End of a War
Consequences.

The wild card, sent to disrupt both the World Government and the Vampirates and to ensure that enough blood has been shed by both sides for the Spada Pirates to come out on top. However, such plan would not come to fruition, for not only are his crew held up – the Shadow himself failed to eliminate the leader of the Silver Vampirates or their powerful members. Posed as one of the Guardians of Alabasta and sneaked into the heart of their base to rescue the King of Alabasta, only to be ultimately surrounded by the Vampirates, the Shadow barely made it out alive with Cobra in-tow, allowing the King of Alabasta to return to his country in safety with the help of the critters of Alabasta. Whether Akira managed to change enough of the fate of those to be executed through his actions remains to be seen. Could the boy have cause more impact if he wasn’t acting as the Beetle and having promised to save Cobra from the Silver Vampirates? Perhaps so, but with King Cobra returned to Alabasta, perhaps it is enough to negatively impact the Vampirates.

With Cobra saved, the Mask of the Beetle and the outfit is given to Akira, and whilst the critters of Alabasta, the Dugongs and Hasami would not be able to follow Akira as he returns back to the Spada Pirates, yet there is strange feeling that they may find some ways to secretly follow their leader beyond the shores of Alabasta.

As Akira returns to the main ship of the Spada Pirates, only shock, surprises and revenge awaits him there.

“Yah’ failed to eliminate any of the Vampirates. Shadow. Not only that yah’ failed to prevent them from executing tha marines.”

“….”

Silent. The Shadow effectively didn’t accomplish much, any of the powerful members from the Vampirates that was lost in the war isn’t likely due to Akira, and the boy failed to prevent Tsuru’s execution, or death.

La Spada spoke with cold anger. Her body wretched with injuries due to the confrontation with the Straw Hats meant cause the entire plan to fail. The Spada Pirates did not gain anything substantial from the war.

“Yah’ failed me again. And now, yah’ will face tha consequences!”

In a flash, La Spada suddenly grab hold of Akira by his throat with her cold bony hand – a deathly aura permeates from the Yonko in which the badly injured Shadow could not resist. With her other hand – her hook, La Spada pierces the tip of the hook onto the centre of Akira’s chest, though only slightly enough to make sure part of hook pierces into the boy’s flesh. A green light permeates from Akira’s chest as it overtakes the boy in entirety.

Suddenly, Akira realizes he could not transform into his Zoan form. In that moment – before Akira could defend himself against the Grim Reaper herself, La Spada rips out her hook from Akira, causing a small chunk of flesh to be ripped out from the chest as blood spews from the boy’s body. Along with blood, a powerful green aura is stripped out from Akira – but that is not just any aura. It is but the spirit of the Devil pulled out through the use of La Spada’s powerful fruit. In that moment – Akira lost his Devil Fruit as the soul of the Devil dissipates like a puff of smoke, and not only that - it left such a scarring to the soul that Akira could not take another Devil's soul without killing himself.

Greatly weakened from the battle, and now with his powers stripped from him – Akira could barely cling onto his consciousness as he drops to his knees. All he could hear is that laughter Prometheus’ is making beside him, whom now made his way to gloat at his target. The scene is nothing but pure bliss for the Plague as he watched on.

“HAHAHAHAHA! Serves you right Shadow! This will tea-”

SHNNG

Prometheus falls onto the floor aboard the ship as a major slash coming from Akira’s sword cuts into the flesh of the Plague. The revenge is two-fold. Punishment for Akira and Prometheus from both ends. Even though Akira could barely hold onto himself – the complete lack of guard from Prometheus allowed Akira to land a grievous wound upon him.

“Arrghhh! Damn you Shadow! How dare you! I will ki-!

But before any more words could be heard, Akira completely blacks out as Prometheus' rage becomes inaudible fading noises, causing the boy to fall unconscious aboard the ship. Prometheus would desire to take this chance to kill off Akira – but La Spada herself would not allow it, there is already a back-up plan in the works. Akira will not so easily be let off.

He will still have use. Even without the power of the Zoan. Someone like Akira is destined to be a threat to the Spada Pirates forever more, but until that day comes – La Spada will continue to make use of the boy.

The Disappearance of the Son of Science
@Dream @Ichimonji @Gambit

The war had come to an end and with it's conclusion came mixed emotions. The deaths of Lady Manaka and Cletus shook the Silver Vampirates to their core. But none was more shaken than the Son of Science himself.

The Lunarian had barely survived the ordeal and was seen sailing alone through the waters of Paradise. His blood seeped through sloppily wrapped bandages, while his arm ached as every shift from the waves rocked his vessel back and forth. Cletus had no idea where he was headed, but he did know one thing. That he could never return to his crew. Lady Manaka had been slain in battle, and he completely blamed himself. To him, he was the catalyst. And this was his punishment.

After all, how could he think otherwise? All his life, everyone he cared about have either suffered or been killed. He had been seeking strength for the sake of vengeace all this time, yet still more people died. The Sovereign War was supposed to be it, the culmination of all his experiences, the fruits of his labors. Yet still he was defeated at the very beginning of it and was robbed of a honorable death. Why wasn't it him? Why did it always have to be someone else? It should have been him who lost his life and Manaka survived, yet fate was a cruel mistress. He had no business trying to avenge anyone.

