Resolved "News & Review" subsection in One Piece section

[Nessos]

I would be nice to have a "News & Review"-subsection in OP section.

Would be a nice area to post Reviews from NoxDrax(DawnofOnePiece) and Artur(LibraryofOhara) and also the News we get via sandman_ap

[Rej]

yes I like that idea, I need a place to get news from while lurking
