So, we have now 3 scenarios that became likelier through Egghead, especially Kuma's flashback:

-Whitebeard stamped Stussy and Weevil was naturally born somewhere later
-Vegapunk used Whitebeard's stemcells and made Stussy a host mother for Whitebeard's child
-or he was grown a homunculi in the lab using stemcell's from Stussy and Whitebeard