The Lunarian had no more tears left to cry, just a heavy heart and a broken body. Cletus stood up to his full height, his injured arm hung limply at his side as he stared into the horizon silently. He had tried to seek out strength from a deity and that turned out to be his own mental health collapsing as a result of his past. He had learned boxing and yet still he was defeated by that Vice Admiral. He knew had to do better. He knew had to become something to be feared, not just for the sake of Vengeance, but for the people he loved. He knew he had to become....a monster.

The air around him began to get colder and each breath he drew resulting in a white mist as something came into view in the distance. A massive winter island, unyeilding and ever standing. To him it looked ancient and untouched by civilization. This is the place fate had chosen for him and really he had no choice but to stop here. His supplies had been at an all time low. In his grasp, he now held the flag of the Silver Vampirates. It danced in the wind to it's own solem rhythm. The island came closer on closer and the Lunarian stepped towards the bow of his vessel.

"Gambit. KG. Koza. Our time together was well spent" he said, with an arm outstretched over the cold waters. "Maybe we will meet again on these seas. But until then, it's goodbye."

With that he dropped the flag into the waters and watched it float away. Cletus the Vampirate was now dead and something new was about to born from the ashes.

A New Dawn

The Sovereign War left a sour taste in Shaarib's mouth. The mission was a failure, and the war was not won. The Coalition did not put the World Government on its knees, but it was able to make them falter. With the thousands of deaths the war brought, the Marines were not able to save all the hostages. Sadly, they lost one of their great figures, one of the roots that kept the tree in place: Vice-Admiral Tsuru died.

The old cow's death was the defining moment of an institution's future. The soldiers lost their resolve and someone assumed charge. Admiral Akainu seized the opportunity while Sengoku and Garp mourned their dear sister. He led them through the battlefield as he annihilated every foe before him.

Coby, the one they fought for, lost all his will, everyone saw him running away from the fight crying like a baby. Unworthy of all the praises they sung about him... A coward that deserved to die... The War ended on a sad note; the World government lost its face while the Revolutionaries and Gambit rejoiced. But where was our hero during all that ruckus ?

Shaarib was there, patiently waiting for the opportunity to save Coby. But alone, he couldn't have won against Larsi, Leo, and Gambit. A fight broke out, but the Skypiean fled away from the scene, Vice-Admiral Gion on this side. It took the strength of Garp the Fist to free Coby, at that time Shaarib was engaging in different skirmishes. He had wanted to take Larsi's head but after Belo Betty's death, the Revolution had other plans for him.

Humiliated and wounded, Shaarib exited the war. On the way to Marineford, he could see on the faces of most of them that justice had a new definition for them. He could see the new wave, Absolute Justice was going to be the answer from now on. He could see all his advantages flying away. Akainu hated him and now our Vice-Admiral would have to prove his worth to the man... He could see his new target already, a certain Emperor...

B-B-Big News !

Breaking News Lovelies !

Huge Clash on Yukiryu Island ! As you know, my lovelies, Yukiryu Island, is one of the main bases of the feared and respected Emperor of the Seas, « Red-Hair » Shanks. According to our many fans, Vice-Admiral Hassan, our dear Prodigal Son, met with him and decided to challenge him. Although specifics are still unclear, one thing is certain: our Vice-Admiral lost, badly. What did encourage this decision ? Why did he choose to fight someone as magnificent as Red Hair Shanks ? Who was he to pick a fight against one of the Emperors of the sea ? Especially so close after losing a War against the New Emperor Gambit. Was it Self-Conceit ? Pride ? According to rumors, he barely survived, the prodigal son went back home, tail between his legs.

Let's remember his history, shall we? The destruction of Marineford ? The fact that he was the lead accused in a case of corruption ? His recurrent failures in missions with significant stakes ? The world's youngest vice admiral is currently generating headlines once more for all the wrong reasons.

Shanks, however, seemed to not even regal this triumph. According to reports, the Red-Haired pirate after punishing the kid; said, "Come back when you're more prepared for the big leagues, kid," implying that he didn't even think Hassan was worth killing.
Do you notice this, Chief Admiral Sengoku? How many more mistakes must be made before justice is served to us taxpayers? Or do you need something else to handle it like in the war ?

Changes

A New Age had come. It was time for the old generation to pass the baton. War had left a taste of defeat in the Marine mouth, and every one of them had responded differently. Fleet-Admiral Sengoku, leader of the force, came to hand his resignation to his superior, Kong. The last couple of days had been erratic. Despite mourning his dear friend Tsuru, choices had to be made, and after proposing his successor, Sengoku made a last proposal.

- " Hmmm, he won't accept it. Firing the kid would be a grace, he needs to be arrested. That boy caused us a lot of shame. He was pardoned for his eccentricities because he always brought results, but THAT ?! He went to fight an Emperor and not only lost the fight but his SIGHT TOO ! What worth as a blind soldier, you old fool ?! The boy has no thoughts going in that big head of his ! " screamed Kong after hitting the marble desk with his fist, paused and continued more calmly "The Elders would never accept this, the boy himself would not accept this decision. I heard how he is ! How he speaks in the journal ! He has no respect ! The army has no utility for someone like this here!

- " I believe you are wrong, it's time to bet on the new generation. He will listen to me. We need that acrimony...Either way what are we going to do ? Expel him ? Let him join or form a pirate crew ? Let him come back. After this defeat, we will help him get back on his feet, and we will show him how big a family we are. And then, in a year or two, you will have the most loyal soldier... Just wait and see old friend, wait and see..."

