Justicia Archipelago
Justicia is an archipelago that used to be under the protection of the World Government. It was a unique and thus important archipelago for the World Government, as it consists of both normal Blue Sea Islands, as well as Sky Islands. Marine Vice Admiral Leonard Burns and his men were in charge of protecting Justicia. Due to its one of a kind layout, consisting of both Blue Sea Islands as well as Sky Islands, Justicia was considered an important strategic military location that the World Government could turn to in the event of a worldwide war. After the events of Pangea and Leo's subsequent parting of ways with the World Government, Justicia has become the newly established Neo Navy's base of operations, under the protection of Leo and his organization. The World Government plans to take Justicia back, though when exactly the World Government will attempt to do so, and what is holding the World Government back for now, remains a mystery.
Locations:
The Main Island:
The Main Island of Justicia is the only island that is both a Sky Island and a Blue Sea Island simultaneously. The massive Blue Sea Island spans thousands of square kilometers, and the Sky Island sits right above it, spanning about a third of the size of the Blue Sea Island under it. Due to its size, as well as its central location in the archipelago, the Main Island is considered the most impenetrable of all the islands of the archipelago. The Sky Island of the Main Island is connected to other islands of the archipelago via the Floating Discs and the Great Chains, while the Blue Sea Island of the Main Island is connected to other islands of the archipelago via Poseidon's Sea Train Tracks. The Sky Island of the Main Island is where the Tree of Justice is located, and the Blue Sea Island of the Main Island is where the Trade House, the Main Port and Leo's Home are located.
The Tree of Justice:
The Tree of Justice is located on the Sky Island of the Main Island. It reaches high up above the clouds, and is considered to be a Beacon of Justice.
The Peak of the Tree of Justice:
High up above the clouds rests the peak of the Tree of Justice. What hides there, if anything, is anyone's guess. Only King Adam knows for certain.
The Trade House:
The Trade House is a massive building located on the Blue Sea Island of the Main Island. It spans thousands and thousands of square meters, and is split into various sections that host food, water, clothes, weapons and other things that are distributed throughout the archipelago for every day use.
The Main Port:
The Main Port is located on the Blue Sea Island of the Main Island and is home to Ichiban, a legendary warship capable of mass destruction. The main port also hosts dozens of other warships. The Main Port is surrounded and protected by a massive wall that spans many kilometers.
Leo's Home:
Leo's private home is located on the Blue Sea Island of the Main Island. It is a nice but nothing out of the ordinary home. It is quiet and very private, located in the middle of a forest. A couple of cats run around the house and the area, that all belong to Leo. The home has a nice backyard, where Leo often trains.

The Island of Izanami:
The Island of Izanami is one of the larger islands of the archipelago and is home to tens of thousands of people. This island does not have a port, so the only way to reach it is via Poseidon's Sea Train Tracks from the Islands of Tsukuyomi, Susano'o or Izanagi.
The Island of Kamui:
The Island of Kamui is one of the larger islands of the archipelago and is home to tens of thousands of people. This island does not have a port, so the only way to reach it is via Poseidon's Sea Train Tracks from the Islands of Tsukuyomi, Susano'o or Izanagi.
Zeus' Castle:
Zeus' Castle is a high cliff castle on one of the smaller Blue Sea Islands of the archipelago. It is considered an important military stronghold due to the tall cliffs that protect it from an invasion.
The Mountainous Island of Minamoto:
The Mountainous Island of Minamoto is Justicia's last military retreat. It is an island of incredible, mighty and infinitely complex mountain ranges. Due to its terrain, it is almost impossible to traverse and raid comfortably. The island is home to the Totsuka Castle, the Kusanagi Castle, the Magatama Castle, the Castle of Jimmu, the Mikoto Castle, the Suijin Castle, the Raijin Castle and the Fujin Castle. These eight castles are located on incredibly high altitudes and are inhabited and maintained by warrior monks. All eight castles are surrounded by clouds and fog, making them hard to find, on top of being hard to reach. Dozens of warships are usually located in the vicinity of the Mountainous Island of Minamoto.
The Totsuka Castle:
The Totsuka Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog. One can reach it by walking the 50,000 steps that lead straight up to the castle. Other means to reach it would be far more... dangerous.
The Kusanagi Castle:
The Kusanagi Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog.
The Magatama Castle:
The Magatama Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog.

The Suijin Castle:
The Suijin Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog. The plateau that the castle stands on has an immense waterfall falling down from all sides, making it almost impossible to reach.
The Raijin Castle:
The Raijin Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog. The mountain is home to severe thunderstorms that make it incredibly difficult to traverse.
The Fujin Castle:
The Fujin Castle is located on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. It is located atop an incredibly high mountain, and surrounded by fog. The Fujin Castle rests at the highest altitude of all the castles on the Mountainous Island of Minamoto. The mountain is home to extreme gales.
Adam's Castle:
Adam's Castle is a castle on a small Sky Island. It is the highest Sky Island of the archipelago, and from it, one can see the Tree of Justice beautifully pierce through the heavens. It is where Adam, native King of Justicia, lives.
The Floating Discs:
The Floating Discs are tiny Sky Islands, too small to be inhabited. They tend to follow one another in a line going from one larger Sky Island to another, serving as connections between the larger Sky Islands. It is rumored that a great force had pulled these tiny Sky Islands into position thousands of years ago, though whether that's true or not is anyone's guess.
The Great Chains:
Where the Floating Discs aren't there to connect larger Sky Islands, the Great Chains were employed to do so. These Great Chains are very heavy and sturdy, and winds do not move them. They are large enough for entire groups of people to walk on. It is rumored that a giant man made these chains and connected the islands by pulling the chains from and to them by hand.
Poseidon's Sea Train Tracks:
Poseidon's Sea Train Tracks connect the archipelago's Blue Sea Islands together.
Aside from the abovementioned Ichiban, Niban, Sanban and Yonban legendary warships, there are two other legendary warships, Goban and Rokuban, that are usually stationed somewhere in the archipelago. A total of 100 normal warships are stationed throughout the archipelago as well, with a few dozen stationed throughout the ports, while others move about.
