory
• Assisting in battle
• Teach techniques

Board Rules

1. Missions must be approved by GM
2. Cannot issue mission to obtain territories, unless it is to accompany the player issuing the mission
3. Rewards are locked once mission is submitted. Can be cancelled if no one has claimed it yet or the one that has accepted it has not progressed on the mission in 6 weeks. (In other words, if you are offering a reward of 10 billion, you must have those funds already, and they are locked and cannot be used until the mission is completed or failed or cancelled)
4. Multiple people can go for the same mission at once
5. Cannot complete your own missions, even with 2nd PC
6. Devil fruit rewards can at most be 200% of the max price said DF would sell for normally.
7. DFs, weapons, etc. have to actually be hunted down, not just use the mission as a way to make extra money off of a sale.

Abandon Mission

Silver Hair Larsi and The Gambit were last seen sailing across the New World, headed to Merveille. However, as soon as they set foot on those floating islands, they decided to fly back down and sail away back to the Grand Line.

Some saw this as an act of cowardice for backing down a drama against the notorious legendary pirate in Golden Lion Shiki but others speculated that this is connected to what was reported happening in Alabasta. There are also rumours that the old man is sick and couldn't fight anymore. And last but not the least, it has been reported that something back in the prince's kingdom bad has occurred.

Whatever the truth was, only the two pirate know but rest assured that they are amongst the bravest and toughest pirates to ever sail the seas..

The Cerebral Hannibal will Wonder again . . . .

It is understood the Ex-SHP member, now with the Devil Pirates. A man that is renowned and regarded as highly dangerous, known for the killing of innocents in a highly horrific manner, and highly sadistic.

From his very early signs at Alabasta then to Orange Town which would be followed with Kano Country and then an all-out war at sea with the infamous "World Destroyer" ex Level 6 prisoner, Byrnndi World, and the World Pirates.

As of the incoming day Link has now "Wondered" and is now waiting to HUNT. Though before he went he called specially for someone to fill in the void, who this person is will be revealed in the Epilogue of Maelstrom, maybe?

Page 3: Havoc caused by Scum in the World:​

Everything Pirates captain was spotted right after Skypiea to split the crew to venture to their heart's content, though despite saying that she split the crew into three factions. One where she headed to the West Blue to Ilusia Kingdom, one where a subordinate named Ko headed directly into a Shichubukai's lair whereas the others have just not been heard of since. Though despite saying that Joby the captain who was onboard to Ilusia Kingdom instead vented and made her feelings known by directly attacking one of her rival's recent acquisitions in being Larsi of the SHP and the Kingdom of Alabasta. (See Page 5 for the full scope including Momoiro Island)

Silver Hair Pirates, on the other hand, have somewhat splintered which is a frightful factor though what is in store for the future has made them slightly weaker. From Link leaving, Minuamo the Vice-Captain of the SHP going MIA, reports are to believe that Drago has also left too. Also, recent rumors if are to be believed that Larsi himself the very captain has also gone MIA. With Larsi going MIA it has left Gambit becoming the interim captain of the SHP and commander of the 1st Division. Therefore with the news coming in Page 5 has left Gambit to defend the territory that is under the SHP emblem.

Backyard Pirates long expedition at Little Garden within the Grand Line has finally come to a close. Despite that, we have seen two members of the crew venture independently but have since not been heard of. Whereas their captain is amongst the names recommended and put into the bowl to be a possible replacement or addition to the Shichubukai system, thus replacing Crocodile.

Revolutionaries who also have been on a long expedition within Drum Island has also come to a close, though there's not much information on them due to how secretive they are. With recent rumblings going on that was kickstarted by Joby of the Everything Pirates we have seen her clash not only with the Silver Hair Pirates but also the recent crew that has left a trailblazer of a storm with the Devil Pirates. Rumors are to state the Marines and WG have been twitching their thumbs biding their times before coming up with anything once things would have mellowed down. Joby who had arrived at Alabasta the home of one of the territories that were acquired by her longtime rival Larsi, she was set out to take that very territory which was immediately taken over only for the SHP to retaliate and take it back under Gambit's control.

Right after the incident, it has been stated that Joby headed next for was Momoiro that is under the Devil Pirates territory, though as she made her way there the captain of the Devil Pirates also made his very way there to defend his very territory.