Big News !

Commander Brannew immediately organized a conference with a bunch of journalists.

-" The government heard your pleas and your worries... Changes are coming ! , From this day on, after numerous misconducts Vice-Admiral Shaarib Hassan "Hero of the Festival" is demoted to the rank of Ensign. I repeat, From this day on, Vice-Admiral Shaarib Hassan "Hero of the Festival" is demoted to the rank of Ensign. Thank You and Have a Nice Day. " finished the man by leaving the room

A Marine Command Room, West Blue

The room is dimly lit, with the faint hum of Den Den Mushi transmissions echoing through the air. A group of Marines sits around a table, reviewing the aftermath of the recent attack. A superior officer enters, and the room falls silent as a junior Marine begins relaying the report.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Junior Marine: "Sir, we’ve just received the initial report from the field. The base in West Blue... it's gone. Completely razed. Survivors are minimal."
Superior Officer: "Gone? What do you mean, "gone"? A Marine base doesn't just disappear overnight. Details, now."
Junior Marine: "The assailant is confirmed as Lucifer Morningstar. Witness accounts describe him as cloaked, wielding a saber, and accompanied by a crew of former Marines. They used incendiary tactics to disable infrastructure and eliminate resistance. The attack was precise, sir. It wasn’t just a random strike—it was surgical." reading from a report
Another Marine: "Former Marines, you said? He’s recruiting from our own ranks now? How is this being allowed to happen?"
Superior Officer: "That’s enough. Continue with the report" snapping to hear more from the report
Junior Marine: "The attack left no chance for an organized defense. Survivors report he appeared through the flames, his eyes—described as flickering red—locked onto anyone who crossed his path. The psychological impact on the survivors is severe. One ensign reported him as "inhuman," calling him a demon."
Another Marine: "Sounds like a ghost story." muttering under their breath
Superior Officer: "Ghost or not, he just leveled a Marine base. What’s being done about it?"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Den Den Mushi on the table buzzes, and the superior officer answers. The voice on the other end is calm but authoritative.

Voice Over Den Den Mushi: "This is not a matter to be taken lightly. Cipher Pol has been informed, and reconnaissance teams are already being deployed. However, the Marines are to take point on this. Lucifer Morningstar has become an existential threat in the West Blue."
Superior Officer: "Understood. Orders?"
Voice Over Den Den Mushi: "Mobilise a strike team immediately. I want him and his crew apprehended or neutralized before he can strike again. Increase patrols across all Marine bases in the West Blue. His tactics suggest he’s targeting more than just strategic locations—this is personal."
Superior Officer: "Yes, sir. Any intelligence on his next move?"
Voice Over Den Den Mushi: "Minimal, but the name “Reptilia” surfaced during survivor debriefs. Investigate its connection to Morningstar. His motives might hinge on past Marine operations in the region. Cipher Pol will provide additional intelligence if needed. That’s all for now."

The Den Den Mushi clicks off, leaving a tense silence in the room.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Junior Marine: "Reptilia... What could that mean?"
Superior Officer: "It doesn’t matter right now. What matters is making sure Morningstar doesn’t slip through our fingers again."
Another Marine: "If he’s striking bases, he’s sending a message. We need to anticipate his next move."
Superior Officer: "Agreed. Dispatch a squad to the nearest bases and increase security across the region. I want a full dossier on Lucifer Morningstar by the end of the day—his history, his connections, everything."
Junior Marine: "And the survivors, sir?"
Superior Officer: "Bring them in for further questioning. They may know more than they realize. And pray we get to him before he makes another move."

The room falls into quiet determination as the Marines scramble to carry out their orders. The weight of the situation hangs heavy, with Lucifer Morningstar’s name lingering in the air like an unspoken curse.

The Standoff Between the Silver Vampirates and Commander Sai

The Silver Vampirates, a notorious pirate crew, have earned their infamy through their strategic ruthlessness and their enigmatic captain, whose mysterious abilities have yet to be fully understood. Known for their silver-themed aesthetic and vampiric motifs, the crew's reputation is bolstered by their mastery of the Hasshoken martial art and their advanced weaponry. Their unique ship, the "Nocturnal Fang," is equipped with cutting-edge technology, giving them a tactical edge in both sea battles and stealth operations.

Commander Sai of the Happo Navy, a distinguished fighter and leader, has dedicated his life to upholding justice and protecting the seas from piracy. Sai's mastery of Hasshoken, combined with his unwavering sense of honor, has earned him the respect of both his allies and adversaries.

The standoff between the Silver Vampirates and Commander Sai unfolded when the crew targeted a prosperous merchant vessel transporting rare and valuable goods. The merchant ship, heavily guarded, was ambushed by the Vampirates, who quickly overpowered the defenses. Commander Sai, patrolling the area, intercepted the distress signal and immediately set course to intervene.

As Sai confronted the Vampirates, a tense exchange of words ensued, with the captain of the Vampirates taunting Sai about his ideals and his dedication to justice. Sai, unfazed, stood his ground, emphasizing the importance of protecting the innocent and maintaining order. The situation has escalated into a fierce battle, showcasing the strengths and tactics of both sides.

