Jinbei though is necessary for the crew. His bond with Luffy is really great plus his experience and temperament could be useful to the reckless Luffy. He is also Luffy's emergency blood bank. Of all the new possible new members he makes the most sense.

Luffy aready has 5 giants in the fleet. I don't think we will have a giant in the main crew. Though it would be funny if Usopp ate a human df model giant lol.

It's obviously Jinbei. Other than him Carrot seems likely. I don't really like her but the odds are in her favor. She has some sort of inherited will from Pedro, she is female and she is from a new species. Plus she seems to have some good dynamic with the crew.
