On chapter 221 of the manga, Usopp tells Chopper that he could easily beat all the giant shadows they saw from Skipea.
Now, on our latest released episode, we have in fact giant shadows menacing Elbaph, and this is most likely be Usopp's arc (after all, it's his dream to be in Elbaph).
It's the perfect moment for the Usopp lie to become true, as it's always the case when he lies.
