I could see a few players getting involved.
Fujitora - could once again defy Akainu's will, justifying his actions on the pretense he's simply following Akainu's previous orders to never set foot on a Marine Base unless he captures Law and Luffy. Maybe even pulls another cheek move by joining the fight but never actually setting foot on Wano or something, or exploiting some other loophole.
Sengoku - he's free to do as he pleases. Besides which, I'm also thinking he's probably the leader of Sword.
Basically, I could see a bunch of Sword members showing up some pretext or another. Coby for one has been tasked with capturing Hancock and all, and it's a good bet where she'd be headed in light of the news of Luffy's capture.
CPO0 - may get covertly involved in order to help orchestrate the "replacement" of Orochi with someone more amenable, like say a certain Yakuza who I believe to have the very same goal in mind?