Due to the altercation and recent going on the Marines have specially recruited independent marine soldiers who pursuit these scum that cause havoc amongst the seas. A ship was ready to disembark and head to one of the locations where havoc was caused. The captain of the ship was none other than a "Commodore" who only came to the Marine Base to receive the accolade promotion. Following the departure of Drago, Link, Larsi, and friends, the Prince "Gambit" Landayan Morrow have officially claimed the throne of the Silver Hair Pirates ship. And after the successful re-acquisition of the land of desert, Alabasta, his elite fighter went back to their base, Laughing Archipelago to address his immediate needs back in the New World. The motherfucker has been attempting to conquer the floating island from the hands of Shiki the Lion but fate and bad luck have been in his path and so, a powerhouse of fighters gathered in the bubble in order to accompany him in defeating the legendary pirate of Roger's time. What would happen henceforth is unknown but what's known to us all is that Blackpink is finally in your areaaaaaaa!!!!

Somewhere Around the World of K-Pop
It has been announced previously that the authority of the marines has been floating like a fart in the whirlwind and cast away like a fly to a group of lizards; that's what most people and pirates have believed in until finally, a sudden emergence of elite Marines in the ranks of Vice Admirals but with a prowess comparable to those Admirals and even greater than the self-proclaimed Daddy-sama of the seven fairies @Emperor Cross have transpired.

There is little information about these marines but according to the source, all of them possess devil fruit powers that can match even the triple threat.

Vice Admiral, Salvatore, the Lionheart
Vice Admiral, ‘’Fire Demon’’ Leo, a very manly marine who has a black eye patch on his right eye.

On another note, Mr. Halloween of the Shadows, a name only fitting to his spooky personality has also entered fame and it seems that darkness is in his will for he leads the way of the Underworld.

Let's not forget that piracy is still strengthening its forces as the new pirate crew is headed to the New World, led by Isis “La Spada”, captain of the Spada Pirates.

On the other hand, Ray Señior, the Perfect Calamity joins the young crew of the Devil Pirates.

Shiro, a Wolf Mink whose hatred toward the World Government is higher than Daddy-sama's grades is unmatched but her affiliation is yet to be unraveled. One thing is for sure though, she could be the most beautiful mink in history.

And lastly, Bruno Vulkan, someone whom Santa Claus will always detest for his naughty behavior but fandom will love him for his boastful and sarcastic remarks. Where he is headed is unbeknownst to us all. ​

With many figures around the world on the move, the WG have noticed and are tracking such movements. They have established a special force under the jurisdiction of a senior Admiral.

Amongst Marines being informed from around the world, so have the Shichubukai and Bounty Hunters to hunt these Pirate(s) down. It has been revealed, more like leaked information that the Marines have three set targets. One being in the New World, the other North Blue and finally the East Blue.

As a marine slams his hand against a board revealing two bounties and one just a name, three names come out of his mouth. "Shaarib Hassan of the Shaarib Pirates", the next two weren't names that common to him but came out was a group of dangerous individuals being members of the Devil Pirates led by a highly dangerous unknown. Finally came the name of some unknown but very formidable "La Spada" of the upcoming pirate crew of the Spada Pirates.

It came from that moment the Marines made their move to capture these three, also informing the latest Marines drawn from the World Military Draft of highly progressing many marines into their ranks.

A silhouetted figure spoke: "Inform them thusly, inform those recruits. You there, soldier get me on call linking to all of these new Vice Admirals."

Which would be met with a salute and a "YES SIR! ... "

Another marine soldier spoke "Sir, can we deploy a Shichubukai to capture one of the pirates SIR!?"

Three silhouetted figures appear (like a manga panel): "Why don't we try capturing those three?" each spoke with the exact same line

The silhouetted figure stumbled "Fine you have full jurisdiction to act as Jury, Judges, and Executioners." ... "I don't wanna waste hard earn money on these scums to be captured and sentenced to life behind bars!"

We bring you a special, outside-of-schedule Wednesday report!

The landscape of the world is shifting little by little every day. Some of the Yonkou, namely "Kaido of the Beasts", "Red-Haired Shanks" and "Blackbeard" Marshall D. Teach have become active once again (reference to their territories being introduced). With the reemergence of the Yonkou, Marines, too, have become more active and hands-on in their approach.

