FOX HOUND​

GENERAL OVERVIEW
High-Combat Special Forces Unit FOXHOUND is a small, formidable elite black ops unit of the World Government that was established by the "Legendary Soldier" Kallavan Stormblessed.

FOXHOUND is a unique fighting unit of the world government most actively involved in direct pirate combat, bounty hunting, marine expansion, and covert missions. All its members are battlefield hardened veterans, with many coming from a mercenary or other specialized backgrounds. A key difference to a normal navy vessel is that only a few members within Foxhound are actual navy officers. Many are simply recruited by Kallavan who agreed to his vision but didn't want to be constrained by marine politics.

MAJOR OBJECTIVE
Created for a sole but perhaps impossible objective. Reducing current and potential future pirate and outlaw activity to an absolute minimum or even outright erasing it. While many see it as a naive mission and or dream, Kallavan's strength and rising fame have given many doubters a run for their money. Sailing the seas with a navy vessel outfitted with the Fox Hound Logo. Kallavan sought to inspire like-minded individuals for his cause while also running fear into pirates and outlaws alike. Discouraging future pirate crews from forming due to name and reputation alone would be a crowning achievement on his work.

The Man, The Myth, The Legend. Kallavan Stormblessed. The creator and sole commander within FoxHound. Without him, this division wouldn't exist. One of the youngest Vice-Admirals employed whose vision seemingly has no limit in sight.

Alpha Unit
The squad with the most experience within Fox Hound. Many of which assist Kallavan on a daily basis on his ship or are given the OK for solo covert missions. While not necessarily having a ranking system within the various units, depending on the situation either Kanda or Trevor takes up the role of squad leader more often than not.

Just like how Sakazuki had done in the past for Kallavan himself. Kanda saw the light on that fateful day and was reformed into Kallavan's most trusted officer and capable fighter. Practicing Santoryu in the hopes of reaching the same heights as his superior Vice-Admiral Sasaki.

Story: An abandoned youth and outcast to the land he lived in. Carrying the curse of his heritage Trevor was seen as a blight to his own people. Walking a path of darkness every day Kallavan gave him the opportunity to redeem himself. Together they defeated a major threat as they kept casualties to an absolute minimum. The cheers of his own kin that day made Trevor finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Redeemed, Trevor accepted Kallavan's request to follow him. Having seen the results of Kallavan's dream first hand. Trevor is perhaps Kallavan's most devoted follower in hoping to realize their objective.

Story: A true believer in the fundamental ideals of the navy and by extension Fox Hound. Having been rescued by Kallavan as a young child Mirio devoted his entire life training and making sure he'd be recognized by the Big Chief. Mirio, ironically, is so far the only one with a decent and warm upbringing. Despite his young trauma of being held hostage by pirates Kallavan's big rescue that day overshadows that grim day by a very large margin. The young man completely idolizes the commander to a frightening extent.

After a short enrolment within the navy academy and various odd jobs as a recruit Mirio quickly established himself as a very prominent fighter. Capable of holding his own against even the most deadly opponents, risking tooth and nail and even his own life to achieve his goals. While normally a goofy and over energetic child when he has to fight for his life he is like a dog without a bone. Never letting go of his target even if it means death.

Kallavan has recognized the boy's potential. And sees a bright future in him. A new radiant has entered the fray.

Story: Born into a family of trained killers Tengen's past is a particularly sad one. For his graduation, Tengen had to kill several of his own siblings if it meant his survival. Vowing to change things Tegen had set his sights on being the Clan leader. But when his father appointed his elder brother for the position Tengen saw a bleak future for himself within the clan. Leaving and on the run, he eventually came across Kalavan and the Fox Hounds. With a mutual agreement to put an end to his Shinobi Clan both Tengen and Kallavan raided their hideout. With most of them imprisoned Tengen joined Kallavan as his Grey Fox.

Charlie Unit
The third unit within Kallavan's personal army and where things go completely out of wack. While Alpha Unit is more or less Kallavan's attack squad and Bravo unit tends to keep itself to the background. Charlie unit is a unit composed and designed for complete warfare. These men and women tend to fight with no holds bared and don't hesitate to use extreme force and measures to get their objectives. When pushed into a corner or when the situation demands a trump card. Charlie Unit responds to the scene. But best keep your distance if you know what's best.

Story: Born in an undercity Vi, short for violet, is the elder sister to Powder, both adopted by Vander after the death of their parents in a battle with Piltovan enforcers. She is extremely protective of Powder, often defending her clumsiness against fellow adopted sibling Mylo. A natural brute, she often settles matters with her fists than her head. During the revolution of Piltover by the undercity Violet lost both Powder and Vander in the gruesome battles. The following years were hard on Vi as she struggled with survivor's guilt and took on many odd jobs. Such as a cage fighter, bodyguard, money shark and numerous nefarious professions.

It wasn't until her twenties that she finally found peace and learned to become a mechanic. In these years that Marines also finally stabilized the country again. Foxhound overheard her story from passer-by's and recruited her to their plight and mission. Vowing to change the world so children like her didn't have to grow up in the same environment. Sceptical about Kallavan's dream and mission she still joined, the faster she left Piltover, the better.

Formation of FoxHound - 2 Months ago
After the events of Wano Kallavan sought it upon himself to create a more immediate response to the rising threat of high ranked pirates and or outlaws. With this, he scouted various individuals from within the blues to join him on a more personal endeavour. A self-sustained unit was then created to an almost private level, the members of Fox Hound respond to Kallavan while he responds to his own superiors. That day Kallavan had really blurred the line between mercenary band and Navy vessel. All to realize his personal quest and desire. But would it lead to the doom of his own people?

1 Month ago - Vinlandia
Through trial and tribulations Kallavan and Alpha Unit ventured into the cold Vinlandia. But to their surprise they first arrived in Icelandia a neighbouring country. There they'd meet the at first distant Thors and his family. It was only there that they'd uncover the political landscape of Vinland. A country divided by Vikings and Saxons with Thors recruited to put an end to the Saxons once and for all. Kallavan accepted an alliance with the Viking and the two set sail.

Arriving at the shores of Vinland the crew met up with Thorkell one of the legendary generals within the Vikings. Unable to keep still when faced with the commander Thorkell quickly went to action and engaged into combat with the legendary Big Boss. A battle that quickly turned into a tie, lest they'd have murdered one another. Over a meal the 3 generals would then deploy a battle plan, dividing their forces to attack on 3 fronts. Thors and Trevor, Kanda and Thorkel and Kallavan with Estrid. The latter went on to go and find their father.

That same father, Askeladd revealed through battle to Kallavan that he was a descendent of a celestial and so were the kings of Saxons. Unbothered by this revelation for he did not care for a false god or a fallen one. The man eventually succeeded to change Askeladd's way through conviction or divine intervention we'll never know. The commander doesn't speak on the event in detail.

In the end the commander arrived too late to assist Thorkell with the final push and the man was slain by Sweyn who received a devastating punch from Kallavan. The two would afterwards engage in awe-inspiring combat with the King holding a slight edge over the Chief. It'd only be at the end and through his unwillingness to die that he came out on top.

With Vinland now under Askeladd's and Thors' control peace was finally back to the nation. Kallavan departed with a scroll to learn Thorkell's strange art which some called biofeedback.

I wonder if it'd suit the chief, doesn't seem like the acrobatic type if you ask me.
