Characters and Groups Usopp

I feel Usopp is one of the most underrated character in OP. He has soo much potential yet he just never realized it and being too unconfident. First he never had proper training yet his first defeated opponent was a fishman with destructive capability. Then he managed to defeat Perona and Sugar that no other strong characters can. Also he unlocked his kenbunshoku haki by coincidence without proper training. Thoughts?

Who underates Usopp?
Already his fight against Chew made clear Usopp isn't only a joke.

Not to mention his fight against Luffy back in Water 7. Sure Usopp is not Sanji or Zoro, but never forget Usopp is destined to fight the 3rd Division Commander of the Blackbeard Pirates.

Usopp will shine in Elbaf, starting a new Usopp Hype.