Two particular Marines that sparked some interest across the world were Marine Vice Admiral Roshi, and his subordinate Buu. Vice Admiral Roshi, who was believed to be dead decades ago, has reappeared when Prodence Kingdom officially allied with the World Government. He is known as a lover of Tea, and apparently Jasmine is his favorite. So if you get on his bad side, make sure you offer him some tea, and he might just forgive you! His subordinate, Buu, is a lover of candy, and if you eat some in front of him, or steal some of his, he might just go into a rage!

Elsewhere in the world, things are shaking up as well! Tremors are coming from Kuraigana Island, where one all-powerful attack after another is being launched with no remorse, sending shockwaves far and wide. Shaarib, sometimes known as Daddy-sama, is still on Fishman Island, and at this rate, he might just stay there until the end of times! Anyone else wondering what his next move will be?! Hopefully he won't go after a Yonkou like Blackbeard, or something crazy like that!

Last but not least, we bring news from Applenine Island. Criminals have settled there in recent days, but a newcomer rockstar Marine Vice Admiral by the name of Dalinar has gone there to clean house. More news on this in the upcoming days!

The Blues: A Gruesome Sighting!
Stay clear of the bridge! A most gruesome sight was observed in Tequila Wolf, the ever-long bridge. Slaves and personnel were found slaughtered and frozen. Men found in pieces, frozen from the inside - as if their soul was taken. Survivors said a mist and a chill accompanied a pirate flag and the Grim Reaper came forth. The Spada Pirates. The Pirates took over the bridge and are using it to transport weapons to the highest bidder. But fear not! The Marines will stop them! For now, stay clear of the bridge!

New World: Fire & Ice!
Without missing a beat, those ruthless Spada Pirates were spotted in the New World! Rumors have it they have set their sights on Maelstorm Island, as a their foothold in the New World. Housed in Maelstorm Island are the infamous and powerful Gray Cloud Pirates! Let’s hope these outlaws finish each other off!

Good news! As way of update from our last issue, in Appletine Island, Vice-Admiral Dalinar liberated the snow people from the clutches of the evil Bastard Trio, three infamous bounty hunters that had been sucking the life out of the town, using all their precious resources. The bounty hunters are in Marine Custody, in a program called Ragnarok. What is Ragnarok? Look for the answers in the next issue!

News from the New World! Our black den den mushi intercepted transmission from the Yonko Pirates - Big Mom Pirates aboard one of their fleets, the Gingerbread. A small Fishman, a boy, was found adrift in one of the Charlotte son’s ship! The transmission revealed the small Fishman by the name of Gochi possessed the Will of Kings!

The Gingerbread is transporting the fishboy to Whole Cake Island for the Grand Banquet. What is the Grand Banquet! We don’t know! But perhaps this will throw a wrench in their plans! Or who knows, perhaps we have another evil marriage in the Big Mom Pirates in the works! The transmission suggested they would take the boy for capture and breeding for his abilities! How horrible!

Stay away from Big Mon’s ships! Your fate could become marriage or food!

The fall of the Brutalizing Pirates

This just in! One of the strongest pirate crews in the world, outside of the terrifying Yonkou, led by the most violent Olympian of them all, Ares, the Brutalizing Pirates have been taken down! BY JUST TWO MEN!

They were a terrifying group! One capable of decimating entire crews and even islands and Kingdoms, they were feared as a group that destroyed everything in their paths. Recently, Vice Admiral Roshi, who had been MIA for decades, has started making rounds around the world, taking down pirates one after another. BUT! Who would have thought he would be crazy enough to go after the Brutalizing Pirates all by himself?! Is this old man alright?! Well, as it turns out, he wasn't crazy! All by himself, with his new subordinate, the pink man Buu, they took down this terrifying group! The world is definitely changing, and the tides are shifting!

It is said that he is going after a Yonkou next! But, people that I have on the inside of the Marines have told me there is something strange going on with this Vice Admiral, Roshi. He has not been the same since coming back from defeating the Brutalizing Pirates. In their words, ''a man that was otherwise always easygoing, open-minded, wise, comforting, generous, advising, kind, and humorous, has now become distraught, bordering on depressed''! What happened in his grand battle against the Brutalizing Pirates?! And what consequences could such a high-ranking Marine, in his current state of mind, going after a Yonkou, bring?!

