Chapter Discussion One Piece Chapter 955: Enma

It's a great chapter for sure!
now monster trio already had their power up,
Luffy : his new armament haki thing
Zoro : enma sword
Sanji : raid suit

I can't wait to see them in action, although I have this feeling in the act 3 something terrible will be happen towards the aliance.

About the tratior.... I'll go to Hiyori, it seems she will ended up just like Pudding in WCI, later on ended up helping the aliance.

After of reading the chapter. A few important things to comment:

1.Zoro & Enma. The sword is going to improve Zoro's armament haki at its limits. Lile gear four taxes Luffy's body. A next power level for Zoro?

2. The preparations. Franky just foreshadowed that the estimated numers are wrong? Anyway, the numbers are very volatile because of recient yonkou alliance and the strawhat grand fleet, even whitebeard pirates could appear in Wano. Don't believe in numbers, they will change.

3. Zoro & Hitetsu. A clear exam for Zoro in the eyes of Hitetsu and clearly he passed. Interesting conversations about the blade's origins. Next sword for Zoro: Nidai Kitetsu, but a reeplacement for Sandai Kitetsu?

4.Zoro's past. Maybe: Shimotsuki Kouzaburo is clearly related with Zoro in blood and spirit. Even Momonosuke comment on Zoro was a hint for that. Shimotsuki Zoro 100%? How is Koshiro related with this blood line?

5. Orochi knowledge. A interception with tje plans in the port must happen. The first battle? Will Orochi fall before Kaido?

6. The traitor. In my impression, Oda wants that we think in Law as a traitor even with the cliffhanger, but i don't think so. The main candidate is for me Shinobu. The only character that don't have a real weight motivation to fight for Kouzuki lineage. A liar? as a ninja would fit.

New giants pirates vs. Big mom tantrums, jinbe will be there + Sun pirates, and germa and the remaining sichibukais like Urouge and Bege. Minks, Samurais, dwarves, sichibukais, fishmen vs Orochi's samurais + Beast pirates + Big mom pirates. That's the war forshadowed in chapter 800!!!

Do you seriously think Law is a traitor? Nah, the amount of shit he going through to save the plan is a lot more original than that... if anything Shinobu accusing his crew to be traitor is specious consider she has absolutely nothing on Law crew, and no personal grudges too, she accusing their crew of something she's not even sure or have little clue about and this doesn't make sense... if anything she can be very well just trying to drove the attention to Law

Totally disagree here.
Shimotsuki Koushirou and Shimotsuki Kuina was almost confirmed.
And the talk between Momo and Zoro hints that Zoro is related to Kuri while the Shimotsuki Family ruled over Ringo and Hakumai.

Kanjuro, Carrot and Shinobu are my top candidates.

• Like many pointed out Kanjuro is the least highlighted of the already introduced Scabbards
• Carrot simply because to follow the next female Strawhat pattern. Both Nami and Robin we're working for enemys. Maybe Orochi or Beast Pirates have something to use as Leber against her.
• Shinobu is acting weird and strange and always accusing others. But maybe a bit too obvious.

Still holding onto the Kyoshiro = Denjiro theory, its very likely he rescued Law and learned of the rebels plan from him.

it fits generationwise 50 years is a perfect gap

Great chapter really enjoyed the fast pace so we can get to the main part.

Nice explanations about the swords lets hope to see more of the 21 in the future.

Personally i dont care about the traitor cause in the end he isnt one from the crew so he/she wont affect future arcs.

Just read the Viz translation, it looks like Franky and his men are preparing the ships for 100,000 men, not 10,000. Very interesting, no idea where they can even get that kind of manpower from.

Hmm Law told Luffy he wouldn't betray him and Luffy would just force Law to hold his end of the alliance up until Kaido is defeated.

I think Bepo is the traitor since someone gave Jack the coordinates of Zou and Bepo was both on Zou and on Wano at the time, and without Law's supervision.

My personal preference is for zoro to come from a normal family and become a great swordsman by making a name for himself.
Also curious why they didnt have a panel of Sanji training as well. I find that odd.
