Not sure.

Maybe Igaram was right and a monstrous bird swooped down to abduct Vivi.

I am sure all of Igarams claims have or will happen in a certain way. Somebody tried to kill Cobra(probably a sniper), Fujitora was at Marijois and fought with the revolutionariesr. Eventually I assume Vivi will be kidnapped to be kept by Imu for some unknown reason but it of course could have happened already. Though, I wonder then that it wasn't big news and Morgan didn't brought it up or hinted at. Its funny though and this might be a happy coincidence or just brilliant foreshadowing. You are literally seeing a seagull(the same kind that gives out the newspapers that is OWNED by Morgan) next to Vivi, maybe hinting to her being relevant to the news and maybe what the world government tried to cover up. I just have seen it and the idea is quite Oda-esque.

Reincarnation considers latent powers including dormant abilities like being born with the ability to hear voices and stuff.... at least I think so.

I had thought a long time ago that the 3 people I suspect of having weird powers would manifest them at certain times. Those certain times involve when they come of age, and begin to lead their kingdoms.

Vivi and Shirahoshi are 16.

Vivi underwent a coming of age ceremony prior to leaving to go to the reverie.

Shirahoshi's powers manifested when she started crying (uncontrolled latent ability manifesting). However, her kingdom is in proper order. The sea kingdom is in-tact.

When I think of Vivi.... I think her family might have a cursed fate from a long time ago dealing with why they became the only members of the 20 kingdoms to live outside of the holy land.

A bird that can't fly. I believe that may be the family's curse. Or something like that anyway.

Cobra told Pell never to let her ride him.... he's a stupid bird zoan...

I want to say Vivi will eventually be riding on and commanding those monstrous birds Igaram spoke of. However, there's so little evidence pointing to it that I really don't want to right now. Although, I have been doing it for years despite that lol....

I go off on my own thing a lot. Sorry. You brought up the reverie, though, and I've been really curious what might happen with that too.

Very interesting if you consider Luffy went out on his journey when he was 17, so he had a coming of age as well. Though, they are some wild cards like Aisa, Momonusuke that can be thrown in here that maybe change how we should looks at these kings/queens. You should really watch my Voice of all creation video because I think that would actually explain why there are more kings/queens than the two mentioned by the sea kings(Shirahoshi/Luffy).

I prefer to think of them as sovereign entities rather than kings or queens.
- Big Mom uses a move called Ikoku Sovereignty lol (Mighty Nation)

I think it goes further than kings or queens, actually. They might just be the end-product.

In the Ancient Greek story, it started with primordial entities and then they got killed by titans who got killed by olympians which eventually led to kings and queens who were favored by gods in wars.

After killing the previous gods, poseidon, pluton, and zeus claimed the sea, the underworld, and the sky.

The underworld is part of gaia, and represents the space created when a hammer fell to earth during the beginning of creation (it took 9 days to do this apparently?). The underworld is known as Tartarus and Hades made his kingdom in the middle of it.

In this story, the reincarnation of poseidon is a god of the sea.

Zeus is a thundercloud.

Nobody knows where or what Pluton is.

My feeling is... Momonosuke is paired with the Mink Tribe representing Hades and the Underworld, Vivi is paired with the Sky Tribes representing Uranus and the Sky, and Shirahoshi is paired with the Fishmen Tribe representing Poseidon and the Sea.

Aisa and Coby both show the ability to hear voices. I don't have much to say about them.

According to Hesiod's Theogony, Gaea (Earth), emerging from primeval Chaos, produced Uranus, the Mountains, and the Sea.

Uranus = God of the Sky = Claimed the Sky
Pluton = God of the Underworld = Claimed the Mountains
Poseidon = God of the Sea = Claimed the Sea

TYPHOEUS (Typhon) was a monstrous storm-giant who laid siege to heaven but was defeated by Zeus and imprisoned in the pit of Tartaros. ... Later poets describe him as a volcano-giant, trapped beneath the weight of Mount Aitna (Etna) in Sicily. In this guise he was identified with the giant Enkelados (Enceladus).

They liked to trap things under mountains to force them to remain in the pits of tartarus.... :/

The Kuzuki Clan has been known to be specialists in dealing with Kariouseki which is a stone with the radiation of water inside it. Unnatural stone. They have also been known to deal with poneglyphs which are super hard rocks. Also an unnatural stone. In other words, they seem to be experts with rocks.... and mountains are basically just big rock formations.

There's more to say, but I'm tired.... I'll watch your videos for sure.

There's also different versions of how the Greek gods worked... that's really annoying to think about lol... so I really just try to have fun with it.

Additionally, the concept of Sovereign Haki follows suit with the concept of Sovereign Entities. King's Haki, or the King's disposition, relates with the Color of the Haki of the Supreme King. However, Sovereign Haki denotes the same thing when described as Supreme Sovereign Haki.

Sovereign: It often describes a person who has supreme power or authority, such as a king or queen. ... Nations and states are also sometimes described as "sovereign." This means that they have power over themselves; their government is under their own control, rather than under the control of an outside authority.

Likewise, a person often has difficulty developing King's Haki or Sovereign Haki if they are required to submit their will to another person. As such, many of the 20 kingdoms kings may not possess this kind of Haki simply because they submit to the celestial dragons. This may also explain their prior reliance on the Warlords of the Sea to protect their kingdoms.
