Ah Santana won't return, he was quite cool, also Stroheim was epic for some reasons. Th creator of the series managed to redeem a nazi basically, that is like 10/10. I liked that alot xD

Indeed. A lot of Jojo characters(pretty much all of them) are named after someone or something.

It's a creative way to keep things fresh. JoJo is a very long manga and readers can get a bit bored and unmotivated to read it much due to it's length, it's why some ppl don't wanna read OP. Separating it into parts keeps things fresh all the time.