Lucifer is a shadowy figure whose intellect and charisma are unmatched. Unlike the ambitious pirates who vie for the Yonko title or the fame-seeking adventurers of the Grand Line, Lucifer’s ambitions lie in the shadows. He seeks not glory, but the unraveling of the World Government’s control, exposing their weaknesses through calculated schemes. His motives remain enigmatic, but his actions suggest a larger plan that could shift the balance of power in the world.

Operating from the shadows, Lucifer’s influence is felt in whispers and rumors. Though he possesses a Devil Fruit, its nature is unknown to all but him. He uses this power sparingly, relying instead on his cunning and manipulation. Through proxies, he gathers a network of diverse individuals—pirates, bounty hunters, revolutionaries, and even disillusioned Marines—each serving a purpose in his intricate game of deception and destruction.

Lucifer’s schemes unfold in a series of masterful moves. He orchestrates a conflict between rival pirate crews that inadvertently destroys a key Marine base, forcing the Marines to stretch their forces thin. He brokers a covert alliance between a pirate captain and a rogue scientist, resulting in the creation of a weapon that devastates Marine fleets. Additionally, he leaks sensitive information to revolutionaries, sparking public outcry and rebellion in several kingdoms. Each of these actions weakens the World Government’s grip, exposing cracks in their facade of control.

Unlike most adversaries, Lucifer avoids direct confrontation. He plants ideas, stokes fears, and exploits ambitions, always remaining untouchable. His ultimate goal is to force the World Government into a position where they must reveal their true nature to the world. By creating a web of interconnected crises, he ensures that their every move plays into his hands, weakening their alliances, military strength, and credibility.

In a final confrontation, a Marine solder demands to know Lucifer’s endgame. With calm composure, Lucifer replies, "I am not here to conquer or destroy. I am here to remind the world that even gods bleed. The devil doesn’t rule; he liberates." As the world plunges into chaos, Lucifer vanishes, leaving behind only questions and a legacy of disruption. His Devil Fruit remains a mystery, and his true intentions are known only to him

Vergil, a stoic and enigmatic warrior, walks the path of conquest with an air of mystique that unsettles even his closest allies. As a Lunarian, his origins are shrouded in mystery, even to himself. Following the newly crowned Yonko Gambit, Vergil serves as both a trusted right hand and a dangerous enigma. His loyalty to Gambit is unwavering, yet his motives remain veiled, as though he seeks something beyond the spoils of war or the glory of conquest.

The Yonko’s latest ambition leads their crew to Kano Country, a land known for its rich culture, formidable warriors, and unyielding traditions. Gambit sees Kano Country as the perfect stepping stone to solidify his influence in the New World, and Vergil is entrusted with leading the assault. Despite his outward calm, Vergil feels a strange pull toward this land—a sense of familiarity that gnaws at his soul. Whispers of forgotten histories and ancient ties flicker in his mind, but the memories remain elusive.

As Vergil leads Gambit’s forces, his tactical brilliance becomes evident. He dismantles Kano Country’s defenses with precision, employing a combination of overwhelming force and psychological warfare. The warriors of Kano Country, renowned for their unshakable spirit, are caught off guard by his calculated brutality. Yet, amid the chaos, Vergil begins to question his actions. Each step forward feels less like a conquest and more like an excavation of something buried deep within him.

The deeper Vergil ventures into Kano Country, the more his unease grows. The sight of ancient ruins and forgotten symbols stir fragments of memories that refuse to fully surface. He begins to suspect that his connection to this land runs deeper than coincidence. While Gambit and the crew revel in their dominance, Vergil grows increasingly distant, his mind preoccupied with questions he cannot yet answer.

As the dust settles, Vergil finds himself at a crossroads. His loyalty to Gambit remains intact, but his motives are no longer clear, even to himself. What he seeks lies beyond conquest, buried in the fragments of his forgotten past. For now, he continues to march forward, his flames burning as brightly as ever, their true purpose yet to be revealed.

The ongoing tussle at Kano

The battle between Don Sai, Kurama, and Namor has been a tense and strategic clash of skill, speed, and power. Don Sai's near-lightning-fast reflexes and movements place him at a significant advantage, allowing him to outmaneuver Kurama and challenge Namor's reflexes. Despite this, Namor’s combat experience and precision enable him to track Sai's movements effectively, maintaining a balance in their confrontation.

Kurama struggles with Sai’s overwhelming speed, but his analytical mind allows him to support Namor by observing openings and coordinating attacks. Namor capitalizes on the heat of battle, using sweat from his body to execute Yabusame, a technique that transforms droplets of water into deadly projectiles through kinetic force. The attack showcases Namor’s ingenuity and mastery of combat, as well as his ability to turn environmental factors to his advantage.

Kurama, inspired by Namor’s resilience, unleashes the Demon Rose Spiraling Thorn Attack, a spiraling motion of his rose whip imbued with Armament Haki. The attack is both elegant and deadly, designed to slash and ensnare Sai. Both Namor’s Yabusame and Kurama’s whip strike are enhanced by Armament Haki, amplifying their destructive potential.

The two attacks converge on Sai in a coordinated assault, combining Namor’s raw power and Kurama’s calculated precision. The battlefield is electrified by the tension of their teamwork, as they attempt to overcome Sai’s speed and tactical cunning. The outcome remains uncertain, with both sides pushing their limits in this high-stakes encounter.