Oh my oh my, the world as we know it might just come to an end one of these days!

But, it seems a group of pirates raided his Sky Island and are giving him all sorts of trouble!!! By the looks of it, it's Prince Landayan Morrow, also known as Gambit. One of the Silver Fang Pirates!!

Who will come out on top? Shiki, the Golden Lion, or Gmbit of the Silver Fang? Oh boy oh boy! Whoever it is, it will surely usher in a new hierarchy in the world of pirates!

New automations in Lemnos debuts!​

Lord Hephaestus of Lemnos have recently announced a celebration party is to be held to unveil a new series of automatons! They say this newly created automations will be the stepping stone forward for the city, designed personally by Hephaestus himself to help the citizens in their jobs and their daily life. The new series that will be unveiled is rumoured to be security automations built to help protect the city but until the day of unveiling, the purpose of these automations shall remain a mystery!

The technological city of Lemnos has already started preparations for a grand banquet to be held one week from now and cordially invites anyone to join the city in this joyous occasion to celebrate the new technological achievements that Lemnos has achieved! However, to those that wishes to visit the city beware! The city of Lemnos does not take kindly to foreigners causing trouble so be on your best behaviour!

The Shaarib's Pirates killed them all and freed the country. After years of roaming in East Blue from island to island , friends and family can finally rejoice ! Let's hope the Ex-Vice Admiral isn't like the fishmen.

Tracking Piracy - The Styx

On this week’s edition of everyone’s favorite column: Tracking Piracy, the Spada Pirates are on the move! Our initial report saw these devilish Pirates in Big Mom’s territory. An infiltration?! Or so we could hope! Sails torn of the Atyx, the group’s main ship, was seen in the coast of Whole Cake Island for Big Mom’s banquet. Could they be allies? Or foes?

The meeting was ill-fated, for as soon as they were sighted, the ship disappeared in a fog! Not to be seen in the Emperor’s banquet. It was only a week later where those cryptic sails shows up in Lemnos, the technological stalwart. An unveiling of tech drew many, but never would have hoped to be this infamous crew!

For now, stay away from Lemnos. The Pirates will soon find out why Lemnos is one of the only Blue islands where even the WG dares not to tread lightly. Let’s hope the scourge is taken from this world!

Lord Gambit Has Fallen! Enter Prince of the Deep!

Courageous, Lord Gambit headed to Merveille in an attempt to out throne a legendary pirate of the old. With ten of his men on occasion, they broke through the island and encountered some extraordinary creatures - titanic beasts. Having gotten past the wilderness, they part ways in order to scout the vicinity. Little did they know, it was a trap by the king of the savannah himself, the Golden Lion, Shiki! As they divided their force, the lion roared down to the earth, humiliating the entirety of the ballers association. Enraged, the commander himself catapulted to the location of the carnage, meeting a dear old maiden from an ancient kingdom. Demented, remnants of the past shattered his will to conquer. And on the second round of the clash, the Lord has fallen, carrying a boulder of wrath, despair, and solidarity.

Submerging to the depths of the dark new world waters with his hands cuffed by mysterious stones, Prince Landayan "The Gambit" Morrow would've not met a new morrow. A bizarre figure would emerge. He is Prince Namor McKenzie, also known as Namor the First, Prince of Atlantis, Emperor of the Deep, Lord of the Seven Seas and Supreme Commander of the Undersea Legions, and Prince of Blood!

Yes! You got it right, he's got the longest moniker.

Assassination Attempt On King Leopold!​

Yesterday there was an assassination attempt on King Leopold of Kraicia in his own castle! The King’s guards are named as the only causalities in the assassination, as it would seem that most residents of the castles are completely unharmed for the most part. The culprit has been pointed to La Spada Pirates as the most likely suspects since the Assassin has left the flag of La Spada in the throne room of Castle Kraicia! Despite that La Spada Pirates have been spotted away from Grand Line, it might have been a hired Assassin sent to take King Leopold down since the latter has spoken criticisms of La Spada. However, the efforts of the Assassin have been thwarted by the timely arrival by the man known as Vash, a travelling Gunslinger whom saved the royal family in their darkest hour! Who is this Vash? A new hero in the golden age of piracy? And what are La Spada Pirates intentions of such bold moves?
