I honestly am surprised that Shanks is going for the One Piece, I didn't think he had such aspirations.

I think Shanks just had enough of all his wondering. It's about time he steps up and brings further influence to the world and shakes the world government itself in conjunction with the revolutionaries' success and Luffy's feats.

It all boils down to the subsequent panels of the Marines, highlighting how influence is much more of a threat than being notorious and murderer. It's how you inspire other nations to rally behind you and challenge the gods.

Shanks knew that he started working on it, he is taking Luffy and Sabo's sides. He is declaring war against celestial dragons.

Dope chapter! I really love Aramaki as a villain. Ironically, his ability is divine lmao as compared to Akainu's wrath and hateful lava.

Haha larsi, same. Captured is totally believable but what I'm saying is no one dies. People I thought were dead turned up on future cover stories and stuff. Hell when I saw kinemon chopped in half by kaido I thought it was a wrap.