Valkyrie Island Update

The Lunarians, a race long thought extinct, have arrived on an island inhabited by Valkyries, who were too late to escape their fate. Thunder crackled through the halls of the Valkyrian courthouse, marking the aftermath of a great and terrible event. Malekith stood at the center of it all, exuding an overwhelming aura of darkness and dominance, as if the entire world itself was bending to his will.

Recognizing the Lunarians upon their approach, Malekith greeted them with contempt, mocking their supposed extinction and questioning whether they had come to bear witness to the dawn of destruction or if they were mere servants of the weak. His arrogance remained unshaken, his power undeniable, as he prepared himself for what was to come.

Lucifer, ever the charismatic manipulator, dismissed Malekith’s words with his usual flippancy, turning the insult back on him with a sly remark. He was entirely unfazed, enjoying the tension as if it were a game. Geralt, ever the pragmatist, viewed Malekith as just another loudmouth, one of many he had encountered before. He remained calm, prepared, and unimpressed.

Malekith, reveling in his superiority, invited them to struggle against him, eager to crush them underfoot. The storm raged overhead as the chamber trembled under the weight of their impending confrontation.

BREAKING NEWS!!
"PURU-PURU-PURU-PURU--"
Location of the Transmission: CP3 Base, Kurogane Island

A last minute tranmission, the lasting efforts of the agents on CP3. They were masters of protection and evacuation, it was something that this unit was most notable for but protection can come in many different ways. Yes there was fighting, and tactical advances to push any battle in more advantageous direction however some of the more practical means of protections is through the use of information. Information was necessary for the world to go round and it's what kept each and everyone of us aware of potential dangers as well as providing catalyst to countermeasures and precautions.

Today, CP3 Base layed in ruins, kudos to the last minute works of Gerald Q. Yopenheimer and his newly discovered talent for gunslinging however before he brought down the base. Amidst the vast amount of gun fire and widespread death, unknown to him the Agents were capable of leaking out details of is conquest.

"KA-CHA!"

"CP3 was erupting into a bit of a chaotic scene, the introduction of the new adversaries was evident of that. One was quickly identified as the sole perpetraitor of it's prior destruction, "Gerald Q. Yopenheimer", that very act alone awarded him a bounty of 290 million berries; a feat accomplished seemingly overnighty however he had yet to spark any devastating feuds with the world government. Upon his return he had brought with him a new companion, a strange companion adorned in a suit comprised of purple and some occasional streaks of darker violet with black eyes and a unique red scarf. He carried a white sword and showcased remarkable capabilities mimicking the unique developments of cipher pol agents who had vigorously conditioned themselves to be able to perform the wide-spread "Six-Powers" amongst the ranks of the world government. It is Unknown whether or not he had hailed from a program and escaped as a failure or he learned from an outsider- However this new ally of Gerald Q. Yopenheimr is extremely dangerous. His speed and precision and the way he moves is reminiscent of water, and would leave other's with a hazy perception of what his true intentions are. He does not stand with confidence, like his partner but exudes meekness, it's uncharacteristic and strange. Stand by, for further informtion."
Calmly explained the officer responsible for the report, the situation had yet grown to such a degree that a base-wide panic would have spread. They had their SOPs and procedures in place just in case any small fry pirates would make an attempt at making a name for themselves. This pirate in particular, Mr Yopenheimer had tried his hand at the island before but narrowly escaped with just a few agents injured and missing. Commander Kondo and two others, important pillars to the structure of the base were taken and they were sold off to the Cross Guild-- No matter Commander Nagakura and his menagerie of reinforcements were fully capable of stopping them.

Right?

"I come in! Read Marine Hotel Quebec, this is Charlie-Papa Tree - twenty-one hundred hours, do you copy!" The transmission became exceptionally difficult to decipher, bullets can be heard, the cold echoes of chaos and death ringing as men fell, concrete crumbled and amidst it all one signature cackle could be heard.

"TEREH-HI-- BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!" That was Gerald! The receivers were taken aback at what they heard, the sadistic laughter combined with the distinct spray of gunfire paitned a hellish picture of what might've happened.

"Gerald Q. Yopenheimer! I repeat, Gerald Q. Yopenheimer had resurfaced to the shores of CP3 once again, bringing an advasary a purple ninja they begun a swift dispatchment of our forces! Soji Okita and Tani Sanjuro have been confirmed dead prior to this onslaught, it seems Gerald alone has taken on oour forces--" The transmission had been cut.

CP3 Base had been destroyed, and the transponder snail was killed amidst the chaos. Whatever remains now, is within the hands the Marines stationed to man the communications, it was only inevitable till those higher in the ranks would hear about it.

"The Crow takes flight. Yharnam lies in eerie silence."
After weeks of surgical precision and ghostlike operations within the cursed alleys of Yharnam, Hagiri Kaname, Cipher Pol's Pale Reaper, has vacated the haunted city. No explosion, no declaration—only the sudden stillness of execution and the scent of dried blood left in his wake.

Sources confirm a shadowy rendezvous between Agent Hagiri and his direct handler—Sun Wukong, the Trickster Ape of CP0—took place under dense fog on the western docks of Yharnam. What was exchanged remains classified, but moments later, the agent boarded a small vessel and vanished into the open sea.

Destination: Unknown.
Intent: Clear.

