Well Luffy clearly isn't physically superior to Lucci lol. Luffy hasn't used CoC yet, and that's where the match will end unless Lucci has something else we don't know about

Lucci is awakened, we know little about his transformation so I don't rule out him being able to fight EITHER Kaido or Luffy rn. Hell Rokugan could very well be advanced Ryou. Sleeping on him just isn't a good idea until we see the whole fight

If Lucci is Kaido-level (and by extension Luffy-level), that would scale top tier Marines. Would not make sense. Why wouldn’t they just rush Wano/WCI in the last decade?

Not saying Lucci has to be a one-hit-KO, but should not be trading equal blows with Luffy at full power.
