i think they would not need Expertise yet as their suggested custom MA takes in 2 from Mind and MA so it somehow balances .

These are for 1 MA or 1 MA and a DF . The one you are talking about is likely due in the next patch @Larsi @Ranger @Ziosa Isn't that right ?

The rules are still fluid in this matter . Though I think in the next patch they will add some especially regarding the Destructive Potency .

You can make those custom moves and submit in the approval forum . The GMs will see to what can be allowed according the mechanics .