🎯 New Assignment Designation: DRAKE'S LAMENT
Agent Hagiri has been dispatched to infiltrate or assess the growing threat of the Dragon Pirates, an emergent power led by former first mate Gildarts. With the death of Captain Ichiryu in the Douglas Bullet Incident, this once-muted crew has begun stirring the waters anew. Their ship, still titanic in scale, carries with it a reborn spirit of vengeance—and a fighting force that rivals the current Emperors.

Crew intel identifies notable figures:

  • Gildarts – Acting Captain, immense Haki user, combatant of unknown ceiling.
  • Dracula – Musician. Devil Fruit potential. Disturbingly influential over morale and rhythm in combat.
  • Charon, Orca, Dogmatika – Strategic roles confirmed, capabilities under review.
  • Total Crew: Approx. 500, highly disciplined, former Wano-based mercenary cells among them.

Cipher Pol now watches the horizon.
A storm brews not with thunder, but with dragons.

"And so, the Crow flies once more—not to silence a city, but to test the fire in a beast’s breath."
— END TRANSMISSION —

Mysterious “Beast of the Blues” Raises Alarm
Unconfirmed Sightings Spread Panic Across Coastal Towns!

By Eliza Windgrave, Senior Correspondent

East Blue – In recent weeks, whispers of a ghostly predator have surfaced across several island chains in the East and North Blues. Locals speak of a "stoat-like shadow with glowing eyes" that moves without sound and leaves no tracks. While reports remain unverified, the string of eerily similar encounters has caused concern among both civilians and local marines.

Witnesses describe the creature as “long and low, like a weasel but far too large,” with a “canine face twisted in sorrow or rage.” In each account, the entity appeared only briefly—sometimes seen watching from rooftops, other times found standing protectively near injured children before vanishing into the night.

Though there are no confirmed deaths linked to the sightings, several corpses have been discovered with precise, brutal injuries in areas the creature was reportedly seen. Curiously, no child has been harmed in any reported incident. One survivor, a smuggler from Ilusia, claimed the beast “locked eyes with me like it knew what I’d done.”

Government Silence and Civilian Theories
The World Government has yet to comment on the phenomenon, though sources inside Cipher Pol hint at “active surveillance” and a desire to suppress panic. Some theorists believe the creature could be a rogue experiment, a failed Zoan-user, or worse—a vengeful spirit manifested by trauma.

Across taverns and back alleys, it has earned a name: Koru, whispered like a curse.

“You won’t see it coming,” says one panicked fisherman from Shells Town. “But it’s already there. Watching.”

Odd Ship Movement in the Middle of the Grand Line!
Revolutionary Army Movement or new base? Large Scale Illegal Underworld Dealings? Or Just a Secret Cipher Pol Mission?

By Beagle, Anonymous Correspondent
Sightings of one or two unidentified ships are common across all the seas, but in the Grand Line these reports are so common that well over half are not investigated by Marines; and the ones that are searched for generally have additional reports (such as being seen attacking an island). But what about a dozen ships moving in formation in a barren part of the ocean?

Over the last few weeks there have been multiple sightings of large ships with no flags or other identifiable markings heading towards the same stretch of ocean. These vessels then seem to roam around as if searching for something, yet somehow vanish or otherwise not be in the area when Marines investigate. This raises many questions, two of the most major being what are they doing and why are there so many of them?

Sources in the World Government deny any involvement, hence why Marine forces are trying to locate and investigate these reports. Everyone knows about the recent events involving the Revolutionary Army, but what if the organisation is secretly doing something else? Several of the facts seem to match up, such as them being unmarked ships that can evade the World Government and the odd & secretive movement itself. However aside from several large spouts of water that randomly happen in some of the reported locations, there is nothing in the vicinity; which would make it odd for one of the groups that is part of a major event to waste resources on such barren waters.

Perhaps instead it is something to do with the Underworld. Secretive movement can also be attributed to them as they want to stay out of the way of the Marines as much as possible, aside from the members that of course run it (see the section on page 3 for more details). But would such an adept organisation be caught like this? Outside of tips and whistleblowers, members of the Underworld are hardly ever arrested and by the time their involvement in something is found out they are long gone.

The final correct idea is that it is to do with a secret Cipher Pol mission. The Marines have not been told for various reasons and actually do find the ships, but as they are also part of the World Government they quickly leave and just report they can't find them to try and cover it up. After the World Nobles had several people try to reveal the existence of a mind control device in the North Blue (see the 2nd issue of the Observer of the Blues), they might have decided to move it to a new location.

Him, that outlaw, that should be behind bars.... DESTROYED IT !

After his defeat against Red-Hair » Shanks and his demotion, he decided to play solo and went after Eustass Cap'n Kidd. We still do not know exactly what happened but a fight happened, our "Hero" won but at what cost ? Witnesses swore they saw the Skypiean destroying the town with a Gigant Fist.

After destroying many public properties, he is now making poor citizens homeless!!!!! If this guy was honest, he would have given the bounty to the town of Applenine instead. Our Prodigal Son, glutton that he was, is going to make three Billion and spend it on himself!

My lovelies, you fought for a demotion, and the Government listened. Now it's time to fight once more ! He isn't a Marine ! He is a criminal!

Breaking Headlines Across the Grand Line!
By: "Big News" Morgans

"Poseidon Falls! Vampirate Gambit Installs a New King in Atlantia!"
The mighty underwater kingdom of Atlantia has fallen to none other than Landayan Morrow — known across the seas as "The Prince of All Pirates", and Captain of the fearsome Silver Vampirates!

