That last panel with law serious, the word Hawkins used towards him and his response of "None of your business", the mysterious person that he said he would play along with. All is shady, so we could think that he was about to betray, plus he has been enough time out to report back to Momonuske and Kinemon which he hasn't yet... So I will say he is not the traitor, but he could be about to become one...

What if the traitor is Hiyori?
She's been in the country for 20 years, grew up there and at some point she was left all alone. Everyone else in the whole country was talking about how it's not possible there is a rebellion because everyone lost all hope. What if Hiyori lost hope as well? Her will and spirit could have been broken years ago when she was on her own and now she's conditioned just to survive.
She would have known about the ones who went forward in time, and she would have known who they would have turned to for help.
She might have changed her mind, after seeing how strong Strawhats were when they did the rescue of O-toko, but by then she had given the how to solve the riddle to Oricchi dude. (I mean if you knew the line under meant which port and how the ports look like animals you could probably figure out it's still the same kind of riddle).

please dont put Kaido's Alliance Army on the same level with Hody's common thug, Kaido's army will have more resistance on Luffy's CoC and will be more difficult to fight.

I dont remember, what I remember is that they use the same fighting style of Mihawk. And if he does have it, then it is similar in design, remember that their power is determined by the craftsman who made it.
