I think that for OWL 2/2/2 will do wonders after how horrible GOATS has been there for so long. But it will also kinda hurt the more creative triple-DPS, quad-tank etc. comps, so it might not stay for long if the danger of GOATS vanishes for good and there's no reason to keep 2/2/2 locked. But...