In a cataclysmic battle that shook the very seabed, Gambit defeated King Poseidon in single combat. Witnesses describe a monstrous transformation where Gambit's vampiric might fused with lethal black lightning and molten earth — a spectacle never before seen in the Grand Line!

The aftermath?
Poseidon died standing, refusing to kneel even in death. In a stunning twist of mercy (or strategy), Gambit chose not to claim the throne for himself, instead appointing his crewmate Namor as the new King of Atlantia, thus securing a powerful ally beneath the seas.

But Gambit’s ambitions didn't end there...
"The Sovereign War Erupts!"
Fresh from his victory in Atlantia, Gambit and his Silver Vampirates sailed toward Sovereign Island — a land steeped in mystery and power. But they were not alone.

An explosive clash ensued, known now as "The Sovereign War" — a chaotic battle involving powerful forces from every corner of the world: Marines, pirates, and kings alike.

Despite his overwhelming might and monstrous transformations, Gambit suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of an alliance of elite adversaries. Rumors suggest the battle pushed Gambit to unleash darker, more unstable aspects of his vampiric heritage — but even so, he was overwhelmed.

Though defeated, Gambit's name only grew larger.
The world could not deny his influence, his legend, or his monstrous power.
"Landayan Morrow Declared the New Yonkou!"
Following the deaths of Kaido (slain by Vice Admiral Kallavan) and Big Mom (felled by the notorious pirate La Spada "Isis"), two seats among the Four Emperors of the Sea stood vacant.

Landayan Morrow, the Prince of All Pirates, has now been officially named one of the Four Emperors!
Standing alongside Monkey D. Luffy, La Spada, and Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard), Gambit's banner of the Silver Vampirates now flies with equal terror and respect across the New World!

The seas have entered a new and terrifying era.
"The Mysterious Two-Year Hiatus: Where is Gambit?"
Following the devastating Sovereign War, and despite his rise as a Yonkou, Gambit disappeared.
Reports suggest the Silver Vampirates retreated deep into uncharted territories — realms so dangerous they exist only in whispers and nightmare legends.

Where is the Prince of All Pirates now?
Sources hint he is nursing old wounds, gathering ancient knowledge, and forging alliances with creatures unseen by mortal eyes.
There are rumors of a cursed forge hidden in the ruins of the Hiraya Kingdom — a place where Gambit, the 14th Royal Blacksmith, is crafting a new, terrible weapon that will shake the heavens.

One thing is certain:
When Landayan Morrow returns, the world will tremble once more.

"Footnote of a Legend"

The sky hung low, wrapped in hues of violet and rust as dawn crawled across the forgotten farmlands. The wind moved gently across the tall grass, carrying with it the scent of damp soil and old blood. A crow perched atop a rusted scythe embedded in the earth, watching silently. Amidst the silence of this desolate place, a body lay unmoving, face-down in the dirt, cloaked in dried blood. The man appeared long dead. But then, as if stirred by the very breath of the earth, he moved.

A strained groan escaped his cracked lips, and his fingers twitched. With great effort, the man rolled onto his back, revealing a face battered beyond recognition. One eye was swollen shut, the other half-lidded with haze and trauma. Dirt mixed with dried blood in his silver hair, strands clinging to his brow. He blinked up at the sky, mind struggling to anchor itself.

Then it hit him, a rush of memory that slammed into his chest harder than any blade.

He saw them first: the Silver Hairs.

Captain Larsi, a Giant whose footsteps shook the deck of their ship. A towering and fierce leader, his presence was a storm in physical form. Gambit, an enigmatic founding crewmember with a calculated charm, had been there since the beginning. He would later rise to claim the mantle, rebranding the crew as the Silver Vampirates after tragedy befell them all. Link remembered how their ship would sway not just with the waves, but with the wild hearts of its crew. He remembered Akuma barking orders from the shadows, Law the Gunslinger showing off with twin pistols that never missed, and Vanya the Archer, sharp-eyed and cold-hearted, perched like a wraith in the crow’s nest.

Akuma, Law, and Vanya were with him when they ventured toward the World Pirates. None of them had ever met the rest of the Silver Hair crew. Link recalled the horror as Akuma was torn apart in the chaos. Akuma, Law, and Vanya all fell to the might of Bryndi World, their resistance valiant but ultimately futile. The fury within Link ignited. In his grief and uncontainable wrath, he decimated the World Pirates, but the cost etched itself into his soul. He survived, but he would never be whole again. News of Bryndi World’s defeat spread like wildfire, but what spread even faster was the tale of what Link had become in the aftermath—a bloodthirsty storm, consumed by loss. It was this version of Link that Cu Chulainn remembered and revered—the one who embraced carnage with hollow eyes and merciless intent.

Then came another catastrophe. Blackbeard clashed with Larsi in a devastating confrontation. What happened during that incident remained shrouded in fragmented truth, but it was enough to doom the remaining crew. Former Vice-Captain Jetstream Minuano, Sigmund the Chef, Eve the Ship Doctor, Drago the Scientist, "Crack Shot" Strawhatter, and "Donut Man" Dango all met their ends in the chaos that followed. With no one left to hold the helm, Gambit took the reins and rebranded the crew into the Silver Vampirates.

