Synopsis:
Ever since the death of his father, the burden of supporting the family has fallen upon Tanjirou Kamado's shoulders. Though living impoverished on a remote mountain, the Kamado family are able to enjoy a relatively peaceful and happy life. One day, Tanjirou decides to go down to the local village to make a little money selling charcoal. On his way back, night falls, forcing Tanjirou to take shelter in the house of a strange man, who warns him of the existence of flesh-eating demons that lurk in the woods at night.

When he finally arrives back home the next day, he is met with a horrifying sight—his whole family has been slaughtered. Worse still, the sole survivor is his sister Nezuko, who has been turned into a bloodthirsty demon. Consumed by rage and hatred, Tanjirou swears to avenge his family and stay by his only remaining sibling. Alongside the mysterious group calling themselves the Demon Slayer Corps, Tanjirou will do whatever it takes to slay the demons and protect the remnants of his beloved sister's humanity.

Yes, it is!! Currently, 172 chapters if I am not mistaken!!

I like this manga. The character growth so interesting.
Antagonist also has sad flashback, so the author knows how to attract sympathy from readers.

Oh yes, because current anime very entertaining, their manga sales get Improved. VERY improved.

I'm a speed reader when I get too interested in a series, so I'm almost catching up with it now.

The manga surely has different art style which makes it quite interesting to read. I also find it hilarious that the author keeps humor constant and not forced during breaks between arcs.

I surely agree with this!! This is a major plus to the series that can attract a lot of readers to the series, since this is barely common from shounen popular mangas (that I know of lol).

Oh My God! The newest chapter was breathtaking! I literally had my eyes wide open on this chapter. That thought process and the outcome on the next page. WTF. This is a masterpiece through and through. I am shocked, but I do understand that outcome. The last fight will be amazing! Now I can dream like what music the anime is going to use for these scenes...

I'm kinda shocked by this recent chapter. I was blown away that only Kanao was left while everyone else got beaten THAT badly. I'm curious to see what sort of "new power" Tanjiro got from experiencing that visit on his past memories and what addition will Nezuko will be when she arrives in this fight.

LMAO!!! This sequence is just what the hell!??? .. buff mice and the way Inosuke calls them by jumping head first into ceiling,.. they later appear flexing when other realize zenitsu has his sword.. (they also brought his sword)

I was more satisfied with the ending than I first though I was.. 2 Hashira surviving... And man, these characters, who died. I really was whiny hearing of their death.. Nezuko seems quite happy now and (best waifu) Kanao still got some eyesight.. I'm curious what the modern chapter will be about.

I agree with you, it was enjoyable for the short run amount of chapters. Just sad to see Yushiro being all alone in the new world imo