Link, now crushed and adrift, remembered the offer once extended by the Devil Pirates—a notorious crew he had once rejected out of loyalty to Larsi and the Silver Hair Pirates. But now, broken and alienated, he accepted, seeking a reason to exist. Under Captain Nero, Vice-Captain Miyagi, and 'Mad Red' Jimmy Frayzah, the crew swiftly rose through the ranks. But as quickly as they ascended, they vanished. Link had slaughtered them all. Why he did remains a mystery—one only he carries.

Cu Chulainn, once a fierce comrade, stood defiant as the last to fall. He preferred the old Link—the wanderer, the slaughter machine. Before their final clash, his last words cut deeper than any blade:

"You’ve grown soft, Link. The man I knew would’ve died standing."

Link had become hollow. In the wake of losing Akuma, Law, and Vanya, something in him withered. His rampage left scars on countless battlefields. He wandered, a shell of a man, neither seeking peace nor purpose. His wrath knew no limit, and his grief no bottom. Many presumed he had become inhuman, a weapon wrapped in skin.

They called him The Wanderer, because wherever he roamed, death followed like a shadow.
They called him The Sleeping Weapon, for he was a hollow filled with murderous intent, waiting in silence until fate pulled the trigger.

But the final fracture of his identity came during the Sovereign War.

It was hell in every form.

They came for him with precision. Basil Hawkins, calculating and cruel, used his tarot to manipulate fates like marionettes. Capone Bege, the walking fortress, laid siege to Link’s defenses with iron discipline. Chaka of Alabasta unleashed the fury of a royal guardian, unrelenting and cold. Then Orianna, the newest addition to the Silver Vampirates, a cybernetic monster forged with rage and engineered vengeance. She was meant to be kin, but she saw Link as an error to be corrected.

Worst of all, a Marine under Hawkins’ control, a doctor who was under the command of Link, was forced to act as the trigger. She had taken Link’s blood, used it in ways unknown, and pulled the trigger. The bullet went through Link’s head, or so the world believed.

But again he was denied death.

The Five Elders, the Gorosei, had spoken. Link was not allowed to die. Rob Lucci, loyal hound of the shadows, intervened. He pulled Link from the jaws of oblivion. The order had been clear:

"He is not to die. He is to sleep."

Lucci obeyed. But the Underworld, always a step behind but never unaware, crafted a plan. A body double was made, perfect down to the scarring, the cadence, the aura. This double was executed in public silence. A bullet through the face. Closed casket. No witnesses allowed. No questions asked.

The world moved on.

The man once known as Link, the Sleeping Weapon, vanished from memory. His name became a footnote, his legacy left to rot in the silence of assumed death. But he was not gone. He was here.

Alive. Breathing. Farming.

He had wandered until he found a place no map could name, among fields that bore no war cries. He sowed seed instead of blood. His muscles ached not from swinging blades, but from lifting hay and tilling earth. He didn’t miss the violence—he feared how much he had once craved it.

He saw the faces of the dead in his dreams. He heard the laughter of old comrades in the rustling of the leaves. And sometimes, when he held the scythe in his calloused hands, he remembered how good it felt to cut.

But he would not return—not unless the world came for him again. And if it did, the Sleeping Weapon would wake, but only as a final answer, not as a call to arms. For now, Link was just a farmer. No name, no war, no blood—just peace, and the haunting knowledge that he was the last ghost of a past no one survived. Until a shadow cut across his fields. A News Coo bird landed atop his roof, dropping a paper with a stamped seal of crimson. The headline screamed through its ink: "Gambit Ascends to Yonkou!" Beside him stood La Spada, Shanks, and Blackbeard. Link stared long at the paper, his fingers trembling as he grasped it. A smile crept across his scarred face. His old friend had risen.

The fire did not return to his heart, but something warmer did. Pride.

[MARINE SURVEILLANCE FIELD REPORT | CLASSIFIED]
Log No. 408-B // Location: Western Outskirts, Kano Country
Reporting Officer: Lt. Sern Yagul, Marine Surveillance Unit 9

Time of engagement: 14:00 hours
We were on long-range reconnaissance, tracking recent seismic and thermal fluctuations possibly linked to Silver Vampirate activity. Intelligence was vague, with unconfirmed sightings and strange wounds found on local wildlife, but our orders were to observe.

Then everything went quiet.

Within seconds, atmospheric pressure shifted. A massive power signature spiked. At the centre, a Zoan transformation, which we believe to be a Mythical-class user, initiated a large-scale ice-based technique. Terrain began to freeze on contact. However, it was the spear-wielder who caught our attention.

He launched an attack he called “Gáe Bolg, Soaring Spear that Strikes with Death.” His killing intent was overwhelming, and his weapon radiated high-level Armament Haki, possibly even Ryou. Just before impact, something unprecedented occurred. All of his Haki vanished. Not weakened, but extinguished completely. We have never witnessed anything like it.

The two attacks collided. The resulting impact generated a shockwave that flattened a wide area of the forest. Blood splattered across our sensor drone. We tracked the trajectory and confirmed that the spear-wielder was hurled over 60 metres, his body smashing through frozen bark and stone. Debris followed, tearing through everything in its path.

When we located him, he was still clutching the spear, barely conscious, with blood pouring from his mouth and limbs.

Locals do not know his name. But in the aftermath, one phrase continued to echo through the smoke and shattered wood:
“That was one of them.”

We are securing the perimeter now. This was no ordinary clash. It was a statement.

End of log.
